terrible, makes you login anytime you open it and it takes a minute to find your transactions and mark them. all of my banking apps are easier to use than this, they take pin codes or have fingerprint authentication. I recommend abacus instead, and would love other suggestions. we're switching to this because of multiple reasons but I don't like it. the worst thing about pex support is that the email given on this page to contact them doesn't even work :(
Yes the camera to take a picture never works i have to take the photo. I have tp gomto galleries and then upload the picture. I takes for ever and sometimes takes days for me to upload . the logon is also slow. And the navigation arou d the app can be confusion.
Unintuitive, overly complex, and incredibly slow
Says no internet connection but I clearly have a connection and a good one too. Even on LTE it says this. I uninstalled and reinstalled and still have the problem. Get it together please!

Email for Temporary password to login never arrives so i can't login right now. Need to check my balance like now and im not able to pretty upset
App works as well as any other banking app. It works a lot better than my Regions app

Can't get info when needed
I'm using a galaxys 22 ultra and unfortunately I don't have the ability to upload photos from my gallery on to this app. I can only take a photo for my receipts. I've gone through my permissions through my settings and allowed everything. This is very frustrating and puts me in an awkward situation.
