Used to be good, but now I can no longer find an easy way to ask a free question. If it's still offering free questions it should be easier to find, if not, then that is really sad. Vets in my area are only available for very small windows of time and this used to help me get through stuff until they opened for minor ailments and doubts. If you can afford it tho, it's a good app.

Like others have said, it used to be free for basic advice.. when it was free, I didn't mind waiting 12 hours for an answer, but once I had to pay to have a single question answered, I would've thought that 2 to 3 hours tops would be a good amount of time to get an answer in. Definitely not the place to go if you're looking for somewhat timely advice.

I got this app so I could save money by not going to an exotic vet for my beardie. I know there are gonna be times where I have no choice, but I want to avoid it as much as I can. I spent five bucks to answer a simple question about shedding. They promised me someone would answer in 12 hours and it's almost been two days. Wouldn't recommend putting any money into asking questions.

It used to be free, but it isn't anymore. I think if the search engine was more intuitive, it would be easier to find answers related to my question, but usually the search results are either completely unrelated, or they are dog related answers (I'm a cat owner). Definitely disappointed that it's no longer free, may not be using this app anymore.

There used to be two options one was free and the other was paid. The free one allowed you ask a question, get a answer, but didn't allow you to respond back or continue the conversation. That was what the paid one did. I didn't mind at all until they decided to change the free option into paid as well. Which is extremely inconvenient for the majority of people who have downloaded this app.

I have unfortunately had to use this twice for the same cat. Fortunately both times I received great advice that seem to point to the same condition. The first answer both times was from an actual vet not a tech. I'm very grateful for this free advice as I'm on disability and cannot afford to take my cats to the vet every time something seems a little off with them. Highly suggest installing the app. The answers have been very quick as well! Thanks PetCoach

Everything was great until you changed the free option. Now i have to pay for each thing i need to know. This app was really great but the fact that people are left with no option but to pay especially in the conditions nowadays is making everyone frustrated. Please change this option back to free.

Very statisfied because the doctor said That could be completely normal and if there are no clinical signs or possibly skin lesions (unfortunately I cannot see it very well from the pic as it is very out of focus), I would not be worried about it at all. If there skin lesions like crusts or scaly skin for example this presentation could be due to a mites infestation. Hope this answer was helpful, but please do not hesitate to contact us again on the forum or by requesting a consultation if you .

I wasnt even sure a free app like this existed. glad I found it. the responses are timely and very helpful. it says if u don't pay it could take 24hrs. I think that's a hell of a deal already. But I've never had them take more than 10hrs. you really can't beat that. They have helped me so much. I really don't see how it's free! I love that it is though If you have a pet this is a must have app. it is one that would actually be worth paying for even. I have actually never said that about any app

It was such an amazing app until the most recent updates. Now the app is continually crashing and freezing and you now have to pay money to ask the simplest of questions. The 'ask just one question' option used to be free and i found it so incredibly useful and a great tool for simple questions!! Now I have Uninstaller the app sadly.

This app is a life saver!! I have no idea how many times my cats or a rescue was saved because of them, when no one is available out there, day or night, late or early always someone gets you an answer and mostly filled with positivity that'll makes your life easier πŸ’œ

This app is so helpful! Gives you the option of looking up previous questions and answers that may help, OR asking your own question - completely free. There is an option to pay more for a more detailed, private response, but I used the free option multiple times and was given excellent answers !

I got an immediate answer from my home from a specialist. I don't think it can get any better than that. Oh, it does! It was Free! I'm disabled and can't drive, being able to use this is a great help to me. I can't drive (or ask someone to take us) nor afford a vet bill when it isn't something serious. The answer was fast, friendly and reliable! Definitely a keeper! Thank you!

I loved this app and used it a lot because I didn't have money to take the animal's to the vet every time I was concerned. But ever since it updated I haven't used it. This is my first time using it. I have more than one question so I pay $20. You get a 5 hour session. It can take up to three hours for you to get a specialist. The timer starts has soon as you pay. So you are pay $20 to wait three hours on a five hour session. That's crazy

This was my favourite app and had recommended to a lot of my friends. They had an option where we could ask one question for free but now its been removed.. $5 is not a small amount for me. So I cant use the app now and I didnt find my answer in those 750+ answers. Pls bring back the free option.. Maybe add some ads or whatever but pls bring back the free option, with conditions like only 1 free question everyday

I had to use the website to write my replies because in the app on the bottom of the screen there is a huge blank rectangle box covering the typing box so I cannot see what I'm typing at all, which is veey annoying, I tried on two different phones and I've got the same error.

Best application ever. I really needed a quick response since I live in Morocco and there's no vets in my city. I received a response in less than 30mins and it was very very helpful and 100% not a bot. thank you for helping me save my cat's life. I owe you a lot and will definitely recommend you guys to everyone I know.

Pat. D. Mar 21, 2020

This app is actually very helpful and I didn't expect it to actually be free or payed for but u have that option, u pay if you are in a press for time emergency situation but even with free option u could get an instant answer. The answers come from actual experienced vetenarians with very useful information and help advice. It deserves 5🌞 or stars if you want to be a kid about it πŸŒŸπŸ˜…

I never rate apps but I've been using this app to talk to vets because I live far away from my vet, and you guys have helped me through almost every problem that I've encountered and you guys do a great job at it. people are complaining about the prices but I can do it for free and you guys always help me like there's no problem.

This is a fabulous way of taking care of your pet without spending a fortune on vet bills. As long as it's not life threatening. They will tell you most of the time to go to the vet. This app over the years has saved me money and my Pomeranians trauma from having to take them to the vet. Highly recommend this app.

Tra. M. May 16, 2020

It seemed the app was for a larger screen than a cell phone. And I couldn't shrink to fit. Also, I had a general question for a vet but it asked for pet name, policy number, etc. None of which were needed for my question. Uninstalled.

Ais. K. May 31, 2020

I used the app after the prices went up but I found it very helpful, Β£5 for peace of mind over my pet early in the morning when there wasnt an appointment available at the local vet until much later is a small price to pay in my opinion, if it's a once off question I think this is a low cost way to get answers for your beloved pets :)

I knew that onions and garlic were toxic to animals. I'm thankful my cats can enjoy a little turkey and vegetables. They really don't like meat very much, as they are content with their dry food (Science Diet) and treats . Thanks for the info.

This app is helpful. Experts answer my questions within 10 minutes, Thanks for that. Soon, I hope that we can chat with the same expert/vet until our query is fully answered whereas experts can have option to terminate our chat once its completed. Please consider this.

This app was extremely helpful to me, as I do not have a lot of extra money. I am able to check in with my fur babies symptoms and within 10 minutes I get information on what they think it is and what is needed to be treated. Good to know before you spend money on a vet bill on something you could have solved another way.

Mis. M. Nov 24, 2019

This app has come to the rescue. It is so nice to be able to hear from a vet directly. The vet was quick in his response and I so appreciate it professional advice! Highly recommend for anyone with fur babies.

- Unsatisfied with the new change of making both options for asking questions paid. At least give us the option of viewing ads instead. - There needs to be an alternative to deleting pets' profile, like archiving or hiding option.

Got a quick and helpful response from Melanie, I appreciated it so much! App is convenient to use, and I recommend it to anyone needing simple, straightforward advice/guidance.
