One of the very few phone number look-up apps that actually works. It turns out more positive results than negative on info that I've double checked. This one also doesn't bombard you with ads and doesn't cost for fancy features.
Absolutely perfect app. I got a missed call from some number I didn't recognize. I looked up the number and it was my uncle who had apperently got a new phone & number. Thank you to the devs of this app for making it free and easy to use.
This app is very helpful. I have other reverse phone look up apps. This one usually finds the ones the others miss.
It's pretty self explanatory. Easy to navigate. It doesn't always tell you the name though and that sucks dick.
Very quick and easy. Love it! Been using this app for 2 years and most the time it comes through. I love it
1. I like this app. They don't identify business numbers in my area. The caller has to literally have their name on the caller ID system to get results. Reading other reviews I now understand that people go thru google for temporary numbers and that's just people being up to no good. This app is actually just as accurate as white pages. WP bait/switched me when I paid for a full year. When I paid lowest option monthly I got info every time. Now that I paid for a full year, I get NO RESULTS!
Only 4 times put of 50 did it give name , 8 times it gave! Towns but no names. What good is that? Has many disriptive ads
It started out giving me the person's name and town, seems like now it just shows where the caller is located.
Best reverse look up I've tried. Accurate information. There is some cell phone numbers it shows data for. If theres no info on a number it'll list the city and state the number came from. The paid version of The White Pages rarely reveals more than this app. It's free, (no paid version available) buthe ads aren't too terribly annoying.... I wouldn't mind paying for this service if it had the option to save numbers to a list where I can enter notes and organize them. THANK YOU FOR A GREAT APP!
Over, a span, of at least ten years, I downloaded many apps that claim to have the ability to return information that links a name to a phone number. All, but one or two apps have been useful--this app being one of the two! I am elated that I finally found such an app and even better, the results are FREE. I definitely recommend. For even greater results, I use another app in conjunction, so I can compare and cross reference!
Shows my own number correctly, which is better than most other comparable apps. The full-screen ads are a bit intrusive but only while looking up a number, not while working in the background. I understand these ads allow the dev an ability to keep building useful apps they provide for us. Phone Reveal seems to work in background without any noticeable negative affect on device's system. Thanks for a well-written & functional app!
As others have said, useless, and in fact, intrusive and annoying. It always wants to "reveal" the SAME numbers repeatedly, over and over, and they are usually numbers already saved in your contacts. It won't allow you to simply look up numbers directly from your history or recent calls list. Instead, it forces you to have to manually enter the numbers digit by annoying digit. After you've jumped through all those hoops it will then say that your entry is "not a valid number", meaning you've wasted your time jumping through all those hoops for nothing. Then, there are the numerous full page ads every time you get a pop up for that number it's offered to "reveal" a thousand times before that's already in your phone book. This app is idiotic. Uninstalled.
Actually works! Just for the very basic information. Such as mobile carrier, the person's full name (whatever or even if they have one listed), and the general location (city & state) that their service was purchased in. Only one closable ad between each individual search you run. It has stayed consistent for me, for the last year or so. For free it's awesome.
This free app does exactly what it says. With no frills and a very unobtrusive popup add, it furnishes a phone number identity as long as the number is publicly available. Otherwise, it gives the city and state where the number is located, to at least give you some idea who it might belong to. This is the very best app of its kind that I've ever found. It also keeps a history of looked-up numbers to review. This is a pretty perfect reverse phone lookup app and I recommended it highly!
This app is great. I always know who's calling me now. Very accurate results. Obviously, it can not identify the caller if they are on a prepay or pay as you go phone. Skiily, thank you for providing this great app for free to users! The app does redirect you to an ad every time you enter a phone number but they have to make money somewhere and I'm just glad they aren't charging me. ๐
Good app. Comes in handy. You can look up the phone number that has no name and find out most of the time...
I love this app. It's straight forward and does exactly what it advertises. It reduces the probability of contacting the wrong person due to a typo if you type the number in the app first to check the corresponding name first before contacting. Though I find it most useful for revealing unknown numbers of contacts I forgot back up before reformatting or device switching. I could literally go on for hours of how useful this app has become, but you get the point. Thanks for developing this app. A+
The app works very nicely. It has a 4-ish second ad when one looks up a phone number but it's not at all obnoxious and doesn't demand control of your device as most do. It saves the look up history as well so one can see, at a glance, if they've just forgotten who the unknown or pest caller was. Thank you for providing this pleasant and easy to use app! I'm looking to see what other offerings you have as well! ๐
Best free app available for checking unknown numbers! More accurate then apps I've paid for. If a person's name isn't available, it'll just display the city, state where the phone was activated (If that makes sense). As far as ads..no big deal. An ad pops up when you submit your number search, you just hit x, and the name of the number you searched is revealed. I've never been redirected or had an ad pop up again. Great app!
It works! BUT, the ads have seemed to not be able to close when I click the x to close the ads out on my phone. It used to work, but I think ever since the Android 11 and Android 12 updates, it has been buggy. I'm not sure if this has been reported yet but here it is.
Does exactly what it says it does. No bull sht off the wall stuff like other apps I've tried! The ads between searches are vary routine so I don't mind them as much as I have other ads, they don't stop you in the middle of trying to hurry and look something up, it'sa great, organized, and vary easy to do app! Thanks so much for coming up with it!
Amazing app! Very accurate matching numbers with names. A percentage of friends numbers didnt come back with their names,, but they all shared the same exact location which enabled us to find out they were all spammed ,and we have a good idea who it was.without this app we would have never exposed this highly sensitive security issue! Thank you Phone Reveal, i would give this app a score of 100 and recommend it to anyone searching for the truth!
This app is so easy to use! There are no hidden or surprised fees, and no long process times. You literally plug in the phone number, as many times as you want, and it finds the caller ID name, super easy! I definitely gave it 5 stars just for the simplicity and how easy it was.
I recommend this app it does what I need it to do. Perfect for lookups if needed fast.
It works guickly. May only get area, but have been successful, in a few names. Surprisingly. I usually, did know them. Helps with blocking spam calls, and those money collection, agencies, that buy your bill . Collection agencies. Still trying to collect even after the item is dropped from your debt.7 years. Can come guickly. Collection agencies. Stick it out 20 years. For a ticket in ok. I like this app. I really wasn't aware of a ticket in ok. Broken windshield. If you only receive, locatio
I think it's pretty good. I mean there's certain numbers that no app is gonna be able to tell you the name on,cuz of all the wifi, burner,&temporary numbers. But it atleast can tell you the city and state that the numbers from,so that's cool. I'd say it's worth a try. No, you know what I changed my mind, it's definitely worth a download! Cuz its totally free! And they don't try to get you to buy something every 5 seconds! So I think it's great!!!
Very helpful app, only a few times has it not been able to identify the caller's name or company information, which I read from reviews before I installed. I'm extremely satisfied and would recommend this app to anyone who's looking to find out unknown calls that you've been receiving and can't identify. Best caller ID app I've ever used to the point I was able to delete the other apps I had on my phone.
People often have unrealistic expectations of apps, no app in the world can give you information when their is none available, the majority of prepaid and minute phones, spoofed number app, etc. But this app is about 99% accurate about 99% of the time, no other reverse call app that I've had any experience with has ever done that 5 stars all the way from me.
This was a good app and now like alot of other predator apps they like to shove full volume ads in your face before seeing any results. It has an option to turn off the sound only after blasting it in your face and then have to find where it is on screen among the onslaught of motion and sound bombarding you. Hey your nothing special and we're just a convenience. I'll just go online and look it up from now on. Thank you for nothing
Free as advertised and no credit card to see results. I've downloaded the top 10 for reverse lookup and all those are deceiving w/no results after you enter your email address. This has ads but it's not too distracting. Tested several #s - results were all correct. It's going to generate the info of whatever the owner of the numbers have theirs set at.
