The pretzels are incredible. Their app is literally garbage. Doesn't update reward points or recognize order history. The interface is almost as if someone in elementary school created it. Buying a gift card also doesn't work. Name and email works just fine but when you click "Amount", a blank drop-down box appears that isn't clickable. And you can't proceed without selecting an amount. I wouldn't keep this app installed if it gave me free food.... It's THAT bad.

Can't even get the app to open; it just stays on the splash page until I kill it. Contacted developer 2 weeks ago and still waiting for a response. Update: after uninstalling and reinstalling 3 times and rebooting the phone and reinstalling again, the app appears to be working. Update #2: haven't been able to open the app since the first time it worked. Still no response from developer (contacted via Play Store and website). Update #3: problem solved (no thanks to dev); Must have Wi-Fi off.

Difficulty Using In Stores Didnt have too much trouble loading $$ onto the app, HOWEVER;the major problem has been when I go in store to try& use the money that Ive loaded onto the app. Either staff at most places haven't been trained on using the app for purchasing, or the system isnt set up very clear ... Since downloading this app and using it 2mths ago, there has been 4 times out of 9 attempted purchases that i had to give up and pay some other way

The app does not recognize your order history and does not load rewards points. So basically there is no rewards program. Seems like false advertising. Just went to place an order and it does not even let you choose dips for the party tray. Are dips no longer included? Fix the app

I actually took the app off my phone. When I tried to load money into the card I got an error message saying my address was wrong. I tried a couple different cards and kept getting the same message. Totally love the pretzels though!

I have not experienced any issues with the app. I load it, hit the bar scan icon, they scan it, and $$ is added to my account. No crashing issues (Android 8.0).

App asks for GPS to be turned constantly even though it is already enabled. Store list and local specials don't load as result. Uninstalled and installed several times. Very disappointing!

I've been to my store over 10 times in the last month or so and scan my rewards card every time and it's always the same amount in rewards. Obviously the rewards program is broken. Even the staff said "we're aware there's a problem with the rewards program." Not even worth having.

Nobody at the Howell nj store knows how to use this app. they work there and don't know how to add points to the account! I went in there, made a $5 purchase and am still awaiting my points to be added... 2 days later!!! I gave the girl my card AND barcode on app, and she told me they don't have scanners so she couldn't do it. Then she took another order. The manager said she couldn't void my order and reprocess it, so she'd give me points for the next $5 order.. still waiting.........👎😡🤯

App asks if I have an existing rewards card, but it doesn't allow any keyboard entry for the number! Just a 'submit' button which obviously fails because you can't enter the number!

App's username field is not consistent. Creation allowed for + in email address (yes a + is valid); received welcome email to that address. However login and passwd reset won't accept the email address rendering app unusable at this point.

I had a logon, I get emails from them, it didn't recognize it. Created another with the same id. It should recognize existing users. It couldn't find a store 2 miles from me. Uninstalling.

Opened the app and it does nothing but show a picture of the logo. Nothing to click and nothing changes when I tap the screen.

App doesn't open almost at all. When it did, it couldn't find stores even though I'm less than a mile from one. Uninstalled in 5 minutes.

always crashes when you try to submit payment using your rewards. ironically works when you dont try to cash in your rewards and pay full price.

I received an email telling me to update to the new app and program. And that I'd get 5 free pretzels, but there weren't any rewards once I did.

App doesn't work at all. Changed users plus there is no where to contact anyone to fix the problem. I do not recommend.

This app doesn't update my points. I've been in the local store multiple times over the past 5 months and I've been stuck at the same number since January 2020.

Error in creating account. Emailed support. No response in a week. This pretzel haven deserves a much better app than this! This is just sad.

It says on the card I got from the Philly Pretzel Factory if I download the App I would get 5 free pretzels. Well got nothing.😣 I do love there pretzels though.

Everytime I put in my info to register it says something went wrong. I keep trying again but the same message comes up.

Can't reset my log in to my Philly Pretzel Factory account on the app, I get a email not found error even though I have my email on my account.

Payment system did not work from the getgo, and the free pretzels didn't work at the store either because the staff didn't know how their own app worked or what it offered.

Can't even log in. I changed my password three times and I still can't log in. This app is not even worth 1 stars

Bad app. It doesn't let me type in my correct email address, uninstalling

terrible app. does not allow me to sign in. my rewards # does not help. should be improved

App is terrible never works, I constantly get error when trying to log in!

Needs work your points don't register when you do a app purchase you'll have to contact customer service if you want your points

Best pretzels ! I drive all the way from Greensburg Pa to Monroeville Pa to get these.
