It let me enter my pet's profile. I then tried to enter the data from a BG curve. I selected view chart, but it was blank and dated 1969. I tried to go back and check entries. They were all correct, so I hit save. I was able to see the entries one time. I left that page and they were gone forever. It was very frustrating, so I uninstalled the app. It's too bad because it had good potential. 🙁

Very glitchy and doesn't save properly. Every time I try to do a glucose curve I save it, then when I go back in it hasn't saved the data. So I end up having to input it again. The chart is useful for sending the vet, but it's very temperamental getting it to save each reading properly. You also cannot input more than two digits for the reading. Example if I'm trying to input that my cats blood sugar was 16.4 mmol, I can only input 16. So I end up having to round up or down, which isn't ideal.

You get everything in there but then unless you keep the app open on the page you need, everything dumps. I was 4 tests into a daily curve and nothing was populating on the chart. I backed out of that and never could get back to the tracking I had started, even when using Edit option with correct date selected. Help link is a joke. Had this for less than 24hrs before ready to hit Uninstall. Paper and pen a better tracking option. Cat health too important to rely on such a poorly performing app.

A total waste of time. Would not keep entries so I had to re-enter several times and on several different screens. Impossible to get anything to save.Too confusing and no tutorial on how to use. Removed it from my phone. My vet doesn't want any curve emails so I never sent anything to him and from reading other reviews, I'm glad I didn't. Do not recommend!

This used to be a good app. Now, for the past several curves I've done and saved, I click to send to vet & the whole curve disappears! Its not even saved under routine monitors. So I have to go back through & re add everything. Save AGAIN & if Im lucky, am able to send it the 2nd time.... sometimes takes me more than 2 times. Rediculous!

Good app, comes in handy. The only downside I have found are that when using the units mmol. It wont let you put decimals on two digit numbers for example 16.8 it will only let you put 16. Which means I have to round up or down. If you can make it so it can take an extra digit it would be appreciated. It does allow 9.8 for example so not sure of it is set to only allow 3 characters including the decimal. Thank you

Worked great until the last couple days. App keeps crashing when I try to add the units. Doesn't like.5 units. Also the spreadsheet columns are off. The dates and amounts get jumbled.

This app might be good if your pet is completely stable, but then do you really need an app? Sometimes my dog needs more than 2 insulin shots a day but there is no way to input that. Also, if I'm logging a previous day's glucose readings, the date defaults to today's date and I'm unable to edit it. This app is a good idea in theory but it isn't very useful in its current design.

You can't put more than 3 values into the blood glucose reading section, so if I want to put in, 10.5 mmol/l, it only lets me put in 10. A built-in glucose converter (mmol/l to mg/dl) would be amazing as well. Otherwise, great!

Love the app except when i try to send email to vet the app closes. I have tried to see if it is somethin on my end, but i am not seeing it. Tried to just reach out to app developer though app and that is not an option. Now its just screen shots and send.

Literally will not let you use or see the tracking page without your Vets address. NO THANKS! I would like to see/test/compare the tracking software before I pass out any relavant info for the company to keep bombarding my vet with emails. Would have no issue doing so after I was able to see if the app meets the requirements I am looking for. So now that this is written I'm off to UNINSTALL!

i've been using this app on the onset of my cat's diagnosis and steadily for 3 months now. i really like this app a lot (and would have given it 5 stars) however, at times i have had to reboot my cell to refresh the 'reminders feature' because it wouldn't chime to inform me it was time to give him his insulin shot. but outside of this it is a good app for one's fur-buddy (pls note: i havent used the email feature to the vet, so i cant speak on this but everything else works good for me.

As a person who's dog was recently diagnosed with cushings disease, diabetes and pancreatitis I was thrilled to find this app. I just wish there was a better tutorial on how to use it. I struggled with trying to understand it but now that I do I am enjoying it.

Desperately needs QA. The app rarely saves data and randomly deletes info. Glucose measurements ALWAYS chooses current day even if you're working on a different day, so migrating is also out of the question. For now it looks like I'm sticking with human apps.

It seems like such a good idea and yet won't do basic record keeping . I'm trying to enter information from a glucose curve I did yesterday and it just keeps defaulting to today's date for the glucose readings.

Emi. S. May 2, 2019

Useless, you cannot enter the values properly. i.e. if entering infor using mmol/L it does not let you enter values past a decimal point, so can only enter whole numbers !

Reg. J. Jun 30, 2021

Worked great for exactly two days. Now it shuts down immediately every time it opened. Very disappointed since it's a good app when it works

Nic. K. Oct 20, 2018

Lost ALL my saved curves after app updated.....very frustrated as this info is helpful when trying to regulate your pets diabetes.

Kri. K. Feb 27, 2021

I can't even select a date to monitor on this app. I'm guessing it's a glitch, but it's not user friendly.

Tin. A. Feb 18, 2022

Can't even set up the app. First question is country and USA is not listed

Mol. M. Sep 7, 2021

I entered all the info for the curve, went to save it and everything disappeared three times!

Lin. N. Aug 21, 2019

Doesn't save entries and It won't sent report to veterinarian. A waste of time.

C. M. N. Oct 25, 2021

A diabetes tracker that limits glucose readings to 3 characters (including decimal point)? Seriously? I can put in "17." or "178", but not "17.8"? What the hell?

Ric. G. Nov 13, 2018

Crashes whenever I try to open previous inputs.

A. G. u. Feb 7, 2019

The data I enter and save is gone the next time I open the app.

Mik. P. Sep 18, 2018

Won't take injection time when typed in. Crashed on first save of injection data. Didn't pass the test.

Nor. H. Jun 2, 2021

Couldn't use it. It insisted I needed the vets email. I'm not asking for his address. That's his business.

Che. S. Feb 12, 2022

My vet told me to download this... It does not have my country (USA)... Very confused.

Esm. S. Jun 3, 2021

Pretty worthless if it doesn't save entries

Lau. J. Jun 21, 2021

Way to fussy. Doesn't save properly
