I wrote a mail to support but nobody responded.... The app always crashes when trying to connect to the printer or do a search for it. It also produces spikes in battery usage when the crash occurs. Phone is Samsung S20 with the latest Android 12 - One UI 4.1 update installed. Printer is T02. I cannot use my printer at all until this is fixed, it's brand new... please respond?
**edit! Developers reached out and it works again! Can't wait to get my new printer to make all the stickers! Worked perfect until the update. I have the T02 and loved it so much I ordered the new M02 (it's still in the mail). However, the app recently updated and now won't recognize my T02 and I'm worried it won't recognize my new one. Everytime I open the app it now crashes! And if it does open, it specifically tells me it can't find my printer. Wth!
Everything is okay ish, but the photos and documents printed are blurry. I think the issue is with setting the speed of print, but the app does not allow to change the print speed. Overall please add this function, otherwise majority of the options are useless or provide underwhelming result
Awful UI. Print master is very easy for novice and even easier for experienced users. This app is very difficult for a experienced technical person. I do not recommend this at all. Make print master compatible with M03/2 series.
I love this printer i have the M02 pro and i use it so often, i really like big labels so i do wish they had the capability to have the label maker adjust for This printer size. Every premade label available i assume is only for their tiny 1.5" printer size paper and is dissapointing that I end up wasting half the paper on my rolls. There is a way around it but that would have to include screenshot of your screen and printing as a photo.
The app is easy to use, the printer works great for my needs. It would be nice to be able to easily add text to photos but it's not a deal breaker. The last update fixed the app crashing and printer connection issues.
It was working great at first and now it won't connect to the printer. The app keeps crashing when I tried to connect. I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times but still same problem. Very disappointed.
Was fine when I first got it a couple months back but the app disappeared off my phone and now I've reinstalled, it won't find my printer. Very annoying and a waste of money ... I had just bought more paper for it. Hope you fix it
I honestly love the thermal printer but I'm not as thrilled with a app. So far I've been experiencing a lot of issues accessing some of the graphics and some of the fonts. I've tried uninstalling and reloading the app serval times and it hasn't helped. Overall I think if they fix some of these issues in the app this would be a fantastic product to have.
Unusable; frustrating because I was very excited about the cute printer. Crashes when it tries to connect to the printer no matter what device I try it on or method of connection I use. Had to return the printer.
At first everything was fine. The printer works wonderfully and all. I recently changed my phone, no big deal the printer connected without an issue however when it comes to print it doesnt seem to load in any of the pictures on my device. The permissions are all on and this was never an issue before. I use the M02
User hostile app. Why can't it just work like every other document software? It's so hard to do simple things like changing orientation, or making some text larger than others. It's annoying.
Wonderful - IF and WHEN it works I had beginner's luck but although the app contains a LOT of great things it takes hours to download them every time you use it; which is 100% frustrating! You have to waste prints getting it to center just right or to be the correct size. My phone connects but my android tablet won't. It's a wonderful concept but it's not functional. I'm really disappointed.
Pretty good little app and printer. My only disappointment with the TO2 model is the paper 5.3mm is hard to get generic, you have to buy only their brand, which gets expensive. Occasionally it's a little laggy editing filters on pictures and switching direction from portrait to landscape but it's not a big deal. Really fun little printer otherwise.
I just downloaded the app. I have had this app before and it was fine but I've been having a couple of problems 1.the app keeps stopping. 2.It won't connect to my Bluetooth even though it's paired
Can't connect printer. App crashes before I can even do anything on it. I've tried all the troubleshooting tips, nothing seems to work.
As others have said, at first it worked great then all of a sudden it stopped working. Tried everything but the app keeps crashing.
I was ok with the app for about 3 or so months. Then, the new update made it mandatory to share exact location data when using this app. The "legal agreement" you now sign says something about "protection against fraud", which is sketchy at best given that there's no in-app purchases. The agreement you sign also has plenty of grammar errors. I'd avoid this app like the plague due to privacy violations, but there no other way to use the printer otherwise. No PC app either! What a waste of money.
Works for my needs but would prefer a layering option on the notes. Not easy adding text to pictures. *One year update: still works but now having issues with changing fonts. App gives you options that DO NOT work. Uninstalled and installed 🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
App has been fixed and is working fine ever since! Also loving the new features they've added! So happy to have it back
App doesn't work, printer doesn't work. Won't print anything and says the paper isn't in when it is. So frustrating!
Whatever this last update did, it won't connect to printer!!! I've only printed on this thing once. App is always coming up with Force Stop.
Works pretty well, had an issue with it with an earlier version but the app developers fixed it very quickly. Thank you!
Had this app less then a few days and already it's acting up. And of course all I can try to do is Uninstall and reinstall. But that's not going to help me us my now $40 paperweight
This is trash, can't locate the printer. Instructions are wrong, printer connect to phone and then is unable to connect and will not be recognized by the app. Once again useless trash, google play investigate this Application.
I've updated to 2.6.3 several times and it's still crashing when connecting. I have pixel 4a.
I got the MO2 pocket printer as a Christmas gift and was really excited to use it but the app doesn't work at all. I've tried rebooting it, uninstalling and re-installing, etc. It sucks because I can't use it at all :(

The app functions as advertised and I have no problems with it. The only nagging issue with this app is when copying lots of things into the "notes' area to be printed. When you go above a certain threshold, scrolling down leaves a lagging, double image of your work which shows up in the printed version, if you're not careful. If this issue could be resolved, that would make this app more than perfect for what it already does.
Update: it seems to be working ok again! 🙂 Got the printer and the app last year and was really happy. At the moment however it's pretty useless as it takes ages to load and connect, if at all, and once it does not much works. I have what seems to be the latest version (updated April 2022). Please can this be fixed?!
