I got this scale as a gift. I downloaded the app and tried to register. I got the verification code but every time I log on it says "check mobile time" and I have no idea what that means. I've tried to reset the password with the same result. The scale itself works to give me my weight but only in kilograms. I assume you have to change that setting in the app that doesn't work. I'm assuming this company has abandoned this product.
I purchased a PHICOMM Smart Scale S7 with high hopes...only to be stopped by this app. I could not register and it kept coming up with server error...as a result, I have been unable to setup my new scales. Such a shame as I liked the features present on the S7 scales. I found that the Phicomm website was of no help either.
It logged me out, then couldn't get logged in again, getting error message: "server error, please try again later" I deleted data, uninstalled the app, installed again and still same issue, Im not able to use my scale anymore :(
Update: has anyone found another app that will work with this scale? I was hoping if I waited long enough this app would be updated.. seeing as it hasn't, I'm looking for other options. :/ help? I cannot get started. it wont let me accept the term and conditions :/ is there a way i can get past this point?
I have nutrition clinic for 2 years.I bought this scale.it s perfect and practical. but work with app is not so easy. problem is you shoul connect and disconnect to the scale daily.hope it will be better in new versions
I would give this app no stars but I had to choose a star. I can't get pass allowing the app to work on my phone. I have installed and uninstalled and installed again. This app still will not work. This app is trash. DO NOT USE IT!!!!
I would give no star if I could. Cannot connect to my phone. It's so ridiculous that it doesn't support dual band router. This scale is definitely not *SMART*.
It used to work fine. Now it got disconnected and it won't connect back. The phone they say to call is a scam, just gets disconnected all the time.
I like the scale but app needs work...it would be nice to be able to download collected data to a spreadsheet.
horrible. worked 1st day, however varied weights, totally off. then stoped working.
Bad experience, the app is not good, I have always issue of synchronization

This app doesn't even launch now. Crushes every time I try to launch it. It's been like this in the past week and no fix has been made. Did the company just went backrupted?
Terrible scale with terrible app. I checked my body fat by more advanced fitness scale and I was at 17% and this scale and app put at me 21%
App needs work - has some typos but connects to the scale without issue and the charts are very useful. Setup, namely the License Agreement screen, was awful. I had to restart the app multiple times and eventually was able to get past the screen by getting the Next button to work. If you are also having this issue, try toggling the checkbox and clicking Next. Once the app is set up, it is very reliable.
