Personally, I have applied and although I have followed all instructions, they have not approved my application and it has almost been a week. Moreover, they do not reply through email or telephone which makes them hard to contact. Will improve this rating once they offer to fix this issue as I have already deposited the initial payment.
Loving the new UI! Compared to the old Philstocks app, this new one is easier to use. Has a few lapses but it can easily be fixed. Hoping to get more features from this app soon. Keep it up!
Horrible sign up process. Worst customer service I ever encountered in my life. The system is not synced with the payments. I'm still at the initial funding even though I already funded my account, still won't budge. I'm stuck and my money is stuck!
Moderately satisfied. I'm still using both web app and mobile app due to difference of features between them. Would be better if the features from web app will be added in mobile app and other wonderful features from other trading app.
No back button, way of adding value is limited, you should type the symbol not the company name, no filtering to sort out each company prices and percentages, no calculator, price alerts, and other necessary things and services. It totally needs more features and capabilities.
Very convenient and easy to use. So far the best trading app I've used, very reliable. Haven't experienced any downtime.
Newbie here and free trial user.. I was planning to register but upon watching your tutorial about this app where there is trading pin required when doing transactions. I don't remember setting my trading pin which was required when refreshing the app due to no activities within 10mins. And that's my problem, I don't know my trading pin and present pin is required to change it. Please make an option where resetting my trading pin by sending code through my Gmail or any other options.. thanks!
The app was good. But you need to refresh every second to get the latest prices. If only it will update real time. The app would be perfect.
nice app.. but it is better if this has a stop or limit order.. very helpful for as traders.. but anyway thumbs up for smooth and fast transaction and execution.. keep it up!
Dont ever download this app.Very very poor customer service!I registered january 14 2021 and submitted all documents they required, i follow up through email more than 20 times since i can't call im outside philippines,after sending emails to different email they provided after a month one person notice my email and forwarded my email to their sales dept until now almost everyday i follow up. No one cares to reply.
I haven't created a Trading PIN yet but it's already asking for it. When I try to change the PIN, it's asking some "secret questions" that doesn't even accept my answers no matter how many times I try.
Great App for me to check the prices on the go. I would appreciate if you could put a calculator though. Thanks! Please keep improving
Already sent my requirements and my initial deposit and they don't reply in any communication channel. Nearly convinced that this is a scam. I just want a refund and I will never use this again. Please atleast answer queries
mailing requirements is so old school. I dont have the time to drop by and mail these. cant you just make an in-app fill out forms and uploads for IDs and proof of payments? By then I will change my review.
To the developer, pls try using the mobile app during trading hours and navigate cycling from watchlist from one stock to the other...it needs manual updating from time to time which is a burden if you're day trading..often times what i do if not updating is to close and re open the app...paki lang pls
My account was approved in just 1 day after they received the original requirements required. Just hoping they will add other ways to add funds on their mobile app
The fund adding procedure is even worse than a lousy joke. Still need to upload a screenshot of the transaction and wait on your side to verify? This app is nothing but a waste of time.
Do not download or register. Not recomnended. Cash in is not real time. Take days to probably be approved. I invested but asked for a refund last Jan. 6. Was promised for a refund but its been 3 weeks and they still did not process anything. I already filed a complaint in SEC.
Need to update your platform. I suggest to add Modify/Update order price. So, we dont need to cancel orders then buy/sell a new price. Thanks.
I have a 32 number and letter username, but the mobile app only lets me input 30 letters and/or numbers so it is impossible to log in.
Cna you please fix about the telephone detail. I mean does a telephone really necessary? I cant continue my registration because of the telephone details. We dont have active telephone.
They are very accommodating. From their customer service to sales department. Thank you for your patience in dealing with beginners like me. More power.
I have 3 brokers (col, mytrade and philstocks) . 2 of them are active. And will tell you that Philstocks are the best in terms of UI SPEED and stability.
Still doesn't have conditional orders in app. Web only.

You have to refresh each time you need to know the latest price. Hope you will fix this.
Annoying. Not tablet friendly. It keeps on rotating to landscape or portrait or vice versa. [Edit-1] Perhaps I didn't explained well enough. Even the device rotation is locked, it will force rotate. Meaning, the interface by design is set to portrait but when the chart is opened it will force rotate to landscape (by design). Then when closing the charting system, it will rotate back to portrait because, you now it, it's by design set to portrait only, to cater the cellphone users.
