Edit: Latest patch just broke S Health sync completely. Fix: Denying PHONE permission fixed this. Previous: Just noticed it doesn't count steps on my galaxy watch 3. It will only count the steps on the phone, which makes having the watch pretty useless even though it syncs with samsung health app. Also annoying that it keeps asking for measurements on open and never saves.
Update: The Mental Wellbeing Assessments are now functioning well. However, there are now days when the App does not detect/sync that I've earned the step count for points. :( Hi. I would like to point out that the "Mental Wellbeing Assessments" page is not loading properly whenever you try to access it. It loads for a while after clicking the "Start now" & then displays a blank page. I hope this bug gets fixed as I am interested in taking the assessment.
Suddenly got logged out automatically last week and can't log back in since then. Always show a Service Error message. Cannot connect to the server. Hopefully, this will be resolved soon. Fortunately, my activities are still recorded in the Vitality Weekly app. But still, this is bothersome.
Unable to login with the new update. Error kept on prompting even I have provided my correct login credentials. This is really frustrating and not a user friendly app. Ironically, this app should help you to stay fit in all aspect but instead it does the other way around. I don't really understand why this erroneous update has been rolled out it in the market. I highly suggest to them to hire good software QAs.
Don't download this! Extremely buggy. I can't even save my details because it keeps returning an error. Also, trying to update my profile would return a null reference error. There wasn't even proper error handling! This is a huge joke. I feel like I'll never be able to properly earn points because I can't even setup my account. BPI/philamlife have the budget, you should hire better developers to work on this.
The app is outdated, tried to update my data such as weight but always pop up an error message to try again. You can't even take advantage of discount from any Toby's store since clearly no ones making sure that Toby's system is in sync with PhilAm Vitaly and I even reported it multiple times. Other fitness devices cannot be used in this app.
There's always an ERROR message everytime I update my data... and app does not support other fitness devices. Another concern is other activities could not be monitored coz if I do heavy movement like dancing or jumping rope, my phone is away from me as it falls so my steps are not monitored while my fitness watch is not fitbit, garmin, or other device they support. Please find a way to make this app even more useful. Thanks.
After the update always showing fatal error. I need to uninstall now. Like 100x a day whenever I unlock screen it just pop up the error on "Icon too big in size". Samsung s9+. Even if samsung health is permitted as 3rd party app, always need to manually sync. How can we earn points properly if app itself is a mess.
1. Keeps crashing 2. Does not sync with Samsung Health 3. Filled up forms regarding diet, lifestyle, etc promising of additional points, but doesn't 4. Workouts don't show up 5. Every 10 mins or so, Philam Vitality window pop-ups regarding an "icon too big" error. It even bypasses Samsung's Game Mode (which should keep all notifications at the background) TLDR: This app blatantly keeps your points at bronze so that they wont have to give their insurance customers a higher benefit bracket.
The app and benefits are great. But it frequently lags and has errors. Most of the time, it does not sync my work outs from S Health, thus I have to keep in touch with AIA just to remote sync if manual syncing does not work. :( A bit disappointing. Please do improve.
Not happy with the current update. It has problems syncing or something and I don't know if there's any issue with app or my tracker, would have been nice if there's any notice about bugs to enhance the users expectations.
It's much better if you diversify your fitness app partners, 'coz not all of us can afford an expensive smart watch/fitness watch(like the brands that you recommend in the app)... Hope that your app can cater the mass, so we could also maximize our benefits with our chosen policy. Hoping for consideration.
- No option for Mi Band. - Workout data is inaccurate for synched fitbit app. - Couldn't de-link fitbit app unless I uninstall the vitality app. - Tried linking runkeeper app. However, I couldn't login successfully to runkeeper (I've tried using facebook or email/gmail login). Note that I'm actively logged on to the actual runkeep app.
There’s a bug in the android version. I can't login as it automatically logs in even without username and password. I already tried re-installing the app but same issue. It always try to login even without the credentials. Iphone version does not have this problem.
Synching is always a burden. Everyday i have to refresh many times before 12mn, failure to do so will forfeit the 12.5k steps I did that day. Missed a lot of days because of this problem. Plus, rewards are getting less and less. 200 a week is not rewarding at all, compared to 800 worth of rewards a few months back.
Too slow in syncing data from Samsung Health. That's a disaster! Maybe you should find some better dev team to improve your app and a better budget. App is poorly designed from the front-end and a disastrous functionality from the back-end.
This app really helps me with achieving a healthy lifestyle while at the same time, providing incentives for my hardwork. However, lately the mental wellbeing assessment could not be accessed. I tried uninstalling then reinstalling the app but still to no avail. I really wish this issue can and will be resolved as soon as possible. Thank you!
I cannot login to the app. It keeps saying error even though I know I have input the correct details already. I also sent an email regarding this. I hope the points that we have gathered while this is being fixed will still be counted.
It's going to be 3 weeks that this app and samsung health did not sync. Exercise were not being recorded and credited. Target points were not fulfilled due to this problem. Please fixed you app. Being stressed out and disapppointed about your app. And your service.
The app takes too long to load data and doesn't automatically sync to Samsung Health, which is a hassle. Everytime I click a data, the loading box always prompts. The interface is SO SLOW. This should be addressed and improved.
There is an unknown error in updating the weight and height. So everytime I open the app, I just have to enter my height and weight again just to continue accessing the app. They won't update even if I manually update them.
Not sure what the problem is, every time I log in a 'validating credentials' would always show followed by 'server error - cannot connect to the server.' Tried uninstalling/reinstalling but issue remains the same. Waste of time.
The app works fine most of the time but I hope they improve this since there are times when the app and samsung health are not syncing at all. I tried refreshing and even restarting my phone, but nothing happened.
This is nonsense. Nothing is being synchronized. It hardly did synchronize with my s health before MANUALLY, but now even manual option doesn't. Tried de-linking and linking it again, now it doesn't work. I have read A LOT of complains here and still you do nothing about this. what's the use of this then? Use your money, use your manpower to fix your app. Very disappointing. You should not be endorsing this and its benefits if you can't keep it working. Nonsense. App not working.
Please do something about this app. I already updated this but nothing has change. It is almost 2 months now, when it didn't work out. My points and status did not change at all. The app always asking for my weight and can't connect to the server. Please do something about this issue. Thank you.
It crashes all the time. At first it has an option to sync Xiaomi MiBand 3, but it says it is not supported. Then the updated version removes MiBand from the options. There is no sense to achieve thise points/goals when devices cant be synced into the app.. fix these problems and give us feedback to improve this service.
