I don't mind paying to watch the golf but this app is horrible! Slow and slower. It took a while to load the live broadcast on my phone and now it is 17 mins and counting since I casted it to my Chromecast and all I see on my TV screen is "This stream is about to start". I have now missed a hole. The PGA needs to fire these guys and find a new partner. Here comes the robotic "Thanks for your feedback" response...

Worst app ever. Insanely slow, unintuitive interface, live feeds buried deep inside. Local commentators are a nightmare while original audio is not available. Coverage is limited by country, instead of full coverage only featured holes or groups, and a few hours before the end of the tournament even those stop, telling you to switch to a local pay channel which for the most part is not even covering the event. All the promises of including the big events turned out to be lies since exclusive coverage was again sold to local providers. Customer service is slow and only apologizes if the lies are called out at least twice. Absolutely useless. Give international fans an option to watch!

Screen comes up that stream is about to start and it never does. Featured group and featured hole works but trying to go live is always a problem. While streaming not live the app will kick out and you lose where you were every time.

As a service, 4 stars. But the app? My god, the app alone would get 1 star. Functionality is atrocious. I cut the cord last summer and this is the only app that has constant issues. Takes forever to load and navigate, casting to Chromecast is very hit or miss and buggy. The added stream options at recent events has been great, however trying to switch between them makes me want to throw up. Will not be renewing this summer if some updates don't start to address issues.

Very slow to open. Plays on my phone but sometimes the live play won't cast to tv. It will just show "The stream is about to start" with a still picture on the tv...even while live play is happening on my phone screen.

The App is very slow & has been from day one. Reinstalling it makes no difference. The app is slow enough to be painful to say the least, eventually you can get at the events & can stream fine from there. Of the dozens of other streaming apps I have, this app is definitely one of the worst loading up.

Shitfull app. You pay $9.99 a month to still get ads. No option to screen cast. So you've got to spend $19.99 per month to actually watch it on your TV rather than your bloody phone. Hot tip. Ditch the ads for any kind of subscription and just make it one subscription pass. Wasted $9.99 as I'll not watch it on my phone. Unsubscribed !!!!

Years later and this app is still terrible. Incredibly slow even on new devices, and if trying to cast to a device it sends the incorrect feed. The "watch" is now cluttered with old videos so badly that the live feeds for this week's tournament require you to scroll all the way to the bottom.

The usability of this app is so horrible, I really don't know why I'm still subscribed.. Has anyone from the development team of this app actually tried using the app? Surely you guys can do a better job than this. The playback is bad. Navigation, bad. Connecting to Chromecast, bad. Seriously, this is a paid app and using it almost unbearable.

I signed up for Golf TV in 2021 in Canada and it wasn't good. Poor or no coverage on weekends, BUT, 2022 is a new year! GolfTV has teamed up with ESPN and coverage is great! Choice of full broadcast, feature groups or feature holes all four days. And, very few interuptions. Now I'd rather watch GolfTV than commercial broadcasts.

I love the golf coverage but since the last update I can't cast the Main Broadcast to my tv, it plays on my phone but when I cast it, it says stream will start soon even though it's playing on my phone. The featured holes and groups work though.

Super slow on start up, stream selection and navigation. Literally unusable.

Money deducted but no subscription. Paid through Google Pay. Seems like a recurring problem which GolfTV are not bothering to solve.

The app is great to watch all my golfing needs from the tour. Loved it more when the early featured groups were available without subscription. It would be great if the app was developed for Android tv to directly stream on TV the telecast as we cannot get ESPN+ in Australia. Thanks

Worse app ever. IBM should be ashamed of their "presented by IBM" on the main page... Super laggy, takes forever to move inside the app and access the content (and I have great internet). Also disappointing that not all golf is covered by the membership. Some big events are not broadcasted. Overall, very disappointing...

Just subscribed and after trying the app seriously thinking about cancelling the subscription. Terrible UI, playback working poorly, Chromecast not working, app suggesting crazy content instead of live PGA Tour event etc. Really huge disappointment.

Easily the slowest app I've ever used. Click a button wait an eternity. Even on a brand new s22 ultra.

Hi. I have subscribed for one year pro plan through google play store. The money was deducted from my credit card but the app says it cannot process my subscription and try later. Also google refused to refund the amount. So i am neither getting the channel nor my money back. Need solution please.

App keeps crashing and casting doesn't work with Nvidia Shield Update: still crashing, no improvement. The least stable I use for streaming content. Just unreliable and lousy

Great service and live golf a plenty but needs to be a bit more intuitive through the organisation of live feeds and videos. Also a pretty basic thing that's missing...scoreboards. Either they don't have them or I can't find them. Please add this. Also make it simpler and clearer to see which video is the live stream, separate from highlights or replays.

Does what it says but it's painful to use. Extremely unresponsive. Switching between streams is a nightmare. I would give it a one star but it does stream golf. Unfortunately the app fights you at every step of the way. Lag after pressing buttons and screen rotations is a constant issue. Continues to sign me out which is extremely inconvenient. Does not always show every stream that should be available.

Solid 3 stars. So far I have the free version and it constantly freezes. Everything is so slow. It freezes. Unresponsive and it freezes. Very aggravating. Tap the screen and wait 3 secs before anything comes up. Gets a 3 star because seems like a lot of contents. Will update this after I get the LivePass. Maybe it won't freeze anymore.

Needs a lot of work. Doesn't cast to tv, can't count the amount of times the app doesnt bring up videos or menus properly and when it finally does bring it up a 20 second ad loads to add to the frustration. It's like the buttons aren't programmed properly (using Android) Not to mention the load times when launching, everything seems to have to load at once so it takes a good 15 seconds each time you go to a different section , hates landscape orientation, just a terrible frustrating to use app.

Only works sometimes. Very bad execution. Super unfortunate as I thought it was be better with more tours covered. Should have a Chromecast link in browser on desktop to send to tv. The phone app is inconsistent with trying to cast. Audio can be laggy. Issues with signing in sometimes. Still a good option vs cable. Can't have it all I guess.
