The Pervidi Android app is really powerful and extremely flexible. At first I was a little aprhensive as to whether it was robust enough to handle complex commercial applications but I have been pleasantly surprised and now recommend the product to others, particularly those in the safety industry.

It's not actually free. It's free to download, but pay to use. You can't even log in. The pricing is outrageous for small contractors like myself. Pen and paper is probably your best bet. EDIT: Love how the developers responded, but only to one single sentence :). Guess you gotta pay for a proper response too... Stingy.
