My vet office told me about this app and were fairly new to it. I can honestly say it has been extremely beneficial. You can have all your pets, any meds they're on (you can even set reminders!) You can upload a picture and customize each animals profile. My favorite part is the fact that you can schedule, cancel or reschedule appts without a phone call. The other perk, you can request results and they will do that for you as well and you get a text from the app reminding you of any of it. You c

Very convenient to have all my pets' info in one place and easy to request appointments through the app. Works well and easy to navigate. Just a heads up-I did have to disable the calendar permission, though, because it was adding my pets appointments to All calendars--even ones I share with other people! Might be a setting somewhere to change that?

I signed up for this app with my vet clinic and it is awesome! I love being able to request an appointment and I've also used it to regularly schedule tasks like grooming, teeth brushing, nail trimming and training - the push notifications work really well. My only request would be for the app to update to include Canadians in features like selecting a groomer or signing up for pet insurance - it always asks for a ZIP code which I don't have which makes us ineligible. I still love this app!!

This is an excellent app for staying organized and connected to your pet and your vet. My only frustration is in the function of scheduling reminders, which doesn't offer enough time/date variations.

I find this really helpful. I am connected to my vet through the app and am able to request appointments anytime. I also have easy access to my pets vaccine records/exams and am able to pull them up in a sec when needed. They also send notifications when my pets shots have expired which is a nice reminder!

The performance on the main home page is choppy. Even on a decent android phone scrolling is not smooth. Some optimization of the feed seems to be needed still. Features are noce and seem to work ok.

Very convenient and easy to understand. I'm new to the pet desk and it's fairly easy to understand. It has options to sign up for pet insurance, you can make appointments, and send/receive messages from the vet. For my Siamese's birthday they sent a little message saying happy birthday. You can also access their files all online.

I do like the reminders to give meds but for some reason can only set it for one dog; maybe I'm missing sonething. I like having the appointment information and when shots or other health services are due at my fingertips. Articles on home page are appropriate though I have only read one of them.

A very helpful app that really makes it easier to keep appointments organized. My only complaint is one of my pets appointments does not show up on the app. Ever.

Easy to use and VERY HELPFUL!! I care for my whole families cats and my own, so this app helps me so very much. It sends reminders of appointments, times, animal by their name and the Paw Points are AWESOME!! The app keeps me organized & up to date on vet appointments!!

Useless. Can't use it since my phone is rooted. What do they think they are, Netflix? The only apps that usually don't work are streaming apps to protect (unsuccessfully) drm media.

Very user friendly and easy to navigate. Comforting knowing I have my pet's medical history and providers as easily accessible as my own are.

Love this app so much for its convenience, info, all-in-one access, etc. We've been to a provider that really utilized it and some that haven't. Def wish more places used more of it!

I love the app, the only issue I have with it is you can't set up an appt directly from it, when requesting the date, it does nothing! And that's required to set up the appt. So I have to email, text or call them to do it. Instead of requesting it directly in the app! So once you all get that bug fixed, I'm happy to give you 5 stars!!

This review is in real time. I just discovered today that my dogs are overdue for 3 vaccinations. All my settings are correct, yet I never received any reminders. I have sent an email to support, and am waiting for a reply.

I am new to the app so I don't have much experience using it. One thing that was a bit confusing was the slider bar for selecting appointment times. It would have been easier to select a time from a list of available times rather than using the slider bar. Over all however it's a great app

I get to see both sides of how this works and it is a fantastic tool to have. whenever I need to schedule my pets for a vet visit, it's usually a whole ordeal of working around my doctor's schedule, as they're the popular vet in my area, so I end up bouncing my pets' appointments around the schedule until we find something that works. the reminders are So useful for that, it can get confusing remembering which date we picked. just a super great app.

There's still some bugs to work out (nothing major) but it's very helpful and easy to use. I absolutely love the "about my pet" part!

Pretty easy to navigate and does what it's ment to do fairly quickly. Haven't had any technical issues either. Well done

This app is So Amazing and Helpful in giving info, updates, account changes, and Appointment set up and Notifcations. It's been so easy and helpful with pets and in my life to make it easy and less stress for me and my Non-human Babies!

The 'overnight boarding' option isn't giving a pickup date field to fill in yet gives an error it's missing. This used to work before latest release.

I love not having to call anyone I just get on petdesk and request refills or appts. SUPER EASY TO USE! It's really nice if you've got pets that take meds regularly! Also, I had to take the oldest dog to the emergency vet recently and they already had ALL her info!! IT'S SUPER CONVENIENT AND MAKES MY LIFE EASIER FOR SURE

I've been using the app only for a month, but it really helps to keep all my pet "things" organized. I appreciate the reminders.
