No longer functioning. Too bad to because this was very useful for me because I was able to keep business separate from home life, business calls to my cell, appointments and school for the kids the home phone.
Very easy to use
It worked for me once this morning. Now it acts like it's making a call but doesn't actually do it. Tried.signing out and back in, but nada... i connected the.phone line specifically to use this app like whatsapp to be contactable on a us number while abroad...looks like "sometimes" i "might" be able to do it. If they could get the kinks out of that app that would be swell
Is NOT reliable. Please check reviews by latest version for real evakuations. NO setting fixes problems. BS tech support for 2 weeks. I gave up. Spectrum has taken away receiving calls Go to VoiceZone portal. Turn on "Answer Anywhere"
Update: spectrum hasn't updated the app in weeks and they plan to shut it off in a few weeks. Taking something that many people use away just like that... I'm sure no one got a notification about it either .. Overall it's not bad, specially if you pay for the international service. The only down side is that it only works via the data network.
It's nice, other than the fact that it loses so many text messages. If it's not connected to the internet for any reason, your incoming SMS messages are not stored and delivered later. They just are gone forever. If that worked, I'd give it more stars. I probably should only give it two, but I'm generous.
Doesn't work most of the time and worst of all works very badly when connected to Spectrum WiFi where it is supposed to be working the most. Such a bad app.
Was working great for a while, but now won't work for International calls on two of the four lines that are using the app. I've tried everything - delete, reinstall, checked android release number - but nothing seems to work. The app needs upgrade and quickly too.
Nothing works anymore. I have 2 different mobile phones and this now crashes on both. Notifications stopped working a few weeks ago and it's just been downhill ever since. Now it won't even open. Deleted, reinstalled, tried everything on both phones.. Nothing!!
Was working 'Ok' until recently when I realized if I'm not connected when texts come thru I don't get them when I do connect, a lot of times people on the other end can't hear me, etc... But most recently, the issue which prompted this review, is even though it says I'm comnected to the app I'm not. When I just tried to login it keeps telling me there was an issue connecting to it and to try again later! I downloaded this app to use for my job but I keep missing calls & texts and now I can't even connect to it!!! Tried uninstall/reinstall to no avail!
Does not work most the time! Alot of time you can hear caller they can't hear you. Also when I am out or at work I can't watch but a few Spectrum channels on live tv. We pay like $200 this company is doing criminal business.
This is a nice app that works well. I love being able to hear my voicemails anywhere and see my missed calls when I'm away from home.
Works well when using an actual smartphone. We tried a tablet first and it didn't work well. We are now using a old smartphone as our house phone and it works great.
Worst app ever. I was told that it's cheaper to keep our land line and that we can use this app to be able to text and call but it is useless. When I try to text I get an invalid message and when I use the phone to call, the other person can't even hear me. What's the point? Spectrum please fix
It only work about 1/3 of the time. Calls and text hardly get thru. Out going calls can only be done sometimes as well as out going text. The audio is spotty calls are always breaking up. As far as voicemail it's not available. The app is a great concept. Wish it could be fixed.
Can't turn off incoming call notifications, I'm at work and my home phone starts ringing and it's really loud so I have to silence it
The app keeps not responding, don't know what else to do and keeps saying the operation has failed, please try again later. How do I fix fix problem, I deleted the app then reinstalled it and it's still doing the same thing
Outstanding app. I use this app on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 to make calls while traveling and it comes in very handy. Love it !
Works well as a second phone on home wifi, be informed who reached out, voicemail when you are away from home. Difficult at times to interact or modify app behavior, opportunities for improvement in app still exist.
This app is horrible and I don't want it no more I'm ready to cancel my phone service now

Terrible. There is a glitch on my samsung mega that makes it permanently stuck on speaker, and the volume turned down low. I can barely hear the other person. Also it only manages to ring half the time it should.
A liked this app prior to Android 11 or higher. I used it when away from home for those few landline calls that weren't spam. It also came in handy in my home office where a home phone is just too intrusive. I use a Pixel so the Android updates monthly and after v. 10 this app started flaking on it and today with v. 12 it will not work at all. Spectrum really need to update this app or remove it. You pitch yourself as high tech, so get with the times. Give me the code and I'll fix it for free.
