PGC The Bus Live

Hit or miss Sometimes the bus appears on the app, and other times it does not. Its frustrating to have the app and still have to call customer service to ask what time the bus will arrive, especially the 6:21am 30 Bus to Branch Ave station. Its a coin toss on whether or not the bus will arrive, making it even more frustrating when traveling to work. I agree 💯 percent with Rome Evans post! Perhaps its not the app as much as the drivers running late and/or not showing up at all. Come on PG Cty!🤯

This app has not worked in over a year, you get no information for any route you pull up, so why is it even still on Google Play store?

This app is not very informative. It should provide more arrival time so that commuters can plan their trip better. This needs a lot of improvement.

The time to show when the bus comes is inaccurate. The buses on the map don't show their location most of the time. I mainly just use it to look at bus routes now when I wanna use it to see where buses are.

The app is pretty good but the 30 bus route in the morning going to Branch Ave. Subway station is not need to work on being on time.

Needs a little more, need to have the ability to see the full daily schedule. Not just the next 3 trips

Gps is almost ALWAYS off or shows incorrect timing. Just checked the time for the 32. It's says I had 23 min but 1 just came 2 min ago. UNRELIABLE ‼️‼️‼️🙄🙄🙄🙄

Never shows accurate times waste of space can't put no stars so I only get 1 and that isn't by choice.

Not easy to use sometimes you have repeat steps to get it to work

There have been more no available times than available. How are we supposed to know when and or if the bus is coming.

Arrival time estimates jumped wildly, such as 13 mins. to 40 mins. to 4 mins. Difficult to know what to expect.

This app works when it wants to work it's always issues and problems

This Bus Service Has Yet To Fail Me.

Time keeps changing. It will say due and then back to 5 mins. The bus service needs to improve especially during rush hour.

It's a good app. What would make it even better if the hours of operation lasted longer. Thanks.

Where are the route times this app is not effective

Timing is never accurate.

This app provides little information and the wait time changes. Also there is no way to view the bus schedule.

I didn't know thay had a app I just installed it to my phone now it will come in handy

I like this app so far it has not left me stranded as yet although timing is if by a couple minutes but over all the app is alright.
