The app cant verify the M-PESA statement..keeps saying error details dont much

The app cannot even verify my id,the I'd I have been using for more that a decade now

This updated version is miserable..... It only displays some details of my identity. I used to love the previous version. With this version i cant see my date of birth. 😤😤😤😤 User interface too is not friendly.

The app was working great but lately such a let down.

when i try to send mpesa statement, this what the response I'm getting. unknown error response file contains identity details that do not match those provided. wat can i do?

Five star its because your app is easy to use and very fast at loading, the only problem i have is with identity how can you tell me the issuing country has problems in verifing my account yet it shows all my details in the identity card. kindly work on this personally. i dont have other issues with you guys you are dope.

I have paid my loan but still not updated after thrèe days. No in app communication to address this. Now i'm receiving texts every now and then that my loan is overdue. So unfair. This is despite the fact that I have sent an email.

Funny app,when it comes to uploading mpesa statement "file contains details that do not match the information provised." I have checked and crosschecked again yet there is no conyradiction at all!

I installed scoppe in my new phone after the old one crushed. However I have tried to register the app in order to access loans but it keeps declining and informs me that my contacts have already been registered in another account, yet I am using the same Google account and phone number. Please help.

❗❗❗❗ BEWARE❗❗❗❗ the app only want to collect your personal details. After submitting your details that where it ends. The app no longer works it ever says "the dispatch provider is not working." DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY.

The app has a customer service place which you can never contact customer care. The app asks to evaluate me, when i fo so it says to register an id number, when i add the id or thr phone number, the app tells me i cannot add an id as i have been registered so i can never get evaluated nor receive a loan. The customer service option never works so i cannot talk to anyone about this.

I had registered with you and even took a loan around 2017, later this app was changed from Paddy micro to scope, I have been trying to register but it says your no is used in another account, to make the matter worse it doesn't provide for a log in, please assist.

Fine App but improve on "the system is giving too many loans today" That's what your system should do. If it cannot then just stop what you're doing. What if it was a repayment transaction??? Will it give the same message again? Hehe get serious!!

Registration is easy. However thats where it ends. The app stops working. For days you are told the disbursement is not working, try later. DO NOT WASTE YOUR INTERNET BUNDLES. Try elsewhere

Scope is one of the best loan lenders i urge people to join , but on my case after acquiring anew device iam not able to log in why is it telling me iam registered with another account . otherwise i rate scope 5*. please make corrections with that problem.kindly provide USSD system for us to log in easily,as loging in with Google account after acquiring anew device is aproblem.

Scope is the best. I have borrowed more than 4 times now and increasing my loan limit. However the increasing rate is 10% which to me seems little. Please adjust

Couldn't upload the statement Says Oops seems you have uploaded an invalid mess statement, kindly upload a valid statement. I have selected the statement and keeps on telling me this.

This app is frustrating. Always brings an error message when registering, really annoying.

App keeps on telling me to try again tomorrow. Is it an error ama you are doing it deliberate. Otherwise the process so far has been smooth

This is the best app when you need emergencies. It also does what it promises. I have got the best experience with it. Simply top notch!

The current version is better than this i think you should maintain the current version.This doesnt display well and does not display all deatails as compared to the previous one

Easy registration but upon trying to add my identification it's saying my country of issuing ID isn't registered. How is that possible.

It gives you a loan increases with 10% . After you apply after payment it doesn't respond even with emails to developer.

Poor product. Don't try this if in an emergency. System has issues 98% of the times i have tried it..

If the app doesnt assist kindly remove the app at playstore and what is it about that your dispatch is not working.Then later you will say that you have given too many loans such nonsense.
