Personalized Call from Santa

Great when it works. Our kiddos' calls did not come on Christmas Eve this year. I had to login to reschedule them for the day after Christmas. Even then, the app stopped & shut down instead of calling. I logged in & had to manually push the call now button for each child. The kids caught in to the fact that there wasn't variety in the after Christmas call options. We've used the app for several years & this is the first time we've had problems. Looks like the software hasn't been updated.

Well the first thing was a checkbox "YES sign me up for Santa related updates"... I didn't want to do that, I just wanted to use it at my own will. But unchecking the box is NOT ALLOWED. Why even have it as an option?! Then you can have one free call, any further calls cost £3, which is totally unreasonable. Uninstalled.

we bought the package, phone call was disappointing. the video was so exciting but call not. I was able to schedule a call but then I still had to go into the app to get it started, it didn't pick up after video and both kids got the same call. my 9 year old questioned why santa said her 4 year old was making good choices too. I wouldn't do the call again.

From the preview I heard she gonna love it but I don't like that you cannot personalize the names that are not on your list. I believe if you could record the person placing the order saying the childs name you then will be able to really personalize the call, or give more options with the nicknames. My lil girl nickname is Sweet pea but Sweetie was the closest option I had to her name. But again I love this app 😍.

I love this app. It was so easy to customize and schedule calls for my kiddo. The added perks that were added this year we're awesome, Santa live really adds to the magic. I absolutely love this app and will be buying a package next year and the year after.

a lot of the calls drop. even when I check my connection. the notifications do not come through and yes I checked my settings. not sure if not compatible with an android but I wont be buying this again next year

I paid $4.99 for a premium call and a message popped up stating payment successful but option unavailable. So basically you take people's money but do not give them what they paid for? This is totally unacceptable! I'm very angry about this!

I love the idea of kids calling to hear Santa, I really do. I've done it in the past with apps like these and had great experiences with them, however I think it's HIGHLY inappropriate to ask for a child's name and where they live!! I mean the name isn't too bad but asking where they live is completely crossing the line! There are too many bad people in this world, and honestly I just don't trust this app. The fact that it would make me question the safety of many niece makes my stomach sick. I normally don't write bad reviews or hate at all, but the safety of children is so important!! Children at this age are so naive, that they could be getting lured into an abduction and not even know! I think this app should be taken down. I've tried other apps with the same concept and have nothing but great things to say, but this one just rubs me the wrong way.

The phone call worked initially for my youngest daughter but had an error for my oldest daughter - I personally was very disappointed with initial experience... After several attempts it worked but not how it should have... The video did the same vice versa - So both my girls equally had a positive & negative experience... I just was kind of annoyed for the call and video going wrong after I already paid...

I've been doing this for the last 7-8 years and my children LOVE it! The quality is amazing, Santa is the cutest and the videos and letters are so well thought out. The personalization adds such a magical touch and the price is extremely reasonable especially with all that is included. This really is a must have! Love Package from Santa!!!

This app allows you to play with Santa Claus. Making calls, and more. The more you sign up and spend the more features you have available calls letters certificates all year round I do like that. Downfall after Christmas a few weeks you don't have access unless you pay for the annual membership.

Absolutely love it! To see my grandsons face light up with joy when he gets the different items of this package, is priceless! Thank you for what you do for other children because of what disappointment your son went through. And I'm sorry he went through that! Bless you all!

Good app for Santa service with reasonable price. Package was delivered fast and kids enjoyed it a lot. It's better to get a package starting from 16 dollars with Santa letter, video and phone call.

Not good. I never received a phone call. I had to log in and try to find out what had happened. App itself is all about advertisements and pushing selling.

Best thing I have ever done for our three year old. His eyes lit up and smiled through the whole thing . Got here very quick a.d that packaging was beautiful. Looks like it's from the North Pole. Definitely doing it again!

First call is free Short but free. If you want one more call its 3.99 thats a joke there a lot of apps to download like this one. Pick the best app save that one for Christmas night. That's the best way to do it. Have fun.

I paid $12.99 for 3 calls. I only received 1. I sent proof, took all of the instructed steps to resolve the issue. No one ever did ANYTHING to resolve the issue. I've used it for YEARS for my kids. This year though, NOT GOOD.

It's a cute app. My 3 yr old loved it! I've used this before when my 7 yr old was younger and she loved it then too. You get 1 free personalized call from Santa and then after that you can pay for a package to receive more calls.

I really love this company and the beautiful letter my son received, although I hate that my son couldn't see his video on Christmas Eve. I had no idea they'd take it down before Christmas. It seems like an ideal time for a child to see the video and get a call. This was such a let down. I can do a letter and call for free, I was in this for the video. So darn. Buyer beware on that part at least.

This is not free! Once u sign in etc they give u a list of options for calls and for one call it's almost £4!!!!!! Avoid it's not worth it when there are plenty other apps for free

it was a really good app however you can only do one free call to one child per address you can sort it tho got my littlens off to sleep really well not a peep until 6am (yawn) well worth a download!

Overall excellent experience, but need you to update available countries. We're in the Ukraine and that choice isn't available. Europe isn't even available for the video. My son didn't understand why Santa thought he was still in America.
