We created this app to let you share all the fun, cuteness and knowledge about your pet with a friendly pet lovers' community. You can connect to your Petcube Camera to watch, talk and play laser pointer game with your pet from a smartphone when you’re not home.

Absolutely hate this app. 90% of the time it does not load. I refresh and refresh over and over again to try to get it to connect. It keeps saying "offline" when it clearly isn't. I have my petcube located next to my wifi router so it should have the fastest connection, but yet it still lacks. Waste of money.
ALWAYS say's offline or "unknown" seriously what's tge point if it doesn't work? I know my wifi and it's good, but this petcube doesn't about 90% of tge time. The other 10% works and then freezes! So frustrating. Don't waste your money in this!
Randomly drops out, constantly requires resetting, last update indicated performance tweaks, since then now has blurry video. I have other branded pet equipment with video that is far superior, does not blatently spam adverts, feedback, and loads video faster and with better resolution. Zoom feature also constantly centres making it useless. Turning camera angle reduces image size. Poorly done. Could have been good. Constant drop outs is the worse.
Y'all need better servers. I can connect just fine LIVE with my pets, but even paying for a subscription, the video saves are blank with just audio and the playbacks won't play. Wouldn't recommend subscribing until they get better dedicated servers or you're wasting your money. Also the base for their Pet Cube is unstable and topples over easily even with a silicon base 😮💨
Camera itself is adequate, infra red mode is good. I resent having to constantly swipe away adverts on a product I've paid for. Also, why must the app force me to switch between landscape and portrait mode just to switch cameras? TL;DR: Hardware okay, app terrible. Edit: OMG the May update made the ads BIGGER. Down to one star from the original two.
Horrible! I have issues; other users I work with have issues across the board. Constant freezing up, disconnects...just bad. Make a web option for desktop if you can't get the app right.
Only problem is when i unplug the cam to move it, or theres a power outage, i have to delete and re-download the app to get it to work again. Otherwise it's worked great! Love how my cats eyes glow in the dark 😂
Hardly works. Most of the time I can't connect to the camera. If I can get connected, it's always really laggy. Takes forever to get the connection going, dispensing treats has a noticeable delay.
Works pretty well, but sometimes randomly disconnects my camera feed while I can still control the laser for some reason. When will there be more functions in autoplay (be able to set a timer on when autoplay should start regardless of movement etc.)?
Software/firmware has so many bugs. Flip back and forth from landscape to portrait mode and not able to play video in portrait mode, or scroll through the videos in landscape. So constant switching the phone orientation. Many bugs causing app crashing. The developers must not actually USE this device and software. Autoplay is a nice feature, but it goes from the newest to the oldest...aka REVRESE order of what makes sense. I've waited to see if this improves. It hasn't. 12/21 getting worse!
We have had the pet cam for about a yeat. It used to work great, we could connect no problems. Now, it connects about 2% of the time and usually only gives us video for about 30 seconds before freezing. We were considering buying a few others for differnt spots in our house but now we will likely go with a more reliable option. Gave it a 2 because it used to work and feel bad for going for one star because of that.
It worked well before but now the app says treats are served in schedule but it doesn't dispense treats. It doesn't even make an effort to dispense treats. If it does, it just makes a whirling sound and then nothing comes out. Resetting the device doesn't seem to work at all. My cat sits to wait for his treats and end up with nothing. Even when I manually dispense treats, it takes at least 2 times for it to dispense once.
I have a tiny apartment, reconfigure your auto play to shine the laser closer to the unit please. Also I've tested this app and device on fast and slow Wi-Fi, so this issue isn't my Internet speed. I will play with the laser pointer for about a minute and the app always crashes. Please fix this!
The idea is amazing, I never spent money on an app, but if I ever do, it's gonna be on this app 😁 They should add a "tip the owner" option, that way they'd have more $ for the treats 😁 and more owners would sign up.
App worked great first few weeks, then would say no connection but closing and reopening the app would allow it to show online. But now, it will not load the camera at all, it goes to a black screen, loads for a bit then says call ended and never shows the video. No clue why it won't work
Horrible, keeps stating that I'm entering wrong wifi password. If I could give it negative stars I would asap. Only got to use it once.
Been using this app for years with no real issues. For the last month or so it crashes constantly when connecting to the live camera. I've cleared the cache and sometimes it works, but not always. Please help, it seems many people are having the same problem.
Can't seem to find any reliable cams this one worked good for week or 2 now it spends more time offline than anything else. Is there such a thing as a reliable cam on the market.!!
Love it....watching the dogs playing...eating their bed...its really great to be able to check up on them... Very good quality camera even with the night vision
Ok app.. However the mic needs to start muted please! We've disturbed our pet several times now as you frantically try to mute the app before they can hear you when you are somewhere noisy.
Bought a new in box petcube off a local marketplace and I was unable to reset it and could not get help from support and couldn't get it to work in the app.
Horrible app, connects for literally less than 3 seconds then buffers endlessly until you relaunch it and the quality is abysmal when it works for those 3 seconds. Doesn't matter how good your WiFi connection is. Had to get a Ring camera and that one works without an issue.
The app has many bugs, the sound is not working only work when you are connected to the same network within the site. No sound or audio when you step out or remotely. 0lease fix this since it will defeat the purpose of having a membership
Ads and How are we doing question appears almost EVERY TIME you try to close a camera. Half the time, the cameras lose connection or freeze..
Terrible don't bother camera works on and off and waste of money they did finally fix issue but then disconnected me off-line cause I wasn't replying straight away as I don't sit by my computer all day..if t keeps crashing and putting you off-line
Every time I open the app, my cameras show as offline. I click settings and back out which gets them to show as online. Never connects on the first try and I have to click 'Recall' to get em to connect. I can't have the speakers and mic on at the same time, even in total silence because a horrible sounding feedback loop occurs that gets louder and louder. I have 2 cameras and both do this so it feels like it's not a one off issue, the app and/or cameras are defective out the gate.
