It's very slow, it takes hrs to download this app... Y...
I can not get it to down load. It says it is installing but it has been over 5 hours :( now 6 days later and its still "installing"
I uploaded the app today and needed to make a deposit. I was delighted to find a branch on my way home. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the branch was no longer in existence (e.g., Available Commercial Real Estate sign).
I saw that there was no deposit function on the application so I called them. I needed to go through a verification process to prove my identity. Now I understand why you would want to verify someone's identity before giving them elevated access to their account, however we're talking about deposits here not withdrawals. As soon as they verified my identity the application showed the deposit function. This should be in the application description at the very least.
The new app works great. To the guy saying he doesn't have a mobile id, its the same id you normally use to log in to the website or the old mobile app. Hopefully they will keep improving and adding better features to the app to keep up with the "big box" banks. Have been with PGB since I was young and have had very few problems with them.
Good news. This app works fine now. However., you need to check with your branch to have the office make a final entry or final step to activate the check deposit function for you. The description states check deposit available but is not. This feature is common at many banks. Please add this feature as described in the app.
The only reason why I got an account here was because my job uses the bank and because the bank associates said I could take a picture of my checks on the app to deposit them. Well you can't and it's aggravating because I work 6 days a week 10 hours a day and I never have time to go to the bank personally and deposit money... please add that feature that's advertised soon.
New app looks very clean and polished. Great job!
I put this app on my phone and when you open it, it asks for a mobile ID. How do you obtain a mobile ID if you dont have one already??

This is a gd app
Used this app for awhile. Now it doesn't work at all. The photos of the check look like they are written in an alien (not from earth) language. I uninstalled, then re installed and still doesn't work.
