Philips Dictation Recorder

Extremely helpful, it's a free app that is better than a lot of paid apps. The controls are very comprehensive, especially the backward/foreward and the cut options. Very much recommended.

dictates well, however sometimes misses dictation or doesn't send. also you get email notifications regarding your dictation when it has been sent, which would be good to get rid of, as I find this unnecessary. also generated my username through the business but for some reason can't log back in or find it. other than that, so far so good.

Pretty good....easy to use..But ...BUT...I lost a lot of content not so long ago in one of those erasures and now...starting from scratch yet knowing that stuff can just evaporate from the Philips Voice recorder which I use mostly for sketchin gtr parts....

This is app is damn good. The way, you edit and cut clip from your voice is mind blowing. Also the sending option of voice to Google drive is very easy. I used many voice recorder but am only satisfied with Philip's voice recorder.

This app has some useful functionality and is familiar in interface and quality to some of my other Philips speech devices, however, it is dissapointing not to be able to record in DSSPro or to encrypt files for security, without paying extra for speech live, especially after having already spent big on Philips hardware and software. It seems the main aim here is to ensnare users in a subscription service. Once quality sold itself. I would happily pay for the functionality without being bled.

Very easy to use particularly in conjunction with the online setup. To be able to dictate to the app and then send it to the cloud allows me to work remotely and not have to wait to set the dictation machine in its cradle as with my previous system.

Not too bad but on receiving a call, it continues to record, which is plain silly. Also, if there is another sound source on and I go on to the app, it should automatically override it. Other apps do that. The constant pausing/unpausing is cumbersome.

Really very good. Enjoy the simplicity, and really love the overwrite feature. Took one star off as would really like the feature of adding images which appear at relevant time stamp. But that's being picky. Have not used any transcribing features yet.

This is a fantastic voice recorder. High quality.... Simple.... And easy to store and transfer recorded files. As a speaker and marketer... I use this to review my speech content and diction. I practice ... record...review...improve... Practice record....review ....repeat... And then Deliver at my very best ! Thank you Philips....you are indeed the best!!!

I use it to record bussines meetings, interviews and other similar situations. Very good quality, sensibility and it seems to have no limit of record duration, as others have. Very useful.

Very good app and dictation service from Philips and their transcription partners.Greatly reduced time to provide feedback letters to referring practitioners.Working in the surgical field ,the letters need to be precise and I prefer the human transcription. 5 stars !!! Highly recommended to all especially fellow Medical Practitioners !!!

Brilliant, especially for dictation where you want to edit as you're going along. Far better than any of the digital machines which are just too clunky for this. Highly recommended.
