Phase 10: World Tour

After the recent update my game keeps crashing. I love playing the game but not if I have to use my energy to start a game I am kicked out of. I also agree with some of the other posts about the energy getting used up too fast. I also agree that the game should be more fair. It does seem like the computers get the good hands. I know some levels need to be challenging but when I have all the cards I need to go out it seems like I am skipped until that round is over.

Extremely frustrating! There's at least a half dozen recommendations I'd give to make this game better. For starters make it to where we only lose energy when we don't complete a phase. Secondly make it to where the AIs don't get their phases as soon as their cards are dealt or when they take their first draw to where we don't even get a chance to play at all. And what makes this problem the most annoying is we'll be 1 or 2 cards away from getting ours.

Like everyone else has said, it's impossible after the tutorial levels. Energy depletes way too quickly, especially given how rigged the AI is. There's a difference between challenging and frustrating, and this game veers way, way too far into frustrating territory almost as soon as you get out of the tutorial levels.

I love it though frustrating at times , but it's all good. I really love this game just would change it a little. What can I use these coins for because I have 23.2k and still collecting there is nothing I can do with them but keep collecting. 2. It should be if I win a hand then I should get to keep my current energy but each hand it takes 5 energy it gets frustrating weather you win or lose each round you have to repeat paying. But I love this game play it multiple times everyday

I am SO FRUSTRATED with this game... It has the potential to be so fun - you can play at your own pace for (useless) coins, or you can play Journey mode against Bots for the fun prizes... Only after one deal, several of the Bots lay down winning hands and you never get a chance to play... 5 energy points wasted. I even spend money on the Star Pass, (but getting 3 stars on every level to get the big prize is impossible....) No one likes a game where you loose so many times.

It was fun at first, but as it progresses, i started to notice that it seems kinda rigged. The energy system makes no sense, 5 energy for each play,with some btwn 3-5 rounds and energy/stars topping out at 50? AI/bots you play against always seem to have the upper hand and you just lose...a lot. Which is just to make you pay for more energy to keep playing...IMO, not worth it...play the real game...

I really like the game. If you give me the option and incentive to watch ads, I'll watch them. However, if you force long, strange, unskippable ads down my throat, I will quickly start hating the game. Don't be like other apps with a good idea. Make the ads optional or quickly skippable.

Would be fun, events are interesting but after third journey it got unrealisticly difficult. The bots get perfect hands and go out before you get a chance to even draw or play. It is not impossible to win but impossible to get the 3 stars. After 2 months I have barely progressed at all. It is frustrating to play now. Uninstalling!

This game is like playing against a stacked deck. I was skipped 6 times in a row it just seams like the algorithm should be changed some. Currently on far west level 35 and all the computer players are getting their phase within the first 2 turns while my hands are as far from good as it can get. Plus getting skipped by each player when others have higher phases and are laid down. It's just getting unfun to play. I think I am gonna look for a new game soon.

Been stuck on the same level forever. Takes forever to get enough power to play a game and then the computer always wins. Wasted all my energy and never got past the first round in the level. When the ai kept laying down and going out on the first round. Noone is that lucky. I will not be playing this game anymore. If I could give it 0 stars I would

So I thought, I'd seen ads for the game, why not give it a try! Well the first few rounds were okay, but, after about 5 levels the computers you play against start winning before you even get a turn to play. It's 5 energy to start a level and 5 energy for every step in the level. There were times I would start a level with 50 energy, lose the level, and have to wait half a day to get enough energy to play the same level again. Most likely to lose. Not worth it. I love the card game so I thought I would love the app too. After you make it through the first 30 levels, it becomes impossible to play. There are so many rounds where I haven't been able to take a turn even once before all the AI characters go out. This game gives me so much frustration because it makes it impossible to ever even pass levels let alone win. I know they purposely make it extremely difficult to get you to spend money but really it just makes me hate the game and want to delete it

Totally rigged. I finished joint first with a lower score, winner right, wrong, ai came first I came second. That was one of the few games I won, after a certain level its almost impossible to win. Out of gold, out of energy, but of course I could buy some but acording to other reviews that doesn't help, you still lose. Maybe this was a poor seller for Mattel and they're trying to get some money back. I only downloaded it yesterday and I'm thinking of deleting it already

It's frustrating bc the AI constantly has 2_3wildcards at the beginning of every round and always gets the challenge in the first or second draw. Been many times I didn't even get a turn. It seems like each round is designed to make you have to play over and over to move up in the phases. I feel like I'm in Vegas and the house always wins. Instead of 3-4 players against each other it feels like 4 against one. The AIS have the upper advantages.

Yeah I see what all the other reviews are talking about I haven't even made it past level 3 and it's already extremely hard to pass any levels. It's crazy when the computer plays one hand and when's the whole game and you didn't even get a chance to go one round and it takes forever for you to renew your lives to play. I like the game it is fun but I'm really ready to delete it.

The entire set up is dumb. The journey with only select phases is worthless. I just want to play Phase 10. Update: Back 2 years later to give it another shot and still the same trash game. Gameplay is horrible, tutorial is annoying and should be optional, energy bar for gameplay is annoying. Take notes from Solitaire, CLASSIC AND SIMPLE WITH UNLIMITED PLAY. It's cards people; I don't understand why these developers have to make things more difficult than it has to be. Last time, I'm done.

The Bots in this game are crazy and make it impossible to clear a level without doing it over and over again. I am about done with it. I understand that the game need to be a little challenging to keep it interesting, however the way that this game is set up ends up Causing aggravation and takes the fun out of it. Seems to be a money grab in my opinion. Also there events are impossible to complete with out being able to play your cards and the bots often go out before you even get a chance to!

It should be 5 energy per level, not per every hand/phase within a level. That's only enough it gets wiped out WAY too quickly. After playing ONE 5 phase level, I don't have enough energy to play the next 6 phase level. If you start a level with just enough energy, and lose a hand, you're not going to be able to finish the level and will have to wait for more energy. That's completely absurd.

This game is stupid! The computer gets the perfect hand, and I can't even go another level up because it keeps winning on its first turn. And it's ridiculous how many skips the computer gets and I can't never take a turn. And it ain't even the right phase 10 like the actual card game is suppose to be played. It's stupid and I'm done. I'm uninstalling it. And I give it ZERO star!!!

The way these electronic bots play, you will have a big challenge winning against the bots. Your hand will always be shorted what you need, while the bits get the perfect hand every single hand. The rules that you get in regular Phase 10 don't apply for the mobile game. You get to certain stages and it's almost impossible to win so you can move on. The waiting for energy just to be able to play the game is quite annoying, not worth waiting just to loose to complete one hand to wait some more??

I don't know, being forced to do the tutorial has got be the most frustrating thing about this game so far. It's definitely not like I thought it would be, so I'm not sure how I feel about the game completely yet. I don't I will be keeping the app. Edited: Just downloaded the game again two years later, still forced to do an annoying tutorial. When will a skip tutorial button be an option? Game hasn't changed, definitely not worth downloading again.

I like the game, because it's simple and just a time-killer and my brain isn't used so much (lol). The one thing that does ANNOY me though, is it says "getting 1st place" yet 1st place doesn't necessarily mean the lowest points if you and another have completed all phases.....it means finished first. AND, it would be good if we can exchange coins for energy; sometimes I have a lot of coins, but I'm not really in the mood to play others...I want stars!

The way this game has been turned into an app seems to be designed to create frustration and reduce enjoyment. You wait for your energy to build up, then you spend 5 energy to play a round, the AI immediately completes the phase, plays all their cards and the round is over. I've tried multiplayer, but that wasn't fun either. If you enjoy playing card games, don't bother with this.
