PGA TOUR Fantasy Golf

Seriously, this is the worst, most bug-ridden app I've ever used. On a modern phone like the Google Pixel, and the app just constantly freezes, crashes, the back buttons never work, infinite spinning loading circles and the actual desktop website is not much better. These issues have been around for so long now I can't believe they have not been fixed. All of the 1 star reviews here are deserved. It's more frustrating to use than it's worth, and it is poor from an organisation with deep pockets.

Lots of bugs with the new version of this app released yesterday. The search function to search for golfers when I want to update my roster doesn't work, the app just sits there. Within each golfe, clicking on the prior tournament results link returns the app to the prior screen without showing prior tournament results when trying to add new golfers. This new app version was clearly rushed.

Update 2022: App has gone from bad to WORSE! We have a private league and app is so horrendously bad we have all decided to move league to a new platform despite already starting season. Line changes weren't saving, the UI is glitchy and annoying, zero commissioner controls or admin ability, it was bad last year and now it's just complete garbage.

Too many bugs. Sometimes it takes until Tuesday for standings to update. You can't view standings half the time as the link will just take you back to the landing page. Furthermore, you have only Wednesday to make your picks for the next tournament. This could be a fun app, but it needs improvement.

Might possibly be the worst app I have ever used. What a huge step back from previous versions.. You can't see the cut, you can't see your opponents lineups, the scoring is awful. It's extremely user un-friendly. Simply put its terrible.

This app was ok. Now this new version is atrocious. Everything is so big can't fit well on screen. Shows no standing data unless you click to edit your roster. Why? Still never shows overall tournament leaders/standing so have to flip between another app to get idea where you stand. And it no longer fires alerts to remind you if you have not done your roster. Great way to get us to disengage PGA. Maybe Norman's venture will get this right,some competition will stop junk releases like this.

I convinced my brother to play this year. But I'm embarrassed by this new version. I don't even see a place where it tells you what place your team is in. And they eliminated all the cool bonus features like getting points for 300 yard drives, putts over 20 feet and chip ins. Yesterday 2 of my guys went bogey free but I don't see where they were awarded any bonus points. Will give it another week or 2 but I might just skip the whole thing this year.

The display on the phone is awful. The screen is cut off and you can't scroll to see player scores or standings. Bad experience. 👎

The new app and web interface makes for a really miserable experience. How in the world this could be described as an "upgrade" is beyond me. The volume of information you can access has been reduced dramatically - I can't even see which players the other memberd of my league picked or how they are scoring.

I have been a regular user of this app for years and while I have had a complaint occasionally about usability, I would have rated it highly (4 stars). Now I cannot log in on my Android phone even after multiple reinstall attempts. Please fix this!

It is a fun, free way to stay actively engaged with week-to-week tourney play. The scoring lags considerably, and does not actually reflect your active players scores. It has the appearance of being rigged against you. This is a serious bug when your score adds up to clearly being in the lead, yet you are shown with something like 26535th place. This causes one to lose trust in the integrity of this game.

Been playing on fantasy on PGA Tour for a few years now. Developers have continued to put time into the app and it shows. Its become a super smooth user experience, the app is snappy and works great, notifications remind you to set your lineup and give you the head up if someone withdraws. While at the same time not jamming up your notifications with a bunch of trivial articles. If you like this format of play, this is your app.

Its ok, though not always the most intuitive. And more than anything, I don't understand why you don't have a page with the leaderboard of the actual tournament... it'd encourage interest in the tournamemt and help get a better picture of how your players stand.

Everything is great, but the hole view definitely needs help, it's constantly marking balls wrong and doesn't look as clean as in the pga app. Extremely buggy and crashes often. The idea behind is is awesome but needs tidying up.

The tour runs a good show. This fantasy app is another story. My experience echoes the other comments I have seen. Half the time I am unable to get logged in. Now I am getting the white screen, spinning black circle. It is ridiculous.

Multiple bugs, hard to use. I end up using a computer to set lineup and look at stats, and reduce this app to just check scores. Can't even follow a player well shot for shot like on a computer browser.

**Updated review - Oct 2021 - This app is now just making me angry. I understand that if you switch a player from the bench to the team, they lose one of their three picks to play for that segment, but you used to be able to switch a player on and off the bench as many times as you wanted during a tournament and it would (and should) only cost you the one use. I benched Morikawa after Round 1, then when I went to put him in the game for Round 3, it subtracted ANOTHER use of him in a game. Before I selected him for this tournament, he had three golf balls by his name - now he has ONE. This is ridiculous. The last iteration of this software was frustrating, but nowhere near this level. If they don't fix it quick, I'm out.

The new interface is horrible. It is much more difficult to get the basic info you need than it was last year. Cool graphics do not equal easier to use.

it's ok... it's not very intuitive. Can't delete teams so it defaults to obsolete team/league everytime. The private league leaderboard MUST be improved it's several hours delayed which deters people's interest.

The app & league is enjoyable. It would be nice if you could see your rivals scores side by side, rather than having to go back and forth between your own picks and the picks of your rival.

The golfers are easy to scroll through and pick. I like the consistent updates on how they're doing during the tournaments. I like being able to see if one or more of my picks was cut

This year is terrible. Worse ever since started. If I had 8 hrs to make picks, maybe. It was way easier to pick out of 4 different classes.

Horrible. To begin, when the app is actually working the scoring and updates are 6 hours behind the playing times. But then the app simply stopped working altogether. Trash.

The improvements are awful. I don't like this app now! The App is cumbersome. I don't mind the scoring changes, but putting the golfers in alphabetical order is a bad change.

The app will show a white screen spinner no matter which choice I make. No login. Nothing. The app works fine on the phone (S7) that I just had to replace.

Can't navigate out of my current roster pick. When I tap standings it just takes me back to my roster. Looks like the PGA is done updating this app. Been more than a year.

Garbage app! Wont let me login half the time. Constantly freezes up. Updates 8+ hours after the round is over. Going elsewhere for fantasy golf next season
