Petpooja - Merchant App

Very bad UX. The app is not at all optimised for Android native experience. Sizes of texts are arbitrary on various screens, there is no way to close side menus on some screens, many options just don't work. Petpooja is one of the cheapest options in the market and that reflects in their tools also. Stuck with this buggy tool for an year now.

Have been using the merchant app from quite some time. The interface is easy and user friendly. Able to get the required data with just few clicks. Mayuresh from the team has been totally supportive and helpful throughout. In case of any doubts he makes sure the solution is provided at the earliest. Over all a wonderful experience. I do recommend the app.

excellent restaurant pos. manages each small thing as well as takes care of every big thing. if you ask any sales or support person for help they will help you irrespectivl. specially the support service is wonderful. once i had some problem adding something and it turned out to be a hardware problem still they came in to make sure the billing goes smoothly. you have a wonderful team. plus the software is super recommend to any and everybody. super job guys! getting your kiosk too very soon.

It's very helpfull billing software, it's ready to go PoS which helps a lot for the flexibility of the work and the after sales support is excellent from the team. Will always prefer this to my near and dear one. Great job guys always maintain this attitude with the service and support. Cheers!!!

I have been using Petpooja since almost 2 years. In my experience it is the best pos I have ever used. I have tried other pos too before before but PetPooja is so easy and convenient, its integrations are well planned and it took me barely some time to learn. Best part is it is super affordable. I would say anybody looking for restaurant management software should blindly use this. I feel they have made a software that is very well thought and complete.

When I started the restaurant business 3 years ago I was using a old simple billing machine along with smart phone for swiggy zomato. But as suggested by a friend I got Petpooja. Getting a comprehensive management software for my restaurant has helped my team operate smoothly. There are less conflicts in the order-delivery process. I had some issue with online payment once or twice but the support team helped me out completely. It is so much less hassle to maintain bills and data for me.

The merchant app enables the user to quickly get a snapshot of what's happening at the store in real time which is a huge plus. Also the inbuilt charts offer useful insights. Would highly recommended to everyone!

Amazing service, and great software! I was initially worried about how to use a Point-of-Sale system. But Petpooja’s support team made it possible by giving me and my staff bill-training and explaining various functions. I simple to use and has been working smoothly since installation.

I am using this App since Feb 19. It was very si far, however from last few days ( seems since last update was released) unable to open App, whenever opeing, it says update. When clicking on updates, app never updates, just keeps showing updating for long time till I leave the window. FYI I m using 4G connections of Jio and Airtel on mobile, even tried on Airtel Broadband of 40 mbps. Uninstalled and again installed the App, then it runs few hours well but then again asks to update and same issue

Petpooja is one of the best and easiest software for restaurant. super user friendly and great updates in every few days. I bought it 1yr ago and since got my restaurant going smoothly. anybody in restaurant business, this restaurant software is highly recommended. 5+ stars for features, updates, support and application!

10/10 to Petpooja for its UI and features. honestly we get everything our restaurant needs on one platform. It is incredible. the other integrations and support is superb. They keep coming with new updates and new features which are needed with today's changing demand. thank you team Petpooja! also incase you have online ordering orders, they have integrations with zomato, swiggy, ubereats etc.

Their service is very bad, most of the time they did mistakes in uploading the menu of the restaurant.

The new updates are having few bugs. Earlier we could touch and see the slot wise sales bar which is lacking in new updates. Need proper development

Its not a app for statics & sales, its look like ads portal. Pathetic interface experience.. who gives ads on paid version (we all paid users) If u wish to promote marketplace why not on bottom of the page, why only in center of page. Day by day your ads section is increasing in size. Its sooo annoying. Please remove this stupid ads section or shift somewhere.

Perfect example of software FRAUD. Paid 13,000/- for POS software with MSwipe machine. 1. The software is free for 6month of use - not informed by the sales agent. 2. If you integrate zomato or swiggy with petpooja - you can't login to zomato or swiggy directly from browser then - only through petpooja app. 3. Only one account can be integrated - example, if using two accounts of zomato then can integrate only one account. 4. Worst menu management. 5. Very difficult to edit and save online menu from the app - and can't use browser to update as you integrated the account to the app. 6. Worst billing experience - can't setup a printer which I was using from past 1 year - they started telling me to buy new one. 7. Customer support is worst! For any single issue - you have to download and install 'Teamviewer' so that they can access you computer remotely. 8. customer care agent are rude! either you follow their instruction like a servent or you have to wait for months to have someone come and fix you issue. 9. They given me some old malfunctioning MSwipe machine which stops working only at the time of rush hours. 10. called 10times to customer care for MSwipe - they only instruct to restart the machine again and again. 11. After one month of usage - I stopped using petpooja - no refund - no support from petpooja 12. They don't care whether you are happy with the product- they simply enjoys the amount you already paid. 13. the software is not worth of buying also - which they are giving for rent. 14. 13,000/- for first year and 5,000/- rent every year from second year is the biggest non-profit investment you will be doing. 15. all other apps - mobile app or captain app or anything is extra chargeable.

Best POS I have ever used, can be customised according to use, best part is that I can use it for all my vertual outlets at one spot. No need to have seperate applications. Chhera team petpooja. Special thanks to Honey Chauhan, who not only helped me during purchase but also throuout the setup. He is even available at odd times to solve any urgent query. Cheers.

Good Support Service. Software Wise it's good and easy to use, but third party delivery partner integration would have made it more better..

Best restaurant software , very simple and easy interface . Superfast support team , all thanks to Mr Ritesh Gaikwad for introducing the software and constantly giving us support whenever required . Not satisfied with the app performance, from last 5 days app is not responding. Uninstall,install again still app is not responding. Poor App.

The software is easy to use and the insights I get in the app are not just comprehensive but detailed . The support team is very helpful.

I was using this app for my restaurant for 1 year. Petpooja agents are helpful only till u bought this. After that if u face any issue, there will not be any support. I was following up them for more than 1 month for an issue, they are simply doing ball passing games between their teams. No solution yet for my problem. Very worst behavior

I m using petpooja software from last 3 year its a only single pos in market who touch milestones in f&b industry and really i feel great i m using this software he have every features which restaurant want and his online integration so great he easy biller life to main all sales and its very user friendly software easy to use and easy to understand.

Absolutely "0" customer service. If you need just the pos software it's good but if you'd like to customize or learn few things about the software/app then you have to figure out yourself. I hope they prove me wrong soon

Anti-theft system with user based access control. Kitchen display system and android app for order taking. Overall Great experience with petpooja software previously we were using Torqus but petpooja is better tech partner for us. We request them to KOT Fire & Auto birthday, Anniversary popup feature option need to be in software. From, Akkis Bistro (Main Branch), KOLHAPUR.

The best POS application . I cannot think of anything that is missed by the PetPooja . As a Hotelier they have addressed every pain point and made using the software extremely simple .
