Please update the app.. i have used this before with my previous phone running on android 8 (oreo) with no issues encountered .. But now that im using new phone running on android 9 (pie) it crashes everytime i used the search bar. I think its not compatible with the new os of android.. Please update this.. This app is very helpful. Thank you

Used to be excellent. Now app just exits as soon as you search anything in the keyword search after the recent update. Any search term. DENGUE. Dengue. FRACTURE. No screenshot necessary as the app closes. Just roll back to the old version please

Used to use it a lot since I work at Philhealth. It used to work before the update. Now it just automatically closes once you search for anything. Doesn't work anymore. Kindly fix app. Thank you.

UPDATE: Now working excellently. Was excellent but has not been working for the past month. The app just closes after pressing the search button. Hope it gets fixed UPDATE Now working!!!!

The app is not working in my android phone. Tried uninstalling ang re installing again but it is not working. As I click search it just goes blank. I had this in my previous phone it was working then. I wonder why it is not working now.

Thank you for fixing the app. It is now working again. Very useful to healthcare professionals. used to work. now app crashes when searching in any search field. please fix as this app used to be very useful especially in filling up forms

This app is very helpful to me since I work at PhilHealth and is incharge mostly of inquiries related to claims. With the recent update, I can no longer use this app because it crashes everytime I try to search some procedures/conditions. Please fix this. Thank you.

Unable to use the application. Each time I fillout the ICD10 or RSV or even the description, the application closes after tapping the search button. What's happening?

app is great! but it wont work with Huawei, it automatically exits when I search for something but works perfectly fine with samsung. anyone else who has this problem??

Frustrating This app used to work perfectly, after the update it's now useless. It automatically crashes when a procedure is searched. Please fix.

It used to work before. Now after the update last June 3, 2019, the app closes everytime I search for the "description" e.g. GASTROENTERITIS. It does not work as it used to.

just closes when searching. searched for cellulitis and then tried other but it just closes. kindly fix the bug. it was still working last month

Crashes after every search. Hire a better programmer. Dont know why they havent rolled back the version even though there are a lot of complaints already.

EDIT: It's now working well. Thank you for your response and the update. It exits as soon as I search something (i.e. Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy or Dengue)

Its a usefull app, but unfortunately I change my phone now I cant use it anymore. Maybe its not compatible or something? Whenever I search it goes back to main screen. 🥺😞

The app exits as soon as I clicked on the search button. I uninstall and installed it again but same thing happened.
