Phase Rummy: card game with 10 phases
The objective of the game is to be the first player to complete all 10 game phases with defined card sets. However, beware: it's not easy to win on the highest difficulty level!

Object:
To be the first player to complete all phases/contracts. In case of a tie, the player with the lowest score is the winner. A Joker card '*' may be used to replace a number card and can also be used as any color to complete any phase.
Skip cards have only one purpose: to make another player lose their turn. To use it, give the card to the player you want to lose their turn.
Runs consist of 3 or more cards in numerical order. The cards do not have to be the same colors. Joker cards can be used to complete runs.
Sets consist of two or more cards of the same number. Sets can include numbers from any color.
Game Play:
Players draw a card from either the deck or the top of the discard pile at the beginning of their turn. At the end of their turn, they must discard a single card.
Completing phases:
When you are able to fully meet the requirements of the phase, you may complete it. Additionally, you may play extra cards as you play the phase if they fit into the phase. For example, if you completed phase '2 sets of 3' you could play three 4’s and three 6’s. You could play additional fours or sixes as part of your sets, but you could not add a different set.
Hitting:
After making a phase, players may “hit” onto other phases in play. The cards you add to the completed phases must fit into the phase, and you can only hit after your own phase is in play.
Ending the round:
Players end the round by playing all of the cards from their hand. The player who goes out first wins the hand and scores zero points. The rest of the players score points (points are bad). Players who completed their phase move on to the next phase. Any players who were unable to complete their phase during the round must attempt to complete it again during the next round.

So fun to play. You choose # of players, speed of play and level of difficulty. There is an option for random phases to mix it up. You can get a joker if you need a little extra help with your phase, just need need to watch a short ad. The ads aren't bad and it's a small trade off for such a great free game. Caution highly addicting. This is my favorite game.
Except for the longer ads, I love it! update 01/2019 so, at first I dealt with the ads because they were short and about three per game, now there is a 30 sec ad after every hand, which in most cases mean you spend more time watching ads than actually playing. I know its free, but its all ads, usually the same ones. deleting the game.
Good gameplay...loads pretty quickly and such. Kind of basic design though but I would rather have a game that works well but designed basically versus one that works like trash but is pretty to look at! And while it does have an ad after every round it is easy to click out of and it never freezes up my system like other games do.
It took a while until I worked out some of the rules but you win when you have won 10 phases. If more than one player has achieved 10 at the end of that game it is the one with fewest points wins. It can be rather addictive and enjoyable. A different take on the game Rummy. Have a go it's fun.
Very fun game and WAY better than the Phase 10 app. The ads have gotten longer, but if you wait about 5 seconds, a fast forward botton appears (for me it's in the upper left corner) and you can skip the ad.
It is a relaxing game for when you need a break, it is easy to play with a short tutorial in the beginning. Love the ability to change the difficulty and how many players there are. If you like the card game Phase 10 then you will love this too.
I see the new update didn't fix the slamming of skip cards at the beginning of a new game. A deck of phase 10 has 4 skip cards. This app will play more than that. I've seen up to 7 played in the first rounds of a hand
would be a great game. unfortunately, there's a glitch where often it won't let me play on the other person's discards after we've both made ours. They can play on mine, but I can only play on my own. This is causing me to uninstall the game.
Like someone said: I like playing this game, but now the ads are way too long, you can't stop them, and therefore they are very anoying. You sometimes have to wait 30 seconds to go to the next level. Which is acceptable (sort of) when you get a joker, but otherwise definitely not. If this stays this way I will stop playing the game.
this game was great until every ad became 30 seconds. I didn't mind when there was an ad but now waiting 30 seconds between each phase is ridiculous. I'm going to go find something else. I'm very disappointed I liked this game.
Great, until it stopped... I spent lots of free time playing this game and enjoyed it. When I load the app fter this last update, though, it won't register me pressing anything. I can't play the game and I've tried force stopping and uninstalling to reinstall. My review remains 1 star until this is fixed.
it would be nice to see what your opponent was going after if you get your phase completed before it does. also it would be nice if your cards go in order based on your goal (grouped by color, number, or run).
Fun and addictive. Just needs a huge makeover. Feels like 1990 computer game. Very happy that it does not bombard you with ads like all the other phase 10 games.
love your app, except the 30 sec ads after each hand. i get that i have to have ads to play at no charge and im ok with that. but 30 sec ads after each hand does cut into my time.
So much fun. You can even make the phases random instead of all in a row. Very relaxing. Fun way to pass the time when you are waiting.
Really enjoyed this Shanghai Rummy variation for a while, but suddenly the ads became longer and more frequent and could not be bypassed without upgrading.
I love playing a game similar to this game, but it has a few more rules than Rummy. So I do not get to play it as often. So this is hitting my card game spot right now. I wish you could play against more than 4 players to make it a little more competitive. Other than that I like it.
Positively addictive. Love being able to change difficulty level and number of players at will without any problems.
a very addictive game. the one thi g I DISLIKE are the ads. 99% of the ads are SCAMS and .any of us have lost money. The creator of this app has to know that those are not legit. SHAME, SHAME, SHAME!
Best version of this card game I've found. However the graphics remind me of my 1988 Game Boy. Also would be nice if my player didn't always play first card. It should rotate around the table.
Love this game. Spend many good hours playing and relaxing. Unfortunately, recently the game freezes often and has to be rebooted.
Overall enjoy it; sometimes the "house" appears to cheat but wouldn't have figured that out if there wasn't an undo button; also at times game seems to freeze
for some reason, all of a sudden, when I try to " get a joker" option, I watch the video, and I don3 receive the joker. I want to know what's going on. someone needs to fix this because it is ruining my game experience.

Too many ads. They play for 30 seconds after every other game. Annoying. It's a lot of fun otherwise.
Phase Rummy is a nice game. It differs from the Phase 10 but that's okay. I'm enjoying playing but it would be nice to be able to enter my name.
Well i just downloaded this and when i opened it i was told to go download the newer bersion, this one wasn't supported. So thank you for wasting my dats usage.
Adds are increasing. Hard setting is impossible. Would be nice to switch the order of the players
In a future update can you improve the "random generated phases" please? The problem is a lack of scaling difficulty. For example maybe phase 1 is a set of 8 (very hard) and then phases 2-8 are super easy like 4 of the same colour or a run of 3. It makes it very hard to keep the game competitive if someone gets an early huge lead because everyone else is stuck in the same level. I'd just like to see levels get more challenging as we go.
