It times out frequently and slowing the process of having to force close the app to start all over again and log back into the app. It's also slow at retrieving data on 1st and 2nd tier to get patient information ready for the scanning stage. The app locks up when completing a trip and again having to force close to start over again and log back into the app.
The app takes entirely too long to load orders, and since time is money with this line of work, you lose money due to how slow it is. Also, it crashes entirely too much.
Awesome I just appreciate technology. This App allows you to complete your delivery step by step, fast, and user friendly. Now if yall can add our paperwork and make it one stop, I'd be forever Greatful!
I am using this app for my route every day and it doesn't make me feel weird when i'm on. this app is wonderful I make my raute without any difficulty and it doesn't make me feel uncomfortable it's just fine. Thanks again to whom has been working on it and to develop such as good work.
this app freezes way too much and will not load
this is not good,you're continually having to update when you shouldn't
Sometimes it freezes when it's being in use.

It has been a journey with this app for sure . Apparently the Tech Guru and his development team kept at it until they got it right ! Major improvements have happened on all fronts resulting in an app that is fast , together and easy to use !!
You guys need to fire whoever is making the updates because ever since the past couple of updates everything has gotten 5× worse than it was before. App crashes ALL the time then when I log back in I have to wait 5minutes to do anything because the app just freezes and not to mention the input lag is a joke. And this is me being nice I have a galaxy s8

This app crashes every time I log in to scan bar codes. Also I'm having issues integrating the tera wireless Bluetooth scanner with this app. It takes a while trying to twist and turn my phone to scan bar codes. Please let me know if its compatible with the tera wireless scanner or any other Bluetooth wireless scanner.
