This app stopped working on note 9 phones a few months back. Just sits at pge logo with loading spinner forever now. Clearing data, reinstalling, etc. do not resolve.

it used to be good paying your bill real quick eventho it was a extra 1.50 service charge to use the app.. now all of a sudden I can't even log in to do that what a waste of memory space..i have a s7 so I really shouldn't be experiencing a issue running any apps and this was tested as well on a iPhone7 tonight and same results app request for email and servers busy..

This app was fantastic, until it suddenly stopped working for no reason. Every time I went to login it immediately told me the session had timed out. My last hope is uninstall, reinstall. *Update* Now more than a month after my original post the problem still isn't any different, I would suggest their website, calling or moving outside their service area.

The app used to work just barely enough to make my payment each month. With the last update to the app, I am no longer able to use the app at all. Any time a login it kicks me out and says my session has expired. Uninstalling now.

I have used this app for over 2 years and I love it. It's so easy and convenient to pay my bill. Now it won't work and that's because the company that created the app discovered security vulnerabilities. I even received a letter from them. I'm hoping they will get things resolved soon so I can begin using this app again.

When I first downloaded it a few months ago it worked perfectly fine now won't let me sign into it it says it my session has expired every time I try and sign into it and no matter what I do I can't get into my account I have to use a different device to be able to get into my account to pay my bill. It's extremely annoying having an app that doesn't work!!

Super easy to use ... EDIT: was 5 start is now 1 star... This app no longer functions and will not even get past the initial loading screen. Uterly broken. I'm a developer and had Ipushed out an app like this I would be looking for a new job quick as my clients would have fired me.. :-/ also less of an issue but woulod be nice if this app supported the Dex platform as well..

Doesn't let me schedule my insanely high payment for a later date so it's either pay right away or do something out side of this app to remind you. Next, no fingerprint login, gotta say, 3 stars is pretty generous.

Glad to see I'm not the only one that is pissed off and having issues with this app. I've used this app for so long, I can't even remember when I first downloaded it. It was such a great app and now I can't even log in. I did everything you could possibly do from a user standpoint: cleared the cache, cleared the data, restarted my phone, uninstalled then reinstalled and it still won't work. So ridiculous

It was a wonderful app for a while. Then suddenly it won't let me sign in no matter what I do. I am running the Google Pixel so there really shouldn't be any issues. No mater what I do it says session has expired, I have never had this issue until the last 2 months. Please fix this.

It makes paying my bill hassle-free, I hate doing it over the phone, it's a pain going in person and waiting in line, and I can never trust the Post Office now adays in case they were to lose my mail in between the seats other vehicle and I wonder why my power shuts off. I'm glad they make apps for this kind of thing!

it doesnt work. was able to pay bill for 4 months then...error your session has timed out. pge says no eta on fix. not happy. if u pay by phone its a lot more money. way to let so many down pge. they know and wont fix. prob want you to pay the $5-6 to pay over the phone :( crooks!!!
