I have requested assistance from this bank from two unauthorized transactions that occurred over the course of over 180 transactions in about 60 days time. I had no issues with any other transactions bieng resolved by the merchant but these 2 transactions. Amazon said they were unable to help as these were third party sellers and I would need to contact my bank for assistance in reciecing reimbursement for the two items I sent back. This Credit Union REFUSED assistance before even fully listening
Both apps are sorry it will not let me log into either app.this has been going on for 3months now.the bank want do anything.i used my bank card 3 times then the bank counciled it out on me.i couldnt understand what was going on i called told them.i went down to bank she said oh we counciled my card because of suspicious activity.WOW shouldnt i be the one to do that if something suspicious was goin on with my money.so here i am 3 months later still no new card that will work.do not use this bank

Easy-to-use
Well I just started up with this credit union I was with a bank for over 25 years ..But anyways since I started here it's been a pretty good service the credit union it self ..but not this online app .this thing goes down quite a bit .needs very much of a improvement!!!!
