Phase 10 - Play Your Friends!

The new update is absolutely awful. The players turns are so fast, even on the lowest setting. There's no option to turn off their speech bubbles. You HAVE to wait the 5 seconds to not reshuffle your hand, which is annoying, as you were previously able to back out of it. The graphics have improved dramatically, it's more polished but I loved the retro feel of the old version better. The new "modern" look and feel is unnecessary, as this is an old game, I think an older look and feel suited better. Very disappointed, considering uninstalling as the fun has been 'updated' out of it.

Starting a new game with new players is always a pain. The game doesn't show up on the other player's start page and we always end up with a gazillion advertisements before we can actually figure out how to get it started. After that it runs smoothly mostly. It has crashed a few times and the game shows up again after a day. Which can become frustrating. However, when one forgets to bring the physical cards, then this is the best substitute. Great family game!

Good game, but a few simple things that I would love to see changed to make game much better. First the "skip" strategy by the AI players is not correct. for example there is no targeting of the person in the lead. that should be fixed. Second you are stingy with free coins... but at least make final wheel for winning a bigger prize. It is pretty anti- climatic when you win.

way too many ads. After every phase, you have an ad. Such a fun game, but gets ruined because of the enormous amount of ads. Great for passing time. I've experienced plenty of games that just randomly close or give a notification saying the other person gave up. The other person I play with is in the same room and doesn't quit the game, just as it states. I wouldn't recommend nor not recommend. If you enjoy the game, just be prepared to watch ads...a lot of ads.

Even on easy this game is nearly impossible to win a match. Games can end without even playing a card. You can only play two sets, runs, or same colors, unlike the real game. It's too easy to forget to hit the confirm button when laying down a phase, thereby putting you behind. Too many things need fixing to make this an enjoyable, and winnable, game.

I had high hopes for this game. Winning overall is near impossible. I hate the skips, you can skip anyone...not just the next person. 9 times out of 10, you're the one skipped. a few phases, i didn't even get a turn because i was constantly skipped (and not by the one before me). Computers seem to have amazing hands every darn time. Terrible Game, I'll stick to the real life card games.

I've always loved this game but on this app 2/3 of the time I watch an ad for a reward, or even the ones I have to watch between rounds, freeze the game when they end. So I have to close out the whole app and restart it, which causes me to lose the reward. Then I have to wait at least 3-4 mins for the app to reload because for some reason it takes forever once it reaches 86% loading. Very disappointing 😖

Just something to think about for the next update. On multiplayer mode when you come back to a game, it would be beneficial to have an instant replay of what your opponent did. Part of the strategy of phase ten is to not help your opponent. But if you don't know if they picked up your card or drew a card then it's hard top strategize. Also there's been some glitches with people completing phases but didn't win the hand so they have to repeat the phase? But overall love the game

I enjoyed the game before the update, it was a good time waster. But with the recent update the AI players go through their turns too fast even on the slow setting that you can't see what they are playing in their hand. And most of the time they go out before you can even get a turn in. Nor am I a fan of the new interface or ads after every hand just about, etc. The game was fine the way it was before and I would play often when I had down time, now I couldn't care less about playing.

Please bring back the old point system. The points and phases worked together. If everyone was on the last phase and completed it, the winner was determined by who had the least amount of points. The way this new version is setup you don't even use strategies like getting rid of high cards bc you don't want the points. I'd rather play the real game.

This version of Phase 10 is absolutely terrible. First this game is riddled with ads. You have to watch a 30 second ad or try and find the smallest "x" button to try and get out of the ad between every round. Multiplayer will lag or freeze up entirely so you end up playing 10 games and never make it past the 6th or 7th phase. Playing with the AI players is too fast. You ALWAYS need an internet connection so you can't play on a plane. Very disappointed and I play the card version regularly.

The ads are annoying. A few here and there I can understand but every round is nuts. Besides that, the game itself is actually enjoyable. I have no issue beating the easy computer players, medium are difficult, havent tried the highest grouping yet. I have played a few random people and wish I could play more than just 1 live player. But, overall a good version of the game.

The game works well but as someone else mentioned, even on easy the AI opponent often completes a phase on their first turn. This app is also missing a component of Phase 10 in which points are added to your score based on the cards remaining in your hand. So in this app as long as you complete your phase, there is no penalty against you for not getting rid of all of your cards. Unfortunately this takes away a lot of strategy from the game.

The game itself is standard phase 10, nothing out of the ordinary there. The problem I had was after a few games, there were ads after every single round, not game, round. I wouldn't have minded every other round, but ads after every round is ridiculous and makes playing a game take forever. Of course you can pay to remove ads, but no game I've ever played made their ads so intrusive and irritating, even if they offered a no ad purchase option.

An 'okay' game in my opinion. Really don't like the fact that you have to spend coins to advance in each round when you get pass the 'airport' stage. Also, it is quite hard to win a round, (not impossible, just hard) against the computer, even if you use a boost. I like a challenge, no problem there, but when it gets to the point where it feels as if you're chances of winning are slime, it is not that enjoyable.

If I could give 0 stars, I would.. this game is absolute trash. I love the game in real life but seriously.. the bots win every single time and even get their phases and finish the game before I even get to pick up a card! ridiculous! not to mention the ads after every phase finishes.. really frustrating when rounds only go for 10 seconds then you're forced to watch an ad that goes 3x as long as the round itself 😒 would NOT recommend.

Easy mode is far from Easy!!! I love this game, I play it all the time with friends in real life. I even win....but on here it's impossible. So i set the opponents to easy thinking that might help....but it doesn't! out of the 20+ ish times I've played on here I've only ever one once maybe twice. I don't expect to win every time but damn through a dog a bone.

It's okay. the app works just fine for me. The ads are slow at popping up so you accidentally click them way too often. I love playing Phase 10 and I know at times you just get stuck, but if you enjoy losing nearly every time then this is the app for you. It's ridiculous how much the computer wins, and on easy.

1. intro is very annoying for someone who just wants to play the game. 2. Animations are extremely annoying. Phase 10 should be a quick simple game but with all the clicks you have to do between each round makes it really annoying! 3. Finally, the AI contestants are rude. I can get a real person being rude from time to time but do we have to make AI rude too? I couldn't even finish a full game. I got too annoyed with it. uninstalling.

The game is addicting, and fun. However the ad's are horrendous! It's basically you play a short round of a phase and then a 30 second ad and theb repeat until the game ends. There are also different types of phase 10 games with different types of phases. In order to play you have to buy it with the coins provided by watching an ad or completing a game (in which you watch 10+ ads). You'd think that once you "buy" it you can play, but that's not the case. They make you buy each round which is annoying because if you don't phase every round you are spending so many coins. If there was a different Phase 10 game I would move over to that game especially if there were less ads and more agency to play different types of phase 10 games.

This use to be my favorite app. Now I thinking of uninstalling it because it's so bad. it's all about the greed of the company to make money. Commercials and you can never win playing against computer. I go to play games to relax and walk away more frustrated then when I started then why play it. I sure miss the simple version where you could just play to have fun and avoid all the coins. I even payed for the game years ago and it was great back then. Sadly commercialism has won out again.
