Finally, an app for normal users! Each test has a brief description of what is being tested (in normal language) and/or required user action (e.g. touch the dots). The results are displayed immediately (simple checkmark or red x). Thank you!!!!!!
App does not run. Upon trying to start it for the first time I just get spinning circles at the bottom of a cartoon rabbit head. Nothing else happens. Been doing this for 10mins and counting now. Not sure why it wont open.
I can't give you because you move just a little too fast for me to be able to answer all the questions properly but other than that the self automation that this thing has is wonderful cuz I really hate having to tap a button every time I turn around for them tests yours is good I like it I appreciate it.
The app doesn't seam to be accurate as it gives different results each time you run it I ran a battery test on a bran new unused battery and gave me a different health evaluation each time. Out of the four times, only once it gave 100% very good battery health diagnosis. I would't trust this app for accurate diagnosis of your device.
I had a very present experience. You are so accurate so checked my phone while I was even able to participate made me fill so confident in using this app. Just like having a technician here unlike other apps don't do what this one does I highly recommend it to everyone. Thank You so much
I just suffered the well known Samsung camera failed message on my S20 Ultra. I tried every internet and youtube fix, none worked. The app has good functionality but: 1. No log available for tested phones 2. Does not waiti for you to insert headphones etc. 3. Cannot run individual tests. 4. Unnecessary pawnshop features.
Easy peasy, JUST what I been looking for in an app,, this app test's the entire phone and let's you know exactly what is properly working and what's not do that I can concentrate on the specific and don't Have to rack my brain looking for the problem , yes it makes me happy

App worked well, did what it was supposed to, and really refreshing I wasn't asked to rate the app after running the app for 5 seconds. Definately earned a 5 star review.
Good as a hardware check if you buy second hand for example, but not to 8dentify processes that slow down the phone.
It was alright at first but as I use the app, things became confusing. UI was fine but seems unpolished like side scrolling from trade-in options & more. I also get the check connection error as well despite connected on WiFi. Some test were being failed despite successful on other similar apps, perhaps due to incompatibility cause my phone is 2yrs. What I don't like the most was FORCED POP-UP EMAIL when I clicked I didn't like the app. One thing is for sure, this app needs a proper UI & rework.
I enjoy using the app, however I have noticed a few problems. For example the spec test shows my GS20U with a 1440x3101 when I know that the screen is actually 1440x3200, as shown by literally any spec advertisement, and CPU-Z. Additionally, the phone failed a proximity sensor test, even though it definitely works, I've never accidentally tapped something during a call and I can see the screen turn back on as I move the device from my ear. Not come across anything else of note yet.
Good app but needs polishing in screen touch test. The screen touch test is good but it has very high tolerances in context of touch area detection. My phone has a touch problem in a certain area about size of my finger but screen test doesn't detect it due to tolerence issue. Please fix it and make it like a white canvas with paint brush. It willl be much better

Description of battery health pretty accurate, I like the various tests that thoroughly check your device, only drawback to it is that in some instances, it cannot gather enough information to check other aspects of your device. Also, claims that "your phone may have lost value" do to some tests being failed and the only reason why those tests are read to be failed is because the app cannot property read into some parts of your device. Other than that, pretty decent app.
I installed this app and I was really liking it. However when I hit the "settings" bars I discovered it was Chinese.. not only was it Chinese but it didn't allow me to read the: Privacy and other info you need at least glance thru prior to setting up a "login" account. I clicked on English and it was not allowing me to get it. So as much as I liked the app I had no choice but to Delete it.
Very nice app my two fault problem of hardware in Redmi note4 mobile by help this app and I know from this help of app. It's very useful app to check hardware problem in mobile I like very much.

It goes fast it could slow down when you have inneract with it. And ow how to fix problems.
The power button on my phone stopped functioning randomly, which as you'd guess is a BIG problem to have. Had a panicked search for a non-repair-shop solution, found and installed this app, and somehow just running the Sleep/Wake Button test immediately got it working again. Now this'll be staying on my phone!
