This application has a lot of potential, however it needs more of an ability to interface and be customized. I bought the pro version and I'm going to have to stop using it. It's too complicated and I can put in the information that I need in a way that I can access it easily.
unable to use the apps as it keeps crashing every time I open it. will adjust my review accordingly once issue is address. [10Jun19] app still crushes after reinstalling the app, relogin and restored record.
The app has crashed many time. A little more complicated to use, you have to pay to get premium feature.
This app is very easy to use. It has a lot of features. If more features are added and if data is secured more, it would be helpful for the users in the future.
These ppl are thieves, you have to pay $5.49 to removes the ads however the app keeps stopping and has no functional purpose whatsoever, then they will not give you the $5.49 back despite you not having their messed up app. Im fed up with ppl taking my money...........

Wish it would allow for you to enter appointments for family members also. Other than that does a good job.
Again, you do not need any of my personal information! You say personal information is MY responsibility. If that's true then you don't need my personal information, especially my medical information. Also, having your terms of service at the start, leaves us only one alternative for trying out this app and that's to APPROVE your terms. To deny your terms simply shuts everything down, with no option to keep my own info private. This could be a 5 star app and you blew it.
Reminder doesnt work, would like it if i can add Supplements, without having to add a doctor

This was a good app at the start. But like some other comments it keeps asking for doctors name.. I paid for the pro version and since then I haven't been able to access my reports. I had spent a lot of my time and effort to add and store this i information. And now I can't access it at all. I have refreshed the app but still no luck. ... Very Disappointed .
