Wasn't able to use, will not record in mg/dl and I don't see the sense in doing a conversion just for the app. Too bad, it looks like it would have been a useful tool, but not if you have a USA glucometer.
This is really a step in the right direction to getting a better indication on our fur babies health! The initial process did present syncing issues but the rep helped me & this was resolved. Those issues were well worth what we now get out of the device. Well done Zoetis for developing this device 🌟
Hi. I have just wasted most of any spare time for last 4 days. 4 dogs, 4 devices. Paired first one, can't pair any others. Repeatedly reset devices. And Mobile devices. And if they do see dialogue devices, won't pair, no external number s relating to Bluetooth name. So no Dog will be abandoning its own readings. All in all.. Pretty poor, glad I didn't pay.. Just participating in a dog study for university.
This app would've been very helpful if it didn't completely ignore that there are other pets other than the more common cats and dogs. I logged out emediatly to say the least.
DOES NOT SUPPORT CANADA. It does take CDN money to buy their products and limits the service. Can't pick your Canadian vet, can not download health information for your vet and does not give the same options to CDNS as it does for the US on the web site.. WHAT A DOUBLE STANDARD. I'd give a zero if I could. Will be uninstalling this.

Does not let me get past selecting a vet. I tried picking United States it didn't work. I tried picking the UK it didn't work. PLEASE FIX YOUR APP

Absolutely useless app and device. Does not even pair to your phone. Do not waste your money
Useless, lets you record in mmol/l and then sends a report in mg/dl Would have hoped developers understood various international standards for measuring glucose levels. No longer supports data cable. Doesn't let you record half unit doses!

Can't connect alphatrack to upload results. No point to this app
Oddly stopped auto sync'ing after a month, manual sync connected to phone but no data transferred. Found that you have to turn Bluetooth Tethering back on after a phone restart. Otherwise why does app assume that the dog goes to bed at 10pm? A late-night runaround gets recorded as disturbed sleep!
Lovely idea but feels like it's still in beta testing. Needs options to edit blood glucose time and date as you may not be entering at exactly the same time as you take the reading or you may have historic data you want to add. Using for the moment to see if there are any real benefits but probably going to use paper / spreadsheets for the blood glucose records longer term. Also, the interface needs help / explanations of what is expected and how it works. You are left guessing whether what you are doing is correct or not.

Wont let me delete the profiles for my dogs that passed away last year and wont let me record a weight for my new dog - every time i try it just records 0kg!
Cumbersome interface with almost nothing user changeable. Was working though until update 28 Oct. Now I can't get in at all to record anything. And can't access 3 wks of data. Worthless.
This application is buggy at best. Data input is glitchy and editing does not always update database, you must delete data and input again. Deleting data does not always work either. Insulin dose does not allow for decimal input, must be whole units only. Same with weight input. Rather dissatisfied at this point. Unfortunately, I will have to search for a different solution until this application has been significantly improved.
