Disappointing!! This app looks like it hasn't been updated in a year. Only shows three stores in Texas. I'm in Illinois. This looks like an app they just gave up on
Horrible user face the website is easier granted even that could be a lot better this app was so bad I'm better off just calling the store and placing and order or going in the store then use this app
Useless app. When I downloaded this app I thought I'd be able to search products and place an order but no such luck. It only gives sales add and coupons for 3 stores in Texas and I'm in Illinois. I'd give 0 or negative stars if it were possible.
I'm unable to choose location or create account. The locations on the app are only in Texas and I live in Oklahoma. I love the new store in Owasso, Oklahoma but would like to use the app for this location.
I need to shop online but wondering if i need to elsewhere. I opened the app, everything there was from March 2021. So everything was expired already. It's after June 1st 2021. Maybe loosing a customer and i like shopping there. In store don't seem to care either.
I love being able to see what natural dog foods/treats are on sale in the ad. Plus, the coupons are great when items I want for my dogs isn't on sale. Makes it easy to get the best bang for your buck.
No one updates the app anymore. It still shows the Mac Arthur location that has been closed for months now, and the coupons and sales are all months past the expiration date
You cant search for products. Cant select a location. Aside from seeing what's on sale its useless. Yall need to base yalls app around petcos app. I love PS+ but the app needs work! Alot of work...
This app sucks! It's stuck on march and feb of 2021 and it never changes only shows texas events not your local events. Not worth it.
This app is not associated with pet supply plus so they will refuse to use coupons from this app +the coupons are out of date.
Cannot select location or search for products. Whats the point of the app if you can't do either of these things!
I have been a customer for a long time. Now I even shop online, because my new puppy is too young to take outside in cold weather. And they deliver! And has supplies for my fish too!
Fix this dang thing or have the main company come up with the application I could guess this is for a private owned site. This could work but if need help contact someone or me
Terrible. This app has not been updated in a long time. You can't do anything on here anyway.
I live in Illinois and there's no way the pet supplies appt are only Texas this suck every state has pet supplies plus so where Illinois
Does not have any options for stores near me. No option for the dog wash, grooming, store items, etc.
Completely pointless app in every way shape and form.
Cannot log into Michigan the app is stuck in Texas .BAD APP DESIGN. HIRE A NEW WEBMASTER !!!!
App for Texas locations only, should say that in the title to save us the trouble
Love this super simple pet supplies plus app.
The owner of three Texas franchises obviously invested in doing an app. This is NOT a corporate app for PSP. Don't bother.
I love pet supply, but this app looks like booty, id rather just go to the website
Great for my (4) LEGGED BABIES, CAT TREE'S, 38LBS OF LITTER, IN LITTER BAGS. but NO IAMS CAT OR DOG FOOD...🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤐🤐
You cant buy anything, it just shows special events and money ads
Great prices I dont drive but i get the smart trans it
Love it easy to find what your looking for
Can't figure out how to get the things in the app set up in Lima OH. I'm so confused.
I give it one star because there's no way to buy anything on the app like you can on the website
nice look but not for Dallas area
The app is NOT user-friendly. It is for customers who live in Texas and not anywhere else in the country. There is no way to look up products or place orders. It all has to be done through the website. What good is it to create an app if people cannot use it. I do not want to be on the website all the time. Why bother?! PS - I live in Massachusetts. The deals in Texas may not be the same ones in Massachusetts.
