Is there an option to generate the carwash barcode again instead of the 3-digit pin ? It is quite a terrible experience pulling up into the wash when a lineup has formed behind me only to be told by the app there's an error, to contact the attendant, and when I do, I have to back up to restart and try again. Most of the time that doesn't even work either so now I have to get everyone behind me to reverse as well so I can get out. It's incredibly embarassing that your app is a mess.

BRING BACK PHYSICAL CARD! This is the most unnecessary app ever. Started using this app because physical card stopped working. Your login info is always reset after updates. When I get to the station, waste 5 minutes trying to open the app, login and failed. This is too much hassle. Why must you making it more difficult than it has to be? Using app never made filling up any easier. Customer service told me to print card, but there is no way to scan it. Bring back cards. Swiping card is faster!

This app has so many glitches. Always something different. I can't even log in at times. Other times it takes forever to load and who has time to wait for the app to load for points? So I'm pretty much losing out on points most the time. So Pointless. We were better off with the old fashioned points cards.

I love the convenience of this app - when it actually WORKS. Usually I need to try several times before it recognizes that I'm parked at the pump, but occasionally it refuses to detect that i'm there at all, and I end up having to pay with my cards at the pump the old fashioned way. I wish this app was more reliable, and it should have a "try again" button to help force it to recognize we're at a station as opposed to us having to back out of the app, or kill it, and trying again.

App was working before but suddenly logs me out by itself and not able to sign in again. It says something went wrong on their side and try again. But the issue is still happening even after a week. Already using the latest version. No point to keep an app that does not work at all. Not recommend it!

Needs work. I can't add a fuel savings card. I can't use features because the writing goes down behind pictures and the page can't be scrolled to reveal the words covered by the pictures. It asked me if I wanted to use fingerprint(I said yes) as password but never asked me for me for my print. It never asks for password to open up. I have emailed for help but will uninstall if can't get it working.

This app is awful. You don't get your points half the time and it takes forever. I put my credit card info in. Now it wants me to create a new account. went to fill up. Opened the app "sorry we can't load the app now. Try again later" . Wow. That was helpful - not. Bring back the cards!

The worst app I've ever downloaded. Cant imagine a big company makes a terrible app. The app always says something went wrong on our side. So what? You guys at least have to have a way to do a car wash on web site. You should be already aware of this problem but you dont want to fix it. Then at least mame an alternative. I drive 10 minutes to petro canada to wash my car and if I cant sign into the app, that drives me crazy. If anyone reading this and not a customer, dont use their service.

So very terrible. Multiple clicks to get to points card. Cannot take a screenshot to make using card easier; it is forbidden by app. Makes it even worse than Canadian Tire app. Air Miles is the the easiest and most straightforward points app to use and allows screen captures.

Zero starts... Waste of space on my phone. You guys take away the cards and then the app stops working, can't open it have 99% of the time, and when it feels like opening, I have to try and log back in, unsuccessful because it's an issue on your end, or try again in a few mins.. Either fix it or start making cards again. At least then there's no issues scanning it for MY POINTS! Because you're losing me as a fuel customer ...

I've tried everything, and I just can't get this app to work. It installs, but takes many tries of stopping and restarting the app before it lets me log in. I've even tried uninstalling and re-installing it, but even that doesn't help. Even if I manage to log in, it doesn't show all of my cards and the discounts or savings available through them. It's not evident if or how I can redeem my Petro-Points at the pump.

Very inconvenient - the app requires so many steps and takes awhile to connect to a pump once authorized it's far easier to simply tap with my credit card. Also don't have the ability to use fuel savings reward when initiating pump ... I can see remaining litres in the wallet but can't actually use it.

0 stars. This app is horrible. It never works. I can never open it because "something went wrong on our end".. and when I do get it open it asks me to log in and tells me "incorrect password" every single time. Go back to physical cards. I get gas with points elsewhere, especially where gas is it these days.

Wish I could give a negative star review. Absolutely a garbage app and, in turn now, company... Huge issues with having NO POINTS COLLECTED for over a year...no one said anything to me...this is for seven vehicles..and when I called in, I was DENIES the points I rightfully collected and they have proof of in their own system! Waited for customer service call back for weeks...nothing! Garbage company Need the card back! This app is even worse than the company service

App has errors and wont even let me log in (100 percent sure correct)...hope to update in the future but if I can't use a points card at the pump then this app needs to work. May 10 (months later) and still doesn't work

Used to work but since recent months, no matter how many times I kill the app or even start it on my way to the gas station, it simply doesn't detect I'm there. Even the app itself shows I'm 0.0km away, it just doesn't allow me to pay. I thought this is supposed to be convenient. Sigh.

Pure utter garbage. I created an account successfully, but after that I've NEVER been able to login. Unreliable. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't work, rebooting, clearing cache. Nothing works.

The app takes forever and a day to open and then has a lot of difficulty figuring out that you are standing in the gas station. It is much faster to pull out your card than to bother with this app. It also has no way of accounting for a gas discount card.

Unfortunately a very bad app experience. I was really hoping this could work so I wouldn't have to have the physical card on me but the app never works when you need it. 'something is wrong on our end, try again in a few minutes' is all I get out of this app. I have to delete all app data to get it to work once, once I close the app I'm logged out & it's unusable again. Sad how many points I lost through this terrible app too. Thanks for trying but this is not working out.

Buggy app. I used to have my Petro Points card connected to my GooglePay and that was without any problems at all! Ever since they changed the card to not be compatible with GooglePay, nothing but problems. The app crashes and refuses to connect. Very buggy. Should not have been released! Unless you can improve on the experience, don't change what works. Drop the app. Go back to the former way.

This app is just terrible. Works inconsistently. I am unable to purchase fuel or redeem my car washes. The app does not recognize when you are at the pump. I contacted customer service to receive a replacement car wash card. While speaking to the rep asked about the app and if they were looking to correct the issues. I was told that the call is recorded and that they will hear my issues regarding the app. I never provide feedback but this app is just the worst I have ever used.

My app has not worked in a very long time. I have a Samsung S7 and want to know if the reason it no longer works is because you no longer support this device. Every time I try to use it I get a message to try again later.

Horrible, horrible app that barely works half of the time. I hate it so much that I started going out of my way to use other gas stations that still use REAL cards that work 200% better than this horrible app. PetroCanada took it upon themselves to make my old PetroCanada card obsolete and then refuse to give me a new card with a chip. Even when the app barely works, this means that I have to walk into each and every PetroCanada kiosk because the app on the phone doesn't work at the pumps.

Really garbage app. 0 if possible. I just reloaded my wash and go card at the counter and opened the app to register for an extra wash as instructed. Tried 2 times and it locked my card saying too many tries. Really? What's the point of having an app? Totally bad experience with the app. If not improved will definitely delete the app. Lucky I have my receipt from the store!!! Do something to help me. If not you are losing another customer!!!
