PFCU4ME Mobile

It used to be a great app but ever since it was reprogrammed and "fixed" it is more or less junk. Some days certain features will work and other days they won't. Currently having issues cuz it just keeps saying "loading accounts" no matter how long I wait. Usually starts working again after uninstalling and reinstalling, but not this time. Overall a disappointment. I'm not sure why they had to mess with a good thing.

The design setup & function just doesn't work. I get errors all of the time regardless if I'm on the app or online (my internet/WiFi is not the issue) which leads to me having to call the bank, which is inconvenient. On the app before the merging, I liked the quick view for balances, transfers & transactions but now that's gone. You can't view your previous transactions before the credit union merging. I'm hoping the two combined credit unions are in the works of really overhauling this app & online banking site.

This app is Always has logging issues. Didn't have this problem when it was sagelink. Like right now it will not open. So I drive down to Durand and what a surprise there is about 20 cars lined up with same problem. If this is the best PFCU can do. It's time to switch to different bank. I work out of state alot. This is becoming a big inconvenience.

01_07_19 UPDATE: Submitted a complaint to tech service to make sure they were aware of the issue with my android version. I have not had login issues in the last couple of days while trying to login. :) 12_28_18 Convienent when able to login. Worked great on older android system. Seems to be a glitch with login on newest version of android. I have to go into app settings/storage/ and clear the cache to get it to log back in each time. Will be great once this issue is resolved.

The app works splendidly! I'm a Samsung user and the app works great on my phone. I'm not sure what problems everyone else is having with the app. I read the other reviews and was concerned about the app not functioning immediately upon download, but that is not apparent whatsoever. Hopefully this merger continues to go smoothly and the app continues to as well. (Just to be clear, I don't work for the bank. LOL @one of the comments left.)

this app is useless. can't login to check balance or make a mobile deposit. I never had issues with sagelink. I've also not been happy with other issues since the merger. I love the convenience of my credit union being 5 minutes away, but that's not enough for me to stay. I'll be switching to Dort Federal.

always get stuck on the loading screen after logging in. went in and talked to someone about it and was told the developer didnt want to fix it because it wasnt a big issue. its been over 3 months that ive been having this issue!! always have problems with pfcu and will probably be changing banks

I used to use the Sagelink app until October when they merged. Tried 3 times to deposit a check with this app, all of which failed. I ended up having to drive accross town to make the deposit with a massive headache. The whole purpose for me wasting space on my phone with this app is for mobile deposits and it does not work with this app. 1. Do not waste your space.

One star is the lowest possible otherwise 0. Need to check account, can't log in. need to transfer money, can't log in. Mobile deposit, can't log in. Oh I know I'll use the actual website! To use this feature log into the mobile app..... cool mobile app doesn't work. It is completely usless. Saw there was an update on 12/31 got excited. Login today. Still just spins and doesn't allow me into the app. Very disappointed. Day 26 (for me ) of an unuseable app. Will continue to update daily.

I am able to do everything I need through this application. With notifications to balance updates and check deposits. Especially on days on can't get to a branch. Very helpful tool to have.

Ever since the merger, everything has gotten increasingly frustrating. It's a constant struggle to deposit checks via mobile phone. Now it constantly crashes any time I try. Will be switching to another credit union.

Junk! Switched over from sagelink and the app wont even launch. I've called the branch multiple times, installed and uninstalled multiple times. No change. Not happy with this merger.

This app is horrible. I usually can't log in at all. I called them about a month ago and they said they were aware of the problem but it still isn't fixed. Everything has gone downhill since the switch from sagelink. I'll be finding a new credit union in the near future.

When it works it's just OK. However, it hardly ever works. Can't log in. Very frustrating. What's the point of making us use an app and it works 15% of the time..maybe.

Getting very frustrated trying to log into this app! It's the day before Christmas Eve and I'd like to check my accounts. Have never had so many issues since PFCU's large merger. Please hire some IT people that are able to maintain this site if it's going to be used by so many members.

cant wtite a review without pocking a star. if I could choose their would be no stars at all. The loan section does a terrible job of letting you know payments. ie if payments been made in addtionto auto payment, it doesnt tell you mouthly figures. or if you want to slpit up payments it has nothing about what pprtion remains before or after the bue date.

When it works, the app isn't bad. But for almost a week now, I can't log in. If i go online, I have no problem. What's the point in the app if I still have to use their website. I never liked the change from sagelink, but thought I'd give it a try. I was wrong, time for a new bank.

Always accessible. Usually quick, but sometimes, you have to repeat an action to get it done, such as, depositing a check. No apps...Love it!!!

An mobil app is expected to make things easier..... Total fail on this one! I miss the SageLink app 😔 If you like to waste your time trying to log in over & over with no success, this apps for you!

Love the app. Do all my banking from home now. Deposits, transfers, bill pay, and keeping track of balance is so much easier.

All I can say is good luck! Most worthless app I have ever seen. Won't link any of my other accounts. The account that is linked it won't update. Save your space on your phone

Every time I update it will not work. I got tired of going in to the branch just to get it working again and with covid 19 I can't use it so I stopped using the accounts almost entirely and went to a different credit union to do my major financial business.

doesn't work well. hasn't worked right in days and is down often. Constant issues with so many different parts since the merger. Probably going to start looking for a new bank.

This app is absolutely horrible. You can never get connected to it. It always said unable to connect to the network.

I can't access my account through this app. It's constantly loading, but never opens. I was much happier with the Sagelink app!! It always worked!

Fingerprint reader no longer works. Fingerprint reader worked great up until the update now it will only take eye scans. Using a Galaxy note 8...

Cant log into the app since the last update again. Dont create an app that people depend on unless you can properly maintain. and support it.

E-statements don't work but PFCU charges a monthly fee for printing them. Direct deposit doesn't always work. App kicks you out in the most inconvenient times. Really miss Sagelink.

Not working. After the merge with Sagelink, I was suppose to have the same user name and password, but it won't work. And the Sagelink app don't work either. Smh
