Phonak RemoteControl App
The Phonak RemoteControl App turns any smartphone into a remote control. It provides clients with the opportunity to extend more control and flexibility over their Phonak Venture and Belong hearing aids with the use of their smartphone. Required are devices with Android 4.0 or higher.
Once installed, the easy-to-follow pairing wizard will help to connect the app to the streamer. A demonstration mode is also available to assist clients in getting started.
The RemoteControl App is available in following languages:English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Portuguese, Danish, Finnish, Japanese, Chinese (traditional), Swedish, Polish, Turkish, Norwegian, Russian, Hungarian, Korean.

Works great with Compilot 2. Most of what this app does happens reliably in the background. Once setup I only open the app to check the Compilot 2 battery level. It would be nice if this was on the home screen or even better if there was a notification of battery level at say 50%. Coolest feature: reading out the callers number or contact name.
Provides some useful, if simple, control of my ComPilot 2, such as the volume level. It's helpful that it will tell me the battery level of the ComPilot. But, weirdly, when it's running I get an error message when trying to take a picture or make a video.
terrible app! freezes upon setting up streaming. tried it on 4 smart phones from Android 4 to 7 and same problem on all phones. tried Compilot ii and Compilot Air. No Go. disappointed that Phonak cannot do better. i bought Phonak HA for these features.
Can't use the full use of the app with Bolero hearing aids via the ComPilot 2. Have less features available. Very frustrating. When will you make more features available?
I got a new phone and was ready to retire the old one but when I looked for the app in the store, it's not available. Please tell me how I can use my compilot with your other apps I only got it last year and I use it mostly to connect it to my phone, it would be devastating if I can't use it anymore
Thousands for the Hearing Aids, but the company can't be bothered to update the app. 2016 was the last update, and my Phonak hearing Aids would work so much better if the company invested some money to UPDATE THE APP. So only 3 stars from me, as they could do better.
Recently the ComPilot 2 cannot connect the app, although it is connected to the phone. Following the regular instructions is useless
beware! you guys need to be aware of the mobile phones if they are compatiable or not. I feel cheated that my hearing aid is not compatible with my oppo9 or gionee or huawei phones. waste of a good product
Phonak aids are great. This app however, fails to provide any control over the Cros unit via the bluetooth unit. App really disappointing, needs updates..
unreliable stops working frequently won't stay in locked position have to continually remove and reinstall app to make it work Phonak poor App and products will be dumping Phonak aids and streamer and returning to Signia for reliability and sound settings
Great app! Though it neds the ability to access the various programs of the hearing Aids.
Installed the app, ComPilot ll is pared with my Samsung phone but can't get past looking for a Streamer.
Unable to pair with Samsung Galaxy S8 Android version 9. Useless waste of money.

what the hell have you done to this app. After receiving an update, it hasn't worked since.

Best hearing aid ever! I use it flawlessy for streaming My LG Smart TV. The audio jack works perfectly with my Dell Laptop. I change the parts you are supposed to do every so often. Initially I had some issues with it but that is why you have an audiologist!!! Mine has installed 4 different listening programs onto my Com Pilot for different listening options. I use them all. Great function for muting loud background noise. I had to return my compilot once for repairs turnaround was reasonable.
