Re: reviews about the font colors. For me, it shows black text on a white background like most websites have. Headings have white text on a blue background. I don't have any issues reading anything on the app. I think specific pet info is based on what the vet enters. Mine lists past/future appointments, dates of past vaccines, due dates for the next vaccine listed under reminders, and allows me to request appointments without needing to call.

I am so disappointed in this product. I used it for over a year without a single issue. Then one day, it wouldn't let me sign in. I have sent a dozen confirmation emails, called my vet's office to make sure they still use it, emailed the customer support listed here. It's been crickets. I haven't gotten any response from support or any of the confirmation emails. I have tried signing up again and never get the email to confirm my account. I have checked the spam folder, everything on my end. I am getting no support from the app's end. I really did love this product and I used it weekly because I foster. It was fantastic when it was working but I can't in good conscience recommend a product that suddenly broke and has no customer service. I am hoping this review might actually get some attention, unless the developers have just abandoned this app.

Works well for me. I used the email address that my vet has for me and the signup worked great. Suggestion: When I'm looking at an individual pet, I should be able to click on the reminders and jump to making an appointment for that pet with some of the basics already filled in. Also some text in the app is very light grey and a little hard to read. Or because it's grey it seems like it's 'greyed out' and not an option. Needs work but otherwise I like it a lot.

The mobile Android version is almost unusable due to the insufficient contrast between text and background color. It shows as light gray text on white background and wouldn't pass the minimal accessibility standards. This color scheme shouldn't even be a choice.

If the app is not working, reach out to them via email! They were so helpful and got my app up and working again. It was a very simple resolution but it took a few different trial and errors to fix but they didn't stop trying to give me different things to try! Glad to have my app back up and running!

Updated: Support contacted me right away and helped me determine that it was the font size setting on my phone..not the app itself! Thank you for the quick response! I have had the app for just over a year now, but recently I have been unable to schedule appointments through the request section. It will let me select all the information but there is no option to submit the request.

For me the colors are dark blue text on a light gray/blue background. I think it depends on how your vet sets it up. I have access to appointment scheduling, refill requests, vaccine and exam reminders, past visit list, prescription list, and a loyalty program counter, with different rewards depending on how many coins earned. Earn a coin per visit. Prizes range from $5 off retail purchase for 1 coin to a free exam visit for 8 coins.

Urgent need to revise color schemes, text is so faint it is barely readable. Nothing in App settings to change the text color or intensity. Might be useful app if you could read the text!

Like it so far. Have 2 pets on it and easy to find what I need to know about their health needs. Con: Very hard to read the text, needs to be brighter; headings are fine but the detailed text just too light....please correct this. Wish I could pull this app up on my laptop for easier reading but still like it even if it's on mobile.

I can't even register. I put in my email address, then the password and confirm the password. Then when I hit continue, nothing happens. The app just sits there. The continue button color changes when I click it so it's not frozen. But I just can't do anything further. I was so excited to be able to use this app but if I can't even register, what's the point?

Just tried to signup through an email link that I received from my vet. The app won't let me past the point of entering my email address to sign up, saying that I need to use the address my vet has on file. Well, I have triple checked my inbox address that the original email was delivered to and it still won't let me past this screen. Sorry. Fail.

A handy app especially if you have more than one pet. It needs some big improvements on the menu text colors. Text colors are so light it makes it hard to see and read. Try adding some options to overcome this.

After downloading the app which appeared to work just fine for viewing appointments, several hours later I realized that it had invaded my settings and removed my home screen photo and set up its own which was a slideshow of different dogs and cats. The home screen photo it removed was my mother that passed away several years ago. I don't need an app thats going to invade and change my personal settings. Uninstalled permanently!

Like others have mentioned, I can't get past the sign up screen. The app just sits there doing nothing once an email address and password has been provided during the registration process Looks like it's been poorly QA'd, and the app simply isn't ready for prime time yet.

Received a link in an email from my DVM to download the app, submitted my email info in the sign up screen and app keeps saying it has sent me the confirmation email to continue setting up my acct but have not received it yet (yes I checked my spam folder). This is day 2 of repeated attempts, not worth spending any more time trying. Email should not take days to receive....

The app seems to be pretty good. Love being able to seem my pets reminders instead of constantly looking for papers. Downfall, there doesn't seem to be a way to have a second vet. I also have a horse but my dog/cat vet doesn't do large animal. Wish I could track my horses vaccines in the same app

It goes to the terms and conditions page then you can't do anything from there. I've opened both the terms and privacy options and click the switch and it just stays there. Even after I closer it and reopen the app

The app logged me out, and it keeps saying I have the wrong password. When I hit Forgot my password, it brings me back to the login screen as if I was trying to log in instead of doing a password reset. I also don't get the email. Obviously problematic.

It's okay; it provides appointment history and past prescriptions, as well as vaccination history, but that's about it. I don't use it to request appointments or prescriptions, so I can't speak to that function. However, the previous app my vet used allowed you to log your pets' weight and this one does not. That would be a nice feature to have on here.

I downloaded the app yesterday and it was working fine. Today it was logged out. I tried to log back in and it said invalid email or password. (it wasn't) I decided to reset the password to see if that helps. It send me the link then I put the new password then it gives me a message "we're sorry something went wrong if you're the application owner check the logs for more information" very frustrating! i have reinstalled and still the same thing.

Downloaded this on my android phone. I can't get past the signing up part. The confirmation email is not being sent to my email. Been trying for hours. Been recieving other emails from other sources. I cannot get back in to my account. I try "Forgot Password" and it brings me back to the main login without sending an email. The same thing happens to "Resend Confirmation Email", though it actually says that an email is sent when I haven't received anything in four days. Please help. Beyond frustrating.

I downloaded this app on two devices, one comnected to wifi and one not. The one not connected to wifi disnt pull up the Pets list so i downloaded it to the device on wifi. Still didnt oull up the Pets list. Reinstalled to no avail.

Same as others have reported - the app has kicked me out, and the "forgot password" and "resend confirmation e-mail" links are non-functional. I haven't been able to log back into the app for months now. It's officially useless.

This app is great. I saw many reviews about not getting confirmation emails so I was worried at first. When the sign up page loaded, I actually READ the instructions where it states to use the email address you have on file with your veterinarian. I guarantee all the bad reviews are from people who don't READ INSTRUCTIONS!

This app is difficult to read your pets info as the color choices are poor. ID card sucks as it has the day thre vaccines were received and not when they expire which would be much more useful. App does not get updated much at all. Other platforms are much more user friendly.
