Doesnt work at all. I tried on 2 different android phones and an ipad. This app is completely non-functional.
I paid for this and then my apps won't even pair, it keeps going back to the main screen, don't waste your time or money!
crazy your up trying to contact to my wife home signal. when my phone is already connected. not sure if it is safe.

I only used this app for 2 days and its showing trial time up! Please managers work on this app. Its a disgusting app.

I bought the subscription, but it always seemed to cut out when I was not even 10 feet away from my other device. I have cancelled my subscription after having it for a few days and never being able to successfully use it. It's telling me it will be cancelled after my billing period in a few days. I want my money back, all of it since I feel I got charged more than once trying to even get this app to work, for the yearly subscription and the cloud account.
Had my devices right next to each other, both on the exact same wifi. Tried to test this app out, but it would not allow the connection. It said that the free version wouldn't work with different networks. But it was on the same network! This doesn't work on the same wifi so I can't see it working on different wifis. Good concept, bad execution.
After successfully using the App for many months, a problem developed where my two devices were not connecting. The customer support staff were incredibly patient and helpful, and they worked with me until the problem was solved. I was very impressed.
Terrible and useless. Video never worked. Waste of money. Cancelled within 20 minutes.
Asks you to buy a subscription to use the product outside of your home network. Did that. Then I still can't use it because now it says I need to buy an ACCOUNT for an extra $13. Waste of time and money. Don't bother with this app!
The app keeps disconnecting after using the speak to pet feature. This is despite disabling the sleep mode on the pet's device. Does not have function to reconnect automatically or remotely. What a waste of my money.

I like the idea of it, but it never connects.
Dosent work even wifi didnt registrated
Nothing special about this product. The free trial gives a 30 minutes increment before your trial times out. It appears as though the clock starts to count down at 60 minutes to your next 30 minute increment. Maybe the paid version is better but I didn't see why it was worth buying. Set up Skype and it's the same thing for free with no time allotments.

It doesn't work with 3G. Video wouldn't load for more than 3mins and I was lucky enough to catch my dog destroying something without being able to yell back because the microphone, of course, didn't work
I bought this app. It only connects at home and doesnt only randomly. The camera is upside down and i disappointed i purchased this.
Video cuts out, speaker doesn't work to talk to the pet (and I've checked the settings on both phones). This would be a great app if it worked and wasn't buggy.
It's okay but it behaves oddly when my iPad is in landscape mode and it displays portrait-only video on my Android so I can only see the middle of the video not the edges.
Best app to stay connected with your pets! I've been using it for years and it's worth every bit of the $9.99 a year subscription fee. Im not sure why others have conneection issues because I havent had this problem at all. Customer service is great so I would highly suggest anyone having a connection issue contact them and they will help you. To start, they give you a truly free trial to see if you like it. it's easy and I don't think you'll be disappointed at all!
