I like this app but this app takes too much money . kitten treat (1 pakt ) in this app is like 1 KD but in lulu hyper market we only have to pay 800 fils I was really shocked. But this app is too good to select what to buy for you loved pet . But I prefer myself to buy it from the supermarket . But if u want your order from this it's a waste of money 😅
Bad return fee i mistakenly ordered something that too big for my bird cage but when i wanted to return it they told me it 1.5kd return fee which almost pointless returning the object i ordered was my first and possibly my last time ordering from them

Very bad experience. After I made my order, and got a confirmation for next day free delivery. Next day, They said I have to pay 5 KD delivery charges; otherwise, my items will be delivered a week later . I don't advise using this app 👎👎not honest nor clear, with their customers .
