Pharmacist's Letter®

There has been no update to this app since January 2014, despite the website receiving a complete format overhaul. The "app" is only a shortcut to the website, and is not mobile device friendly. The text does not wrap to fit the screen, making functionality substandard. I would love to work on my CE requirements during waits at the doctors office or when my child is at swim practice, but scrolling side to side for every single line of text is cumbersome and quite ridiculous.

Uninstalled because it no longer works with Android update. (Gives me message that it's updating content, but never does - I uninstalled & reinstalled and got a warning that the app was built for an older version of Android and may not work). Can confirm it doesn't. Hopefully a fix is coming soon.

Overdue for updating! Articles are not available in the app - you are redirected to the website. The content does not fit on the screen and there is no zoom feature. Desperately in need of modernization. Such a poor format for a great resource for information and CE.

UPDATE THE APP PLEASE. Not compatible with android. We android users would like to use the app as well. As of 08/27/20, app does not allow me to login using email address and password. I am able to login via internet.

I have tried uninstalling and installing again and again on my Android phone (Moto g series). Right when I open the app it's a blank screen with the header. Please fix this bug

No longer working, looks like need to download new Pharmacist Letter app. Just logged into that one. Uninstalling this one now.

Works now. Wish they updated the app though. The new web interface is much better.

This app no longer works. Uninstall it and then install the new Pharmacist's Letter app with the new "pl*" logo. (Not sure why TRC isn't telling us this.)

Needs improved CE opportunity similar to website. Also doesn't work with recent updated Samsung software.

The May 27 update fixed all the issues I was having since the Jan 17 update! I love this app! 5 stars!

The new reboot of the website has been amazing. If you all could bring a reboot to the app as well I would love it. I select links in the app and it takes me to the website with the currents months issue pulled up but no way to navigate to the actual content I'm looking for (usually older stuff). Make the app run similar to the online version and you might have a winner.

Downloading content takes forever and you can't do anything else while it's doing it. It's a great product, but not the app.

Subscribers can read all articles and Detail-Documents online. The only thing I would like to see is downloadable .PDF documents for the Detail-Documents.

Needs work for KitKat compatibility? Upgraded to the latest Nexus hardware and now the app won't load. Add with many others, it must keeps trying without success. Let's go devs, make the app work!

It keeps saying fatal error when I try to open on Samsung s4. Never had a problem in the last few years until now.
