I've had this app for many years now and it worked fine. But recently it keeps closing out as other reviewers have stated. Developers, please update the app and fix the bug! This app was extremely useful for me. Will edit when the app is fixed. Update: It seems to be back to normal now. It's been a few months now and so far no more crashes. I've put my review up to 4 stars. Keep it up developers!

I gave up hoping for them to fix the issue on my Moto G7 Play. Works fine on this Pixel 4a. Its sad we can't have things rolled back on devices that cannot handle the new update. Lets see how long they can maintain operations on this phone. Developers can do better.

Will not open..worked fine for years and now it crashes upon opening. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no results. Update..after about 2 months the developer finally fixed.

Disappointed this app suddenly stopped working after a few years. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, restarted my phone. Nothing works. I never had any problem with it before. I hope whatever this is gets fixed soon.

I am not sure what is going on with this app. I have been using it with different phones for years. Recently an update was done and now the app is nonfunctional. I've called the bank, my phone is on the approved list, yet I can't even open the app to put my information in to open it. When will this get fixed? It's use has been quite essential.

Works well but it was broken and it took 2 weeks for the developer to finally fix it and make it usable again

Can only log in about 30% of the time. Other 70% it says "An error occurred. Call for assistance". When it does work it's a good simple app to check your balance, deposit checks and transfer money. But it needs to be fixed because if you can't log in it's completely useless.

The app keeps stopping every time I want to check my account balance or deposit a check. Cannot even get logged on because there is always some different type of error or issue. I had no problem when I had the Samsung Galaxy S6, but I just got a new Samsung Galaxy J7 and it will not work.

Always crashes does not work. Rebooted my phone several times, deleted app twice and reinstalled. Still not working. Worked the first month and Now does not. Have contacted developer and also sent Google report when prompted. Hope it can be fixed.

Great bank, midiocre app. So often, it "forgets" me and prompts me to make new security questions. I've had to change my password so many times, I lost count. Mobile check deposit is buggy and fails more often than not.

Not sure what happened with this app. I relied on it regularly for years to view my accounts and transfer money, etc. One day about a week ago it just crashed. Anyone know what's up?

Gives me an error and won't open about 75% of the time. Decent basic app to deposit checks, transfer and check balances. However all of that is useless if it won't open.

Editing my review from (5 stars) as app now crashes 100% of time. Cannot open at all. See logo and then it shuts down (Pixel 4A). Have tried un/reinstall w/no luck. Assume it's conflicting with other updated apps. Please update soon!

So far so good. I like the mobile deposits. Especially during the covid era.......... One year later and still working fine on my Moto G7 2021. Just updated to Android 11 too. It's 12 21 2021 today.

Doesn't work at all. Called and talked to the bank and they said it was a Samsung issue... Makes no sense. They said hopefully Samsung will fix it...I said Samsung fix your app???? Ridiculous.

I don't know what happen to this app,but it doesn't work anymore. Very disappointed. Never had a problem before. But I hope it gets fixed soon. This app is very essential to me.

App crashes when you try to open it. Clearly it's an issue the developers do not plan to fix.

Easy to use. First experience was successful. The confirmation helped text was helpful. And the notice was also helpful.

App does not work several time a week. Can not call a phone bank for help because they do not have one. So you call the bank and they say nothing is wrong with their app to try again.

Since my last phone update the app will not open. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it still will not open at all.

Absolute, horrible app it crashes , freezes etc all the time.

Slow to update after os update but otherwise a good app

It's still not working after 3 Samsung updates. As soon as it launches its minimized.

The app has a bug!!!🤬 would be nice to be able to see my accounts. This needs to be fixed, people depend on this on a daily basis!

My bank app recently stopped working. It's keep crashing. It was working fine on my Samsung s21.

Reduced rating to a 1 until developers fix app, (will not populate).

After my most recent phone update, the app doesn't work at all. Hopefully there is a new version soon.

As for now 1 star I can't open this apps anymore, keeps closing the apps every time I tried to open the apps.
