Philly 311

After the recent update, this app still doesn't load, just a circle in the middle of a blue screen.

Broken. This app hasn't worked in months there was an update recently, but it still doesn't work.

The update on 5/3/22 broke the app, it does not start up and gets stuck when launched.

I can't upload photos of illegal dumping. This does even work correctly. All the taxes that Philadelphia charge...this should be perfect.

Attention Android users that cannot open the app: try clearing cache and storage and restarting app. You will need to re-login. This worked for me. The app is the only way to successfully file reports for places that don't have addresses as calling 311 on the phone they won't accept a report without an "official" address (even if Google gives one).

The most recent version of this app crashes immediately upon opening on my Pixel 5. A pop up says "Something went wrong" and the options are retry and cancel. Neither gets the app to load. Update: it didn't work 12/2021 and it still doesn't work 4/2022.

Stopped working on my phone a week ago. Try to reload multiple times already and still get the error message. Basically useless. Weirdly however on my other cell phones it downloaded and cease to work just fine. thinks a recent update by Acella may not be coded correctly for Android phones over a year old

App crashes a lot, GPS is inaccurate and now app isn't working at all. When you try an open a message comes up saying whoops, something went wrong. I have uninstalled and re-installed twice along with clearing the cache and app data to no avail

Excellent app. Better than calling 311. Allows you to be the eyes and ears of non-emergency city services. Reasonably quick response time. Acurate routing of your complaint. Updates until problem is rectified. One of the services the city does right.

App won't open anymore

The app itself works ok. However, I had 2 issues that were closed as resolved and yet nothing was done about it. There is no way to follow up on a closed issue. O am afraid the city is using this as data and it is extremely inaccurate.

As others have pointed out, this app has completely stop working. I get the same error message that everyone is mentioning here, even after reinstalling the app. Please fix!

Used to be a clunky but functional app, now get an error message upon opening, nonfunctional despite multiple uninstalls and reinstalls. Android user.

App stopped working for over a month. A review said to try going into settings > apps > clear cash and storage. This solution does work, 311 started working again.

The app has stopped working a month now. I reinstalled it at least twice and no difference. It kept saying "something went wrong, try again"

As others have described, this app stopped working in December 2021 and is still not working two months later. Reinstall does not fix the problem.

This app all of a sudden stopped working. It keeps saying something went wrong. Philly 311 won't answer anything about it being down or not.

This app worked well for many years. In the last few weeks it crashes immediately upon opening.

I didn't know how to clear the cache. Go to settings then to apps click on the 311 app and uder the app there is storage click that to clear the cache

For android, go to settings on your phone***apps***philly311**clear data and cache, and then go back in the app, popped right back up for me!!!!!!

There is a connection problem! This app is very important! Tried clearing cache and still not working!

This app was a full five star app but now it's not working on my Android 12 pixel 5. Please fix it's amazing how fast the city would respond issues

Stopped functioning and only force crashes / Android 12 / OP8P. Hasn't worked in going on at least two weeks now..

Website and app were easy to use. I reported a business for being open during Stay-at-home order and in under 48 hrs (actually just over 24) I got a response and they forwarded my complaint over to L&I. Very easy and fast. Would use again.

Hi, my neighbor had left a mattress, it was cover, as was requested due to bed bugs. And for some reason, on our regular trash day, it was not picked up. I call 311, and sent pictures. And it was later was picked up that week.

Helps keep your block clean,! This is the one thing that works in this city...abandoned car removal takes forever but eventually it will be towed...

I am dissatisfied with this app. I keep getting an error message for everything that I try do. That includes making a profile, making a comment, and canceling the claim.

Fix for recent issue: Android users: Go into device settings for the app and clear the app’s storage/data, then relaunch the app and log back in.
