Duke Abuga Nyakundi KCY 811S Black Toyota Passo 1st time to install the app and last time to ever use it. Worst driver ever...he accepts my trip then when I call him 20 minutes later as the app had told me my pick up will take, the driver tells me he is out of town...he doesn't cancel and he is not bothered. Either the app is not working or the driver is just bad at customer service Reason enough never to install the app again

Viewing personal files , information , profiles and photos is interfering with personal life . I don't support this 100% ! How can one acces my privacy in the name of downloading this app or rather tool ? Its a mandatory if you wish to join them while other drivers apps do not ask these funny questions while downloading their apps ..please note ; this goes only for driver 's app and NOT riders app , thanks.
I am really really tired of bad service.i use this app almost daily and 50% of the time I am extremely disappointed..is it fair to wait for a driver for 30min to an hour from the pick up time?yet you made the booking 3hours before? Then again you also have to be the one to call and follow up I honestly don't have a problem with the drivers,you have some of the best drivers But customer service and communication is worrying I have complained enough times. I am a very angry client
The prices are too high as compared other providers especially for the corporate rides. You're not realistic

Sign up at your own risk. They lie you will only get rides for category you sign up for, only to give you rides that dont match your category. How does a van job get a standard job? How does a standard car gets an economy job? Poor customer service when you call their office too and Vincent Achola manages you like a CBC child. You will regret when you sign up

Great app! But you need to have more drivers as today I've had to wait almost half an hour for a driver after booking. Nobody picked up my ride so I had to cancel. Quite disappointed. Otherwise everything else is good. Kudos!
Rubbish app! if you order a ride then switch to another app or make a call, by the time you get back to it your booking is gone, the app notifies you that you have no active booking, so you book again but end up with multiple drivers at your door.
