Useless app, which doesn't show correct inventory position. (I understand about some medicines which are rarely available, but it has happened for Colgate toothpaste too??? Really???) *PharmEasy no more Easy.* Everytime we opt for any offer it gets negated because of unavailability of products. They even remove the products without even confirming with customer beforehand and process it further. After all of this when you ask them to add something to the same order that too is not possible.
Medicine delivery is mostly delayed, mostly it is missing some or other item so you have to run around to get that anyway. This kills the whole purpose of convenience and faster delivery. The delivery date before placing order and after placing order is different and they blatantly lie about it. There are other options available which deliver Medicine on same day rather than waiting multiple days and offer better discounts. Don't go for pharmeasy, it will make your life difficult.
Worst app. I purchased plus Subscription. In the beginning they deliver all the orders correctly and within the estimated delivery hours. In last 3 months the deliveries are delayed in every order that i placed. Also in one of my order they put medicine other than what i purchased so i have to cancel that order and place a new order. Just waste of my plus subscription money. Shifting to 1mg by TATA.
Most of the times they cancel a part of the order (after uploading the prescription and payment) even though it is listed in the search as available. thus, Poor service. Don't list the items that you cannot deliver.
Horrible app riddled with bugs. Can't view any of the pages without running into a bug and the worst part is that you are showing the technical bugs to your customers as if they will understand it. Says one price while ordering and after the payment is done, gives you a different price and asks you to clear the "outstanding amount". If there is a price change then update your product pages. Alert the change before payment not after the payment. This comes off as a very cheap gimmick
My last order was cancelled by someone. The site mentions that I cancelled the order. This is totally wrong. The delivery person should just deliver to address given. Mobile links are really bad and call drops are very high. Public receive atleast 10 Junk/Marketing calls on a daily basis. Hence you cannot expect me to pick all calls. Also there is some confusion in billing. While at one place it says a refund is processed and another place shows I have to pay extra. Not sure refunds are made
Each time I order from this app, they are very prompt in placing orders, but at the time of delivery, if the courier boy calls us and our phone is busy for just 2 min, he will postpone our delivery till the next day. They do not provide courier person no. Which makes it even more difficult. In Case Of urgent requirement of medicines you can never rely on this app. Worst app ever and worst customer service....I will never order from here again....
Placed my first order on the app on Friday and was to be delivered same day by 11 PM. Delivery was cancelled for Friday. Then got a message it will be delivered on Saturday but didn't happen. Monday i got a message saying out for delivery. After few hours got a message order has been cancelled and amount promptly refund. I don't think I will be trying to order again. Thanks.
worst experience in refund scenario. I returned an item from pharmeasy, the item was picked up by the agent but it is showing as returned cancelled in the app. The reason pharmeasy is giving that the item returned was incorrect, so need to raise another return request for correct item. When i asked to return the incorrect item that was picked up, they denied. When asked for the refund then, they denied. Now they have both, the product and the money. Its been half a month but got no response.
Very worst service. Wouldn't have given it a single star if possible. Supposed to be delivering essentials but they cancel your order with no reason whatsoever after accepting the payment and messaging that the order is out for delivery. Has happened over 4 times in a span of 1 months. There are better apps out there with much better service and
They only act like courier service without any quality checks. I ordered vaccine which was supposed to be shipped with cool packs. But i received vaccines in hot summer month without any coolpacks. It means those vaccines are no longer usable and expired. Though I returned those and got partial refund, am sure seller would sell those expired vaccines to someone else. They are playing with life of patients.
Very poor service. I have experienced it. I have booked an appointment for full body check up lab test. I have placed appointment putting my home address during appointment. They have fixed my appointment and adviced to keep myself at fasting. But, during apponitment, the next morning, they called me that they can't collect the sample as they have not have any service at stated PIN code no. I just waited and waited. Ther also put forward wrong message that I am not available in phn.
When I went to the PharmEasy wallet page, i saw the error message says "Error: TypeError: n.map is not a function". I thought I did something wrong so I went back and came again on this page then i had just closed and quite the app, and opened again for checking this page but getting same error. So please publish the app once you test it properly, it's just a basic maual testing work.
Keeps asking for review after every order and you can't even cancel the review screen and use the app. Edit: But you shouldn't ask after every order and also provide an option to exit the screen if user don't want to review. You are doing exactly the opposite of what you want, that is providing bad experience.
This app has been here for so long but still no sorting and filtering option after searching, which is such a basic feature for any e-commerce app. Purchasing and browsing experience is absolutely worst. 1Mg is far superior
It's a good health care app but they sending lot of push notifications and SMS on lab tests, which is not required in that much quantity. You guys send me 32 sms from booking to sample collection. In that lot of sms are not required. Sending reminder for every 1hour is not good and u guys send push notifications along with that. Final and crazy sms is i got 2 OTP which is not used by technician. My advice is to reduce the count of sms and push notifications.
The Cancel order button doesn't work. Also, my orders list and many other features can't be accessed, it shows error. kindly, fix those bugs.
I'm have trying to place an order since an hour, but it just keeps saying login with Truecaller on delivery charges & address, like why do i need to do that? I have been ordering from here for a long time , never such thing happened , so why is it happening now? , it also keeps on saying something went wrong .
Very disappointed with the service they provide. They don't take the prepaid order at once, first they will pack the order and then ask for payment and that too they will modify the order themselves without asking the customer. On asking, they say that the product is already packed so please don't accept the product when it reaches your doorstep. I had to give one star because it will not take review without it.
As shown in help document, there is no RETURN button in app. We have to call customer care and arrange for return. In my incident while requesting return I have repeatedly said book as items missing for reasons of return. But they have booked as damaged. I think this is for their theftness covering. I will post next update soon.
Services provided by this app are okay. They also usually deliver orders on time. But the discount in decreasing with every order. I got 25% discount and now i am getting only 18%. Why is it so? I can easily get medicines from any medical shop for this price. I am ordering medicines every month so please provide me some more discount otherwise i would look for another options.
Too much bad experience, last time i ordered medicine(1100 rs appx). But their partner delivered me two boxes of seal broken medicine. When i repeatedly ask them about this , managed to return and got refund. But here is the thing, instead of punishing the seller they are giving me problem, no coupon is working on my no, it shows "you are not eligible for this... type" msg.My last last coupon was already wasted. I don't have negative star for that kind of treachery behavior. 😬
Pathetic. They give discount offer on card but when the cart value is exceeded that value they cancel one of the product from the cart in the name of "out of stock". This is the second time i have faced this issue. Not going to use this app again.👎
When things are fine, delivery is quick (as I have plus membership) and everything works. But more often than not, orders placed are modified without consent and shipped. It has happened many times that this negates all offers opted for. The least they can do is give a call before modifying orders. Instead the customer care asks you to cancel orders if there is a problem.
