Phase 10

The bots are annoying to play against, even on easy mode they skip you all the time, like when you're two phases behind and haven't laid anything down and haven't had a turn in three rounds. The ads are constant, even in the paid version that was supposed to remove them. Yeah, I'm not getting external pop-ups but I don't want to wait 10 seconds every hand for your pop-ups to close. The extra modes are cool but too difficult to win the full game overall, even if individual rounds are unique and fun. All in all, it's generally not very fun anymore. Gonna look for a version that's just the normal game.

I have loved this app for a long time, but then one time they added all this other stuff with an update: leveling up, coins, and other junk. It slowed the app down a lot, and I had to constantly wait for two different screens to pass after each round. I went back to an old version, and all was good as long as I turned off WiFi while I used the app. If I left Wi-Fi on, it would immediately update WITHOUT MY PERMISSION and add all that stuff back in. I hate apps that secretly update in the background, so that's why I gave this a 1-star review.

What gets frustrating about this game is that so much time is wasted on unnecessary transitions, such as when the other players drop into the screen one by one. Also, I'm so tired of every round being asked if I want to swap my cards for one coin. Like most notifications and other games, you can check a box so that it doesn't come up anymore. Honestly, if these small tweaks were made, I would rate this more highly.

At least 1/3 of the time is very loud ads. Most of the ads run 30 seconds and cannot be muted. Each round has an ad which is at least 10 ads per game. Paying for the game gets rid of the ads but that is it. Each round is one coin so you do not get much game play without paying even more. It is a real shame because the actual game play is great and challenging. Overall don't bother.

I loved this game. However, my progress was erased with out notice. I went from level 74 and 14 coins down to level 1 and 3 coins. All of the mini games I won was also erased. But that's not it, when I play multi player games it also resets my progress and starts me back to Phase 1. My opponent is at Phase 10 with over 200 points and I am at Phase 1 with like 10. It is beyond frustrating. When I finish my multiplayer games, I'm done.

Constantly freezes up. Intrusive prompts to pay to upgrade that appear on the exact spot you would click to start a game. Endless attempts to force you to connect to Facebook, Gmail, etc., every single time you open the app, no option to dismiss permanently. Phase 10 as a game is fine, but this app is one of the worst I've ever used.

Very disappointing. I loved this app before the update. I mainly use it to play with friends using the multi-player mode. We could play our turn and do other things and come back to our game when it was convenient for us. Now, you can't leave a multi-player game without it stopping the match and you can't send an invite and it be accepted outside of real time. The app was great the way it was.

latest update is awful. it's incredibly difficult to start a game with a friend. if they don't respond to your initial game request in minutes, it times out and causes you to resend an invite to a new game. if you are playing a multiplayer game and have to set your phone down for a matter of minutes it ends the game. awful. will not be using this app anymore. overall UI is worse as well.

The graphics and game play are better in this new version, but I wish with they'd kept Phase 10's scoring intact. Scoring in P10 is based on cards remaining in your hand, so there's more strategy to which you keep and which you discard. In the real game, the winner is the one who gets their last phase, but if more than one person gets their last phase in the same hand, then the winner is the person with the lowest score. This game ends when someone gets the last phase and scoring is irrelevant.

I don't like the new version nearly as well as the old one. I liked the characters better and it was much easier to tell where your opponents are especially in the masters game. I also feel like I've gotten ripped off because now there are only three games I can play for free, including the masters game instead of the four there were before. After reading the other reviews I see everyone agrees!!!

I used to really like this game/app, but since the new update I can't stand to play it. It's not clear what phase the other players are on and when the cards are layed out you can only see some of them. The new look isn't doing it for me. And I already had payed for the phase 10 pro, and when it updated I had to pay again. It didn't save that I had payed already. I'm very disappointed with the update and really hope it goes back to how it was.

I used to really love this game, recently started playing again, and the CPU's have been reprogrammed to be extremely hard even on the easy level. I get skipped 4 or 5 times in a row, am unable to get passed phase 3 because out of no where a CPU has won without drawing or discarding multiple cards at once. it's just gotten ridiculous.

The new update has a lot of issues. You can't see how many points your opponents have. You can only draw from the save pile once in a round. Your opponents' played cards are only visible if you press on them. The table of played phases in the Masters version is very confusing.

the game just updated and I have now lost the ability to play with friends and can no longer play intermittently with friends because when you close out of the game you are forced to give up. I have had this game for several years and would uninstall the game if I did not pay for it. I would like my money back or the game fixed.

When playing online with other players it often doesn't record that you completed your phase. There have been multiple games where I've been "stuck" on the same phase for multiple rounds even though I keep completing it. Also lately it has been freezing in solo mode.

It's a great game, but the app rarely gives you credits for playing. It will work for a little, then stops working. over past 2 mos it's probably only worked correctly for about a week total. There's obviously a glitch, and software engineers don't seem to care.

I enjoy it, I just wish it would update more smoothly throughout the rounds. There were times where a friend would be on a different phase on my screen than on hers. Also i wasn't advanced to the next phase when I should've been. It's a fun game though.

All my multiplayer games are gone! I purposefully PAID for this app to avoid the ads in the free version &the constant need for coins for this or that. Previously u could start a game with someone &return the next day. Now, u must play the whole game at the time u start it or the game will automatically pickup & discard for you, w/out regard to the phase you're on. TERRIBLE 'update', I'm deleting app & do not recommend to anyone wanting an untimed multiplayer game. Would give 0 stars if I could!

I've loved phase 10 for a long time and the app is a great way to play, and I like the new game options. However, I dislike how the game only displays your score for one or two seconds after the round, and I dislike waiting through the "change your cards" option

I'm going to uninstall. I wish it wasn't too late to get a refund on my purchase. Since the new update, I win about 2-3% of the games I play, even on easy!! I end up losing all of the coins I have trying to play through the levels. This game is BS, the old version was better.

used to enjoy the game before the update but now will not be playing it. with the older version I could play multiple friends at the same time and at everyone's own pace but now can only play one game with one friend at a time and you must complete all 10 phases or the game is over. would like to rate it a zero but cant.

The new version is horrible. I would like a refund. This is not what I paid for. Where are the levels I had? Where are the players? What is Delores and this chest nonsense? You took a sleek, no-nonsense game and made it a cheap, coin-filled game. What I have now looks exactly like the ad-filled free version that I upgraded to the pro version from. Would give 0 stars but that's not an option.
