During the olden days, the travelers are entertained by the villagers at the destination by offering food and shelter at no cost. Similarly students who travel to other towns for higher studies are also supported by the families in those towns by offering food and shelter at no cost. As days pass by, all these services had become ‘paid services’ and the guests are referred as ‘paying guest’.
Many commercial establishments across the globe were built to provide lodging, food and other guest services with different ranges of facilities. An upscale full-service facility offers luxury amenities whereas the low-scale service facility i.e. budget-oriented, sociable accommodation where guests can rent a bed, usually a bunk bed, in a dormitory and share a bathroom, lounge and sometimes a kitchen. The services and the facilities vary in size, function and cost leading to different varieties of accommodations such hostels, PG, lodges, resorts, service apartments, guest houses, cottages and many hotels ranging by their star category.
Thinkwide, a business Organization did a detailed survey and zeroed on guest feedback as cost inflation and lack of knowledge specific to different varieties of accommodation types. Even though there are many Websites, Apps available, those are limited to dealing with few categories. And the gap is wider for categories of budget-oriented across urban and rural India.
Thinkwide created a Mobile App and web site mainly to deal with all types of accommodation services across India. As this is ‘online’ platform meant for ‘paying guest’, the team named it as ‘paying guest online’ and the brand ‘PGO’.
PGO supports all travelers who are home away’ students or officers, business men or working women, long stay or short, vegetarian or non-vegetarian, budget or expensive, urban or rural . PGO also supports hosts to showcase their properties on its platform.
Simply PGO created a platform for Guest and Host to meet, interact and continue the divine kind relationship ‘Atithi Devo Bhava’.

The customer support is is responsive in PGO but one issue I gound is that the property host do not bother to respond to bookings and property details are not updated on app. Even for verified properties it seems. Maybe the developers could introduce a real time availability feature for guests to look for bed availability at the PG of their choice.
Best app to find best accommodation facilities any where. It really helped me.

One of the worst app you can install in your phone. It doesnt work at all even on wifi it keeps on loading
I have visited the head office of PGO. This is the best application for students, Job holders for to get best hostel, accommodation.

I tried contacting some properties (Apartments). However, it gets re-routed to the customer care where no one picks up. Without that the app is useless for me. Please let me know when is the appropriate time to contact the customer care. Will change my ratings accordingly.
My experience with this application - I'll give 5 stars for the interface and how the application works to use on the phone. But for finding a pg/room, I will give zero. I tried finding a room to rent through the application in Mumbai but all owners or contacts provided were unapproachable. Not even ba single one responded. Had to uninstall it because it felt a complete waste of time.
It's amazing. We don't to go anywhere to search PG. We can easily check which is the best one. We can easily compare PG according to our need. By single click,we can get so many options. One of the best application I've seen.
amazing app, very smooth experience. firstly the idea itself is a gem, accommodation at a very low cost is what attracted me towards this app when my friend told me about it.. I'm a frequent traveler so this the most basic thing required for me.

I saw a property and tried calling the owner(since there was no option for booking) but my call got redirected to customer care, they said that I will receive a call from the owner in 24hrs(it never happened), I called customer care 7 times and they keep on repeating the same answer that you will get a call in 24hrs. I suggest not to install this app.
They were not giving good service at all. Customer has to suffer with there service. Last time I booked one PG, and the facilities they mentioned during booking time was not provided at the time of check-in. They has conflicts between owner facilities and PGO. Even I raised complain regarding this but nothing happened. Only talk.. sir today will solve your issue. But they did nothing. Anyone who gonna to use there service please be careful.
Very slow app and loading takes ages and at last freezes due to internal server error. Restarting also doesn't work. First update the app properly.
BEST APP TO FIND BEST ACCOMMODATION ANY WHER IN INDIA
It's a nice platform for youngsters to search for the accommodations, either in hostels or PG's. still the search options should be improved but over all PGO is the Best.
One word to describe PGO Experience - "Outstanding!!" I'm seriously impressed with their PG accomodation app. Property names can be searched with their id or name with ease here in pgo app which makes booking way too simple. Loved the UI design and smooth interface! Keep the good work going!!
It's better not to use this app, just time waste.I applied single sharing in filter, and i received some hostels and when i tried calling nearly 12 of those hostels,not even a single hostel is having single sharing & also the prices indicated in the website are utter waste.If you call them & ask,they would provide with a different rates. so it's just rubbish. After the reply i personally went and visited 2 hostels near me. Single sharing doesn't even exist in these hostels. This app is big jumla
PGO- it's a wonderful app for Hostel and PGs
Edit: this app deserves 0 stars. Otp verification failed multiple times. Worst app. After payment and confirmation of 2-3 times.I went to the hostel. But the hostel owner denied check in. I wasted money on membership also.Most of the Hostels are not accepting if you book through this app. Be careful.
Worst app..the properties which are verified are also of worst Condition...also they dont provide owners contact number and by single room they mean a bed in a kitchen...the pictures are also different from what is shown.. Stop making fool of us.. Don't install this app..u can install if u want to waste your time
Back then map view was awesome and unique, as this feature doesn't have now. Please add this feature back.
Great App for PG booking online. I have cancelled my booking after paying online and was worried about my money as I paid online. But I can see all my transactions in my wallet and I used cash in my wallet to book again without using my credit card again..
