i deleted my previous review, i no longer felt it was accurate, im not pleased with the newest update, i really enjoyed playing the game until it got to the point where there are to many 100% clearing levels one right after another, on top of that, the games making it so as you have to purchase gold bars to be able to progressively move up the levels or stay stuck. im ready to find a new game. its sad i really enjoyed playing pet rescue. it was helpful to help pass time dealing w/ disability

It keeps going back to the home screen after you've beaten a level this is my only game that does this... I've asked them to fix it numerous times !! they HAVEN'T so apparently they don't care who plays their game and who doesn't. I've had this game for a lot of years and I am so disappointed in it right now I'm about ready to UNINSTALL it permanently

The game Is awesome but a very big mistake on some levels, so if you can't match anything else up but still have moves left you loose how that's your fault I don't know but?! I can not get past level 272 as it keeps running out of combinations after one move. It needs fixing because like I said the game is awesome

I have been playing this game forever, now it's getting horrible especially the daily challenge it doesn't move forward it's useless, now i have been stuck on a level for almost a week now it's not going further and the gold bars keep disappearing and have not used them. It doesn't deserve a star

Playing the puzzle portion of the game is awsome... So many levels and challenges... It can be a bit annoying due impart to the earnings of gold that doesn't seem to get you anything.. Also, I don't like the fusion of the building pet cities and farms I wish it could be optional. I only like the puzzle portion.. KDK.

I love this game until recently I got to level 499 you put key on this level and if touch on it would take away two moves then you are out of moves and have to start over again and why did you take out the way ads to get extra help to finish a level now this new way uses a lot of energy and no way to energize to complete level some of your improvement should have been added its not fun any more to play you cant relax playing this way cause it is nerve racking just will find something else

I have been playing this game from the very beginning. Professionaly, well built game, fine graphics. Petopia event was a very enjoyable surprise. Perhaps it would be a good idea to add new mini games. Congratulations to the the developers.

I recently reinstalled this game as I really enjoyed playing it. I'm on level 83 now and whenever I play it starts off OK then after a few minutes the game starts to lag, then freezes and then the screen goes black and the app closes, very frustrating. I'm very close to uninstalling as it's driving me crazy. Other people here are having the same issues judging by the reviews I've read, which is a shame as it's a really good game apart from this.

I'm having a problem with this app!! It won't let me play it I've uninstalled and reinstalled it about 6 times I've even done a master reset on my tablet. The game would go to the part where it says play, when I hit play it goes all the way back to the beginning ! Please help this has been going on About a month or so. I'm very sad cause I love this game.

I use to love this game until you removed all of my Facebook friends whom I was playing with only then give me suggestions of people whom I don't even know to add as friends. I can't even search for my friends. If I could give 0 stars I would. Please bring back my friend's list. On another note, this game cheats, it doesn't drop pets when it's supposed to, etc... it's turning into a P2P game. Not cool

Awful customer service. I participated in the Grow A Pet event and I was supposed to receive 50 gold. The reward pops up, I hit claim, and it says there was a problem and to try again later. I waited a few weeks to see if it would resolve itself, it didn't. I tried all the recommended fixes, nothing. A month or so later I have no choice but to reach out to customer support. I was told it was not the games fault, I must have done something wrong, and they would not give me my reward. Disgusting.

I used to love playing this game but some of the games are so hard it's almost impossible it takes months sometimes to clear one. Yes the game is sad when you stuck on one level forever and you get sick of playing it cuz you can't move on

After playing this game for years it won't let me play, have tried uninstalling and re-installing, restarting my device and nothing, it loads and as soon as I hit play it takes me back to my home screen. I am connected to Facebook, what is going on.

One of my favorite games to pass the time. I would have given it 5 stars but for some reason after I login and start to play the game stops and I can't get back in other than just for a few seconds!

I LOVE this game and would've given it 5 stars but for some reason I don't have Spring Petopia. I'm really disappointed because Petopia is one of my favorite parts. Also, I haven't been able to "grow my pet" since winter so I'm probably missing out on that as well.

Good game, but flawed system. The game takes your gold bars when you don't activate anything between levels and has caused my gold bars to be used without my activating the extra play. I've lost well over 200 gold bars because of this over time. Not at all happy about that and I refuse to purchase them. Please place where you choose to use good bars in a different area so there's no accidental finger touch.

Played this game for years but since the latest update with the spring special the app crashes everytime. I have tried clearing cache and data and even uninstalled the app, losing all my boosters but it makes no difference so I cannot play anymore 😭

I was 5 stars until I started getting the black screen after games today and not getting rewards. Rebooted it, and I lost all my boosters and all my crops on the spring event - everything reset to zero.

I've updated, uninstalled, installed, uninstalled. It keeps crashing. Been playing for years. This is incredibly frustrating!

Horrible! Tries to Forces you to spend money. I am on level 1207 with 8 moves and no moves available on board game has yet to reset. This about the 5th time. Got pictures.

Please dont do the petopia thing. I hate it. Especially since its so long. Plus for us that are so high in the game, give us some extra lives or something.

Great game except when you aren't rescuing animals. Hate when game is removal of 100 percent of blocks... BORING! Might as well be playing Candy Crush....4 in a row remove 100% of the blocks. Are the creators feeling un-creative.😝 Quit playing this game because of this stupid level. Just had to play 4 out of 5 levels remove 100%... Maybe time to quit again.

Fun game, cute graphics! Ive been playing this for years and I love it because it's not too easy but not too hard, and just challenging enough! I like games like this where I need to plan my moves

I'm almost up to 4000 and now the game doesn't work. I closed it and reinstalled it. It let me play from level 1. Once I connect to fb it keep closing. I hope this doesn't mean you want me to start over again. I refuse to, I'll download another game before that.

Ever since they introduced the "Petopia event" The game has just been freezing... This is my favourite game and the very first game ever I've had for so long... it's disappointing that this is what it's doing now... I'm almost on level 2000 for goodness sake!
