I use this app solely to schedule grooming appointments, because every other feature is broken. Any kind of payment doesn't work. Ordering for pickup, paying for a service, or anything else where you need to process a payment doesn't work. On the rare occasion my grooming payment does go through in the app, it bounces back into my account the next day. I've been days late paying for grooming because of this.

One of the worst apps I've ever had the misfortune of using. It's constantly loading even when you don't enter any inputs. It refuses to save any information you try to update. The filters in the search function always show 0 even when it shows items listed. Overall not intuitive, unresponsive, doesn't do what you need it to do.

Very frustated with the app. I've had this app for a very long time and everytime I want to place an order and I click on checkout, it never lets me check out. Whats the point of having an app that doesn't even work. Plus its so slow it always takes such a long time to load, crashes and overall useless. I prefer Petco's app, always works.

What in the hell is WRONG with this app??? I've tried placing an order 5 times over the last 2 days, and there's NO PLACE ORDER BUTTON!!! I've restarted my phone 3 X's and uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice... NOTHING!!! It's impossible to place an order through the app. So it's basically just taking up space on my phone... Not anymore, BYE! I hope you figure out WTH's wrong with it, and FIX IT!

Worst app ever. I've tried several times to purchase something for pickup and when I get to the continue to checkout button, the 'loading' pops up and starts flicking then goes right back to cart. This has been like this for months. The last successful purchase I was able to process was 12/9/2021. I can't believe this issue still has not been fixed.

Possibly one of the worst apps Ive ever used I redownloaded the app after not having it for about a year, and at first it was working great, but now it barely opens, or when it does, it's just a glitchy mess. I tried using it on my wifi and mobile data, tried clearing the cache, tried clearing the data, even tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, but it just does the same thing every time now. You'd think a multibillion dollar company would be able to have a decent mobile app, but I guess not.

Checkout isn't working (tried wifi and cell service and on two different phones) and current 15% off offer is only available in the app, so kind of completely defeats a primary purpose of using the app. Worked the last time I tried...Otherwise this would easily be 4 or 5 stars. Love the games for coupons and helpful for quick curbside pickup. Petsmart is much preferred over Petco for me.

Update: When you keep scrolling, the app becomes more and more laggy. After 10 min, frame rate be like 1-2 fps... And in review page, once you click on a photo, you could never return back, unless you do a force quit.... come on developer.... /////// It takes forever to load a page! When you apply filter on a search, it takes 20-30 sec to load, and when you apply another filter or sort, it takes another 20-30 sec. Other apps like Petco or Chewy will only take 1 sec on each search....

App has a good selection of products and services. Birthday coupons are not updated to reflect the change in their product line though, so those are unusable unless your store is awesome and still let's you redeem them anyway. It also won't let you check out with a gift card, it keeps glitching out and won't add the gift card to my payment options.

Can't see my rewards balance because it wants me to verify my email address which I had already done when I signed up for the app. Now when I click on resend verification email I get an oops try again later. Since I was having so many issues with the website and the app, we went to the store to find the enclosure we were interested in for my Ball Python. Website said there were none in stock but there were 10 sitting in store. The price was $100 cheaper online. This app is useless for anything.

I have always used the app, with little to no problems. I went to use it today and it had to be updated. After the update. ... It is now useless!!!! Been trying for a while and it just keeps crashing. It won't load just shuts down.. I tried un- installing and reinstalling. But it won't load and crashed again.

Very irritating to use. Cancelling subscriptions and uninstalling app. Inventory is always short and I don't get notified of it. I see that its on schedule, i wait for shipment to arrive and when I check the app a few days later it says it's short on inventory and so nothing has been shipped and I end up scrambling to find food for my cat. How is it that it is ALWAYS short on inventory?! Why would u continue it to offer it? The app is buggy - it lags and freezes a lot.

Keeps freezing, will not save game progress, when I receive notice of sales or new coupons offered and click link it just spins & will not load, repeatedly tells me I have wrong sign in information when I'm positive it's correct. Well here I am years later, just updated the app for the thousands time, it still just loads, I have the correct info but yet still a fail.

I love the store. I even have gone to the website and ordered items there with no problem. My problem is the app. I downloaded it today and it keeps glitching and the app keeps stopping. I can see how many points I have but I can't even access anything on the app, so I think I'll uninstall it because it looks like there's been issues with it for months prior to today and obviously there is still issues and it doesn't look like it's going to get resolved.

App won't let me log in and when I try to do "forgot password" it always says "oops, something went wrong". Been battling this for months now. I've tried to go on the physical website to change my password, but I never get the email from PetSmart to do so. Not sure what is happening, but extremely frustrating.

Since the update, the app won't even open. It shows the "loading paw" and then just closes down and gives the app won't load message. I've tried closing the app, shutting the phone off, uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, and nothing works to fix it. Whatever the update was on 4/12/22, you need to undo it or fix it again!

Horrible app!!! Crashes constantly. Tells you you'll get a 15% discount if you use the app for purchases. Would have gotten a great discount but the app crashes every time I hit checkout. I have tried everything from restarting the app to reinstalling it. Even restarting my phone and nothing. Now I have to buy full price this app is useless!

App is unusable. I remember when it used to work, but now just constant crashes, error messages, nothing loads or searches. Brutal. "Dang it, we didn't see that happening" error multiple times when the main screen is still loading.

I use to use this app all the time but the last 6 months to a year has been horrible using it. It crashed, freezes, refuses to bring up the checkout page. Just today I spent an hour trying to get the checkout page to come up it pops up n then goes away. So from now on I'll use my other local pet store. Hopefully pet smart figures it out before they loose more customers.

Could smooth out the payment steps by eliminating all the icon steps like shipment and payment method. Should be able to go to cart. Make purchase then your info for shipping and payment method should show up in on screen and then make payment. As of now too many steps getting to the purchase of item.

One of the worst apps I've ever used. Keep telling me my card info is incorrect when I tried to book a training session. I've used multiple cards and all say the same. In addition, when I submit the information it keeps telling me the state is missing, I'm looking at WA on the form but somehow there's no state. Quit telling me to use the app everytime I call to schedule something because it would actually save me time to call than to use your POS app. What a joke

This app is garbage. I've spoken to an associate at the store at how I can't even check out using this app and it's been more than 6 months since I've had this problem. They say, uninstall and reinstall and nothing! Can't check out and can't use my CC to pay, can't do anything let alone get customer service to help with the issue! Fix this app please!

Can't check out, keeps loading my items in cart but when I try to check out, "loading" emblem flashes on and off then goes back to items in cart. Have uninstalled and reinstalled but still has same problem. Used to work great every time but this problem has been present for past month or longer. I have updated it when available but still problematic. 5/7/2022 Updated the app again but when ordering 10 of same item I have to add item to cart 1 at a time to get app to go to checkout.

App used to work fine. Now I can't use the checkout. Useless. The captcha takes me to a neverending loop of verifications. Then, when you finally get through it, it won't let you "review cart", errors and won't let you checkout. Might want to have your developers fix that to be more successful with an app experience.

It does not load for me Update! It appears to upload to payment option when your spending a certain amount (ex. $200 up). I usually spend about $140; tried to see what would happen if I did same day delivery and it worked. However, the suggested tip was crazy . I quickly went back to see if it worked for pick up again, and between switching back to pick up, it changed the quantity making it eligible to work, but I noticed right before the payment option an fixed it, it just reloads. Plz fix.

You have a 50/50 shot of app working properly. When it works, its great! It could be more user-friendly when searching but it's doable if you have the time. Past 3 months the app hasn't worked properly. I'm typing & choosing "wet cat food" & "cat food" yet I have to weed through dog food or dry food (if i wanted canned). I've been trying to place a pickup order for over two weeks & either the app says "oops sorry something unexpected happened" or it crashes when I'm almost done & order is lost.

The app is trash !!!! How are you gonna offer a 15% discount for using the app but you have to keep redoing the captcha and then can't check out ?!!! I understand it's supposed to be a convenient way to shop so you don't have to actually go into the store but come on Petsmart !!! The app needs to be fixed ASAP or stop the false advertising of 15% off when using the app !!!! Won't be using the app again until it's fixed properly.
