Personalized Video From Santa

Despite the already low rating, I decided to give it a shot. "continue without signing up" turns into "you must have an account to continue" and then you spend the next few minutes inputting everything only to then be told it's a "limited video you can only see once" so hopefully you like it! Especially for $10! Definitely upsetting that you use something for scamming such as a small entertaining video, for children, as a personal gain.

Go through the entire process setting up the video get to the part where it says enter an email address. And it keeps telling me my email is invalid. I've tried 3 different emails with no luck. There's obviously something wrong with the app. There I wasted my time so no one else has to. Until fixed

Went to the trouble of personalising video, only to get to the part where you submit and it wouldn't let me progress further unless I agreed to sign up for newsletter. Agreed to this and went to watch video only to find that error appeared every time I tried to upload free video, and only other option was to pay... Very misleading. Perhaps should not advertise as free Santa video if you quite clearly don't provide it.

Horrible! Don't purchase! It bates you to purchase the top package for $9.99 but then bates you to pay another $2.99 for priority rendering, instead of waiting 3 hours, and you've have kid all excited to see it right now, so you pay that additional price too, but then priority doesn't mean right now, it means up to hour from now, so you're out $13.98 and still no video. This app is a vulture, preying on the Christmas spirit ad we're but roadkill for the picking. They don't even deserve coal.

It doeant take 1+ hours to "render" any video. the technology simply plugs in the information you enter. Every other app creates the video within minutes.. oh and they dont ask for money to create it faster.. what a scam!

This is app is designed to fleece money from people. When it first came out you could get instant videos for free. Now you have to pay to get "free" videos instantly. Very exploitive. No Christmas spirit!!!! Very very bad!!!😡🤬👎👎👎

Rip off. Do not spend the money inside to download your video as they suggest. Paid the 9.99 and immediately attempted to download the video I made and it says video undownloadable. The app is a scam and designed to take your money. Sure you're allowed to make a video but you'll never receive the video in your email as it suggests and a timer will post with a countdown for when the video will no longer be available. GOOGLE PLAY NEEDS TO REMOVE THIS SCAM APP IMMEDIATELY!

Very dissapointed, i ordered this for my little boy and some bug means that it wont give the option to input his age from the drop down boxes so when you make the final video it says age...youngster! I dont get to see him often due to his mother and i wanted this to be special to show him how much i care. Took my money and not got what i paid for with no tech support to help. Plus the nice list didn't arrive as promised. I'm actually quite upset. : (.

Why do you have to pay £9.99 to download a video? It's a rip off. Having said that the first free video was good but it's a shame that it disappeared a few days after creation and that you only have three views and then you have to pay to watch the free video. Also it takes 3 hours to create a video unless you pay.

Love it! They only let you view it 3 times and no sharing unless you "upgrade" for $9.99 as usual. They should have an option to buy just one.

The videos are cute. But they stop halfway through and if you try to restart it, it'll take away one of your views. You only get 3 unless you buy it. Maybe they do this on purpose to ensure you'll spend money on it but I wouldn't.

Videos are really cute and the personalizing is well done. Only complaint is that the site is glitchy and often freezes or returns an error.

I made a video for free.. I watched it when it was done but now 1 day after the video was ready I can't watch it. The only way I can see it is if I upgrade and pay.

I will give 2 stars because the idea is kinda cute ...but the fact that you don't need an account but you actually do and for the fact that is FREE but you actually need to pay ...not ok ...There are 3/4 ''free'' option that are not actually free ...Don't get me wrong ...I don't mind paying but I honestly don't think it's ok when you pretend something is for free and afterwards you ask money for it.

Terrible! Was given a time of 1 hour 3 minutes for video notification to pay 2 pound odds for priority video.. only for it to change to 1 hour 45 minutes !! Shambles

Been using this for 3 years, haven't had any issues. To be honest I never leave reviews but felt like I had to on this because of all the bad reviews on here just aren't fair. There may be bugs but I haven't experienced any in 3 years.

it was awesome however I don't like how they make you pay $10 just to be able to save it into yourdrive spaceand I don't like how they only give you three times to watch the videomy daughter loved it she got so excited it made me feel really goodthey need to haveit where you can at least save the video without having to pay or at least let the kid watch the movie videos more than 3 times and Santa Claus is supposed to say your child's name so because my daughter has a unique namehe didn't say it

Paid the $2.99 to get my video sooner and didn't get it until the hour was up anyway. Had a last minute kid I was trying to surprise, was let down that it didn't work.

I don't know if this app works or not because it wouldn't let me get past my email and I've tried my my families and like so many other things and it's just so frustrating like this app is probably really really really good but I couldn't get past it and that's really really frustrating I hope you guys know that so maybe you can work on it and get better at it because I know my Gmail my email everything is working so you need to get it better something because this app is not that good impostive

Love this. Would have given 5 stars if the video was still free to download like us was last year. $9.99 to download and save it is way to much.

Its a great app and my daughter loved it the only downful is that you have to pay to download it or share it and it can only be watch 3 times in all other then that it's pretty cool

I paid for the video to be downloaded straight away and it took my money and time was exactly the same , it makes you wait up to 3 hours to be out of watch the free video it's a con

Full of long horrible ads constantly asking you for your information and to buy things. Absolutely horrible app. Deleting immediately.

I paid for a premier render after paying the render time went well over 1 hour and I'm still waiting on the video 2 hours after. I have requested a full refund.

Scammmers. Paid the $14 and the video did not download keeps giving errors.... also they fail to mention its $14 for each video!!! Waste of my money and time...... christmas scammers

It's amazing my 4 year-old granddaughter is so excited with it so amazed how santa knew her name and got her photographs she has been hospital and photos I sent were of her there it's really cheered her up a big thank you brilliant app highly recommend it

It is one of the best apps with Santa on video I cannot wait for my granddaughter to see this it is going to make her Christmas and mine as well.

This app is incredible! It can also help keep the little ones a little better inline.

it does not give you or show you the video created unless you pay 9.99. even though it says free.
