The app has greatly improved and works as well as online banking.
First off I love having PFFCU as my financial institution, the staff is always super helpful if you need to contact them for any reason. The App is the most convenient thing and super easy to navigate. Recently someone had gotten my debt card number, they were kind enough to not only investigate but I got all of the stolen money back and all the over draft fees that resulted from it. Usually it takes up to 10days, however they were very quick about it and everything was fixed within a few days.
I had this app before the new update. I'm pretty disappointed in the upgrade. It takes longer to load, and sometimes gives me a previous balance ( wont update my balances correctly) and I have to log out and back in and it still wont be right. Transfers have been an issue and I'll have to try and do it several times before it goes through. I love my bank but definitely not the app right now.
Great experience most of the time. At first I didn't like the change because if you had multiple accounts they are underneath one another and it was a bit much to try find them. Some days I get a little confused and have figure out what is what but I'm getting used to it. The only problem I am having is a constant error message when trying to login. Sometimes it goes straight through and other times I have to erase my password, that I know I typed correctly, to only retype it for it work.
This app hardly ever opens any more. Always taking to long
Not happy with the update. Available balance shows up wrong a lot! Use to show available balance that included pending charges, now it's all over the place. 1 minute it's one number, then 10 minutes later it's another number, then 10 minutes later it's back to the first number. Please fix the update or give us the ability to remove the update. Update should be a choice.
It is a great app, I pretty much do a lot of things on this app which saves me time on the phone or sometimes even driving to my branch office. It is also great to pay all my bills on time without worrying about the delays in mail delivery. I will definitely recommend it to any member to use for great convenience. Also, very easy to use with little computer knowledge by anyone.
This is one of the worst credit unions to become a member of. Very LOW mobile deposit threshold, both in quantity and dollar amount. Security is over the top ridiculous. In a combined 50 years of experience with other credit unions, i have never had to step foot in a branch office. In 3 years with this one I've had to go at least a dozen times
Easy to use. With 2 accounts and 3 grown children, it is easy to send gifts, just transfer. This was especially indispensable when they were all in college and needed money. Immediate transfer, no waiting.

I used to love this app! Now? You couldn't pay me to use it!!!! E-V-E-R-Y TIME I sign in...... unknown errors occur. IF I do get into it, I get a split second to view my balances before I get kicked out and told an unknown error has occurred!!!! Then I have to enter my log in info YET AGAIN!!!!! If zero stars was an option..... that's what i would have picked.
Takes too long to load! People have been complaining about this. Account balances information is hit and miss. Sometimes have to empty the cache just to get correct info. Please fix it! Badly needs fingerprint support for multiple accounts by same user! Some folks have more than one checking and savings at PFFCU. Please update to have fingerprint support for multiple account login. THX
It's always confusing to read. I can't tell which is which. (When it comes to accts) They need to update their system. It looks outdated. My thumb print never works for the pwd and the menu selection is minimal.
I love police and fire...The app can use some work. When I spend money the transaction doesn't show right away and at times it takes a very long time signing into the app via finger print. It comes up as a connection error I'm not sure why...I gave a 3 star because outside of this the bank is great!
Since the update a few weeks ago, everything I open the app, even if ten minutes have passed, I need to verify my device via phone call. This is terribly inconvenient. In addition, many times I can't access what I want to in the app, and it takes a long while to load.
I have been having the same issue as others. It has trouble connecting to servers and says my connection is too slow which is not true. It has been very frustrating because when I first started to use this app it worked great and stopped working a month or two ago...
Overall convenient to use, however there are times where it won't load for no reason, plus it keeps reversing my username and password when I try to auto fill my information. I would like to know that I'm not going to have a new problem with the app every time it updates.
Solid app experience. Rarely any unexpected closures. It's a bit slow to respond and the UI could be easier but overall it's more than I expected and falls short just due to response time.
Of course after I post a review the app logs in. Should still look into the latency issue, but at least it works.
