It worked so well for a while ,but now the ap won't even load or open, anytime I try to get on it ,it automatically closes . I'm not getting any of my notifications (transactions, deposit information or anything) it's been this way going on 2 weeks, I uninstalled it and reinstalled it 2x already and nothing has made it better
Great...even though Persons is a small bank in the amount of branches they have everything you need in the app the big banks have. Who needs a branch when your far from home and an atm for your bank anyways it can be like looking for the golden pot at the end of rainbow l.
The app has gotten much better! Improved features that are very simple and straight forward to use. Person bank, wow such a great customer experience all around in app and in person. Very satisfied overall.
The login doesn't work half the time. The check deposits are spotty at best and all of this is only possible if the app will actually open. I was locked out for 2 whole days because the app wouldn't run
This app is easy to use, and with it the bank allows instant balance check. Unlike some others, when depositing a mobile check it turns on the light and works very well
Might actually open to my account login page once every hundred or so times, if you're looking for an app that just says error or crashes every time its opened this is the right one
App never works when it is most needed. Always goes down on payday and early mornings. Honestly I hate this app and wish I could give it 0 stars. *Edit* The app is still absolute trash and I called the number the bot responding to all negative (true and real) comments and nobody answered. Worst bank app I have ever used
Very simple and easy to use! I love the photo deposit feature for checks and the fingerprint login.
Horrible app constantly crashes or doesn't open. There is no one to call for help but the bank. No after hours!!!
Absolute dookey. Can't get into my account here, with app saying I don't have connectivity when at the same moment I can get to my account elsewhere.
Customer service is great. Was not able to access my account after an update on my phone. Called and immediately solved my problem.
This app is for the birds. I just wanna check my account. Tells me to update and won't update! I can't get into my own account!
terrible....cant log in my account only online so i cant change my settings to manage my account to use it..becareful theyll try yo charge overdraft fees after.

Lately this app opens only to freeze. I can't put in my password, or check my instant balance.
I've been banking with them for a few years. They have very nice staff. Always smiling. Plus I felt left out on the comments
